votre nouvel appareil. Ainsi, vous venez
d'opter pour un produit de grande qualité.
Le mode d'emploi fait partie de ce produit. Il contient
des remarques importantes concernant la sécurité,
l'usage et la mise au rebut. Avant l'usage du produit,
veuillez vous familiariser avec toutes les consignes
d'utilisation et de sécurité. N'utilisez le produit que
conformément aux consignes et pour les domaines
d'utilisation prévus. Si vous cédez le produit à un
tiers, remettez-lui également tous les documents.
Usage conforme
Le pistolet de sablage à air comprimé (ci-après
dénommé l'appareil) se prête:
à l'élimination de la rouille et de la peinture sur
des surfaces métalliques. Toute autre utilisation ou
modifi cation de l'appareil est considérée comme
étant non conforme et s'accompagne de risques
d'accident non négligeables. Nous n'endossons
aucune responsabilité pour des dommages causés
résultant d'une utilisation non conforme. L'appareil
est uniquement conçu pour une utilisation privée.

AVERTISSEMENT!
► Le niveau de vibrations indiqué dans ces
instructions a été mesuré conformément
aux méthodes de mesure décrites dans la
norme EN ISO 28927 et peut être utilisé
pour la comparaison d’appareils. La valeur
d'émission des vibrations mentionnée peut
être également utilisée pour une évaluation
préliminaire de l'arrêt.
Le niveau de vibrations varie en fonction de
l’usage de l’outil à air comprimé et peut,
dans certains cas, excéder la valeur indiquée
dans ces instructions. La sollicitation due aux
vibrations pourrait être sous-estimée si l’outil à
air comprimé est utilisé régulièrement de cette
manière.
REMARQUE
Afi n d’obtenir une estimation précise de la

sollicitation due aux vibrations pendant un
certain temps de travail, il convient également de tenir compte des périodes pendant
lesquelles l’appareil est éteint ou allumé, mais
n’est pas eff ectivement utilisé. Ceci peut considérablement réduire la sollicitation due aux
vibrations pendant toute la durée du travail.

Les distractions peuvent vous faire perdre le
contrôle de l'appareil.
■ RISQUE DE BLESSURE ! UTILISATION
ABUSIVE ! N'orientez pas l'appareil vers
des personnes ou des animaux !
■ Porter un masque anti-poussières.
■ Portez des lunettes de protection !

Sécurité sur le lieu de travail

éclairée. Les zones en désordre ou sombres
sont propices aux accidents.

à air comprimé ne doit pas être utilisé dans un
environnement dans lequel se trouvent des
gaz/fl ammes nues/feu/chauff e-eau à gaz.
■ INTERDICTION DE FUMER !
■ Travaillez uniquement dans des locaux suffi -
samment ventilés.
■ N'utilisez pas d'oxygène ou de gaz infl am-
mables comme source d'énergie.
■ Ne jamais dépasser la pression de travail
maximale de 6,3 bars.

AVERTISSEMENT!

► FORCES DE RECUL ! Lors de pressions de
travail élevées, des forces de recul peuvent
survenir qui peuvent éventuellement entraîner
des risques suite à une sollicitation permanente.
■ RISQUE DE BLESSURE ! Avant les travaux de
maintenance et de réparation, ainsi qu'avant un
transport, déconnectez l'appareil de la source
d'air comprimé.
■ RISQUE DE BLESSURE ! Éloignez l'appareil
à remplir avec le matériau de sablage de la
source d'air comprimé.
REMARQUE
Veuillez tenir compte des consignes de sécurité
►
du fabriquant de matériau de sablage.
■ Utilisez uniquement des matériaux adaptés
pour le pistolet de sablage à air comprimé .
N'utilisez pas de sable de quartz. Il y a risque
de formation de poussière de silicose toxique.
■ Prenez des mesures pour que les autres per-
sonnes ne soient pas importunées (développement de poussière).
■ Veillez à ce que l'agent de sablage soit
récupéré pour être éliminé en respect avec
l'environnement.
■ Ne retirez pas les plaques signalétiques.
Elles font partie intégrante de l'appareil.
■ Si vous êtes inexpérimenté dans l'utilisation
de l'appareil, vous devez vous former à une
utilisation sans risque.

► Le traitement de poussières nocives / toxiques
représente un danger pour la santé de l'utilisateur ou des personnes proches.

REMARQUE
►
Le pistolet de sablage à air comprimé doit
être uniquement utilisé avec de l'air comprimé
épuré sans condensat ni huile et la pression
maximale de travail (6,3 bars) ne doit pas
être dépassée dans l'appareil.
Pour pouvoir réguler la pression de l'air, la
source d'air comprimé doit être équipée d'un
réducteur de pression (de fi ltre).
♦ Raccordez le pistolet de sablage à air com-
primé à une source d'air comprimée adaptée
en reliant l'accouplement rapide du fl exible d'alimentation avec le raccord fi leté de connexion
sur le pistolet de sablage à air comprimé .
Le verrouillage a lieu automatiquement.
REMARQUE
►
Assurez-vous que le régulateur à induction
soit placé sur "0" avant de raccorder l'appareil à la source d'air comprimé.
Remplissage du conteneur de
matériau de sablage
ATTENTION
► Avant d'ouvrir le bouchon à vis du con-
teneur de matériau de sablage ou de
procéder à un quelconque autre réglage,
la connexion du tuyau d'air comprimé doit
absolument être déconnectée et la pression
totalement retombée.
■ Pour vos travaux de sablage, utilisez exclusive-
ment du matériau de sablage
REMARQUE
Nous recommandons du matériau de
►
sablage silicose non toxique (scorie de haut
fourneau) d'un grain de 0,2 mm - 0,8 mm.
■ Veillez à ce que le matériau de sablage soit
absolument sec et ne présente pas de trop gros
grains.

REMARQUE
La granulométrie maximale est de 0,8 mm.

■ Ouvrez le bouchon à vis du conteneur de
matériau de sablage en tournant dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre.
■ Remplissez la quantité de matériau de sablage
souhaitée dans le conteneur de matériau de
sablage
■ Veillez à ce que le contenu maximum du conte-
neur ne dépasse pas 900 ml.
■ Refermez ensuite le bouchon à vis du conte-
neur de matériau de sablage en tournant
dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
REMARQUE CONCERNANT LE GRAIN DU
MATÉRIAU DE SABLAGE
Plus le grain du matériau de sablage est gros/
►
grossier, plus la poussière grossière est éliminée. Le matériau livré est plutôt fi n et est
adapté pour l'élimination de peinture ou de
fi ne couche de rouille par exemple. Le matériau fi n ne cause que peu de dommages sur
les surfaces, ce qui est la raison pour laquelle
un choix peut être fait.
Pour la rouille grossière, on prend du matériau de sablage à gros grains disponible à
la vente en ligne (voir chapitre importateur)
ou dans les commerces spécialisés bien achalandés. Veuillez tenir compte des remarques
relatives à la granulométrie maximale.

Monter le sac collecteur du matériau
de sablage
■ Avec un tournevis, fi xez le sac collecteur sur
l’appareil avec le collier à vis livré d’origine.
Choisir l’embout et le monter
■ Commencez par choisir un embout adapté à
vos fi ns (

traiter, plus la trace de projection est petite, et

■ Eff ectuez le cas échéant un test préalable sur
une pièce qui ne sert pas pour déterminer le bon
écart / la bonne pression de travail et pour
éviter une dispersion excessive sur cette pièce.
Mise en marche:
■ Placez le régulateur à induction sur "1" pour
ouvrir l'arrivée d'air.
■ Approchez le pistolet de sablage pneumatique
de la surface à traiter.
■ Appuyez sur la gâchette pour mettre le pistolet
de sablage à air comprimé en service.
Mise hors service :
■ Relâchez la gâchette pour mettre le pistolet
de sablage à air comprimé hors service.
■ Placez le régulateur à induction sur "0" pour
fermer l'arrivée d'air.
■ Débranchez l'appareil de la source d'air com-
primé une fois le travail terminé.
REMARQUE
Desserrez tout d'abord le tuyau de la source

d'air comprimé puis retirez ensuite le tuyau
d'alimentation de l'appareil.

de preuve d’achat. Dans le cas où la garantie
s’applique, veuillez appeler le service après-vente
compétent. Cette condition doit être respectée pour
assurer l’expédition gratuite de votre marchandise.

Cette garantie concerne uniquement les vices

des Produkts mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie das Produkt nur wie

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Die Druckluft-Sandstrahlpistole PDSP 1000 B2
(nachfolgend Gerät) ist zur Entfernung von Rost
und Farbe auf Metallfl ächen bestimmt. Jede
andere Verwendung oder Veränderung des
Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und
birgt erhebliche Unfallgefahren. Für aus bestimmungswidriger Verwendung entstandene Schäden
übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Das Gerät ist nur
für den privaten Einsatz bestimmt.

► Der in diesen Anweisungen angegebene
Schwingungspegel ist entsprechend einem
in EN ISO 28927 genormten Messverfahren gemessen worden und kann für den
Gerätevergleich verwendet werden. Der
angegebene Schwingungsemissionswert
kann auch zu einer einleitenden Einschätzung
der Aussetzung verwendet werden.
Der Schwingungspegel wird sich entsprechend
dem Einsatz des Druckluftwerkzeugs verändern und kann in manchen Fällen über dem
in diesen Anweisungen angegebenen Wert
liegen. Die Schwingungsbelastung könnte
unterschätzt werden, wenn das Druckluftwerkzeug regelmäßig in solcher Weise verwendet
wird.
HINWEIS
Für eine genaue Abschätzung der Schwin-

gungsbelastung während eines bestimmten
Arbeitszeitraumes sollten auch die Zeiten
berücksichtigt werden, in denen das Gerät
abgeschaltet ist oder zwar läuft, aber nicht
tatsächlich im Einsatz ist. Dies kann die
Schwingungsbelastung über den gesamten
Arbeitszeitraum deutlich reduzieren.
b) Arbeiten Sie mit dem Gerät nicht in explo-
sionsgefährdeter Umgebung, in der sich
brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder Stäube
befi nden. Das Gerät kann Funken erzeugen, die
den Staub oder die Dämpfe entzünden können.
c) Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen
während der Benutzung des Gerätes fern. Bei
Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle über das
Gerät verlieren.

ausschließlich mit gereinigter, kondensat- und
ölfreier Druckluft betrieben werden und darf
den maximalen Arbeitsdruck von 6,3 bar am
Gerät nicht überschreiten.
Damit Sie den Luftdruck regulieren können,
muss die Druckluftquelle mit einem (Filter)Druckminderer ausgestattet sein.
♦ Schließen Sie die Druckluft-Sandstrahlpistole
an eine geeignete Druckluftquelle an, indem
Sie die Schnellkupplung des Versorgungsschlauches mit dem Stecknippel an der DruckluftSandstrahlpistole verbinden. Die Verriegelung erfolgt automatisch.
HINWEIS

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Dreh-Regler
auf „0“ steht, bevor Sie das Gerät mit Ihrer
Druckluftquelle verbinden.

► Bevor Sie den Schraubverschluss des
Strahlgutbehälters
andere Einstellung vornehmen, muss unbedingt die Verbindung des Druckluftschlauches
getrennt werden und der Druck vollständig
abgebaut sein.
■ Verwenden Sie bei Ihren Sandstrahlarbeiten
ausschließlich geeignetes Strahlgut .
HINWEIS
Wir empfehlen Silikose unschädliches Strahl-

mittel (gemahlene Hochofenschlacke) mit der
Körnung 0,2 mm - 0,8 mm.
■ Achten Sie darauf, dass das Strahlgut abso-
lut trocken und nicht zu grobkörnig ist.

Die maximale Korngröße beträgt 0,8 mm.

■ Öff nen Sie den Schraubverschluss des
Strahlgutbehälters durch drehen gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn.
■ Füllen Sie die gewünschte Menge an Strahlgut
in den Strahlgutbehälter ein.
■ Achten Sie darauf, das Sie den maximalen
Behälterinhalt von 900 ml nicht überschreiten.
■ Schließen Sie anschließend wieder den
Schraubverschluss
durch drehen im Uhrzeigersinn.
HINWEIS ZUR KÖRNUNG DES
STRAHLGUTES
Je größer/gröber die Körnung des genutzten
►
Strahlgutes, desto gröberen Schmutz entfernt
man damit. Das mitgelieferte Material ist eher
fein und eignet sich für die Entfernung von
z.B. Farbe und Flugrost. Das feine Material
richtet auch weniger Schaden auf den Oberfl ächen an, weswegen auch darüber eine
Auswahl getroff en werden kann.
Für groben Rost z.B. nimmt man grobkörnigeres Strahlgut, welches Sie online (siehe
Kapitel Importeur) oder im gut sortierten
Fachhandel kaufen können. Beachten Sie
auch die Hinweise zur maximalen Körnung.

mit Hilfe eines Schraubendrehers am Gerät.

die Strahldüse und achten Sie darauf, dass

■ Je näher Sie mit dem Gerät an Ihr Werkstück
heran gehen, desto kleiner ist das Strahlmuster
darauf und umgekehrt.
■ Führen Sie ggf. vorher einen Probelauf an
einem nicht mehr benötigten Werkstück durch,
um den richtigen Abstand/Arbeitsdruck herrauszufi nden und eine übermäßige Abstrahlung an
Ihrem Werkstück zu verhindern.

■ Stellen Sie den Dreh-Regler
Luftdurchlass zu öff nen.
■ Führen Sie die Druckluft-Sandstrahlpistole an
die zu bearbeitende Fläche heran.
■ Drücken Sie den Abzugshebel , um die
Druckluft-Sandstrahlpistole in Betrieb zu
nehmen.
Ausschalten:
■ Lassen Sie den Abzugshebel los, um die
Druckluft-Sandstrahlpistole
■ Stellen Sie den Dreh-Regler
Luftdurchlass zu schließen.
■ Trennen Sie das Gerät nach Abschluss der
Arbeit von der Druckluftquelle.

Lösen Sie zuerst den Schlauch von der Druck-

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab
Kaufdatum. Das Gerät wurde sorgfältig produziert
und vor Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon als Nachweis
für den Kauf auf. Bitte setzen Sie sich im Garantiefall mit Ihrer Servicestelle telefonisch in Verbindung.
Nur so kann eine kostenlose Einsendung Ihrer

Proper use
The PDSP 1000 B2 sandblaster gun (hereinafter
appliance) is suitable for: the removal of rust and
paint from metal surfaces. Any other usage of or
modifi cation to the appliance is deemed to be
improper usage and carries the risk of serious personal injury. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage(s) resulting from improper usage.
This appliance in intended only for domestic use.

make equipment comparisons. The specifi ed
vibration emission value can also be used to
make an initial exposure estimate.
The vibration level varies in accordance with
the use of the compressed air tool and may
be higher than the value specifi ed in these
instructions in some cases. It is easy to underestimate the vibration load if the compressed
air tool is used regularly in a certain manner.

during which the appliance is switched off or
is running but not actually being used must
also be taken into consideration. This can

■ Do not use oxygen or any combustible gas
as an energy source.
■ Never exceed the maximum operating pres-
sure of 6.3 bar.
WARNING!
► KICKBACK FORCES! At high working pres-
sures, kickback can occur which can, under
certain circumstances, lead to danger due to
continuous loads.
■ RISK OF INJURY! Disconnect the appliance
from the compressed air source before starting
any repairs or maintenance work and before
transportation.
■ RISK OF INJURY! Disconnect the appliance
from the compressed air source before refi lling
the blasting medium.

■ Use only materials that are suited for use in the
compressed air sandblaster gun . Do not
use quartz sand. This can lead to a dangerous
build-up of silicosis-inducing dust.
■ Take steps to ensure that others are not incon-
venienced (dust formation).
■ Ensure that the blasting medium is collected so

that it can be disposed of in an environmentally
friendly manner.
■ Do not remove any type plates. These contain
important information for the safe operation of
the appliance.
■ If you are inexperienced with the appliance,
seek training in how to use it safely.
WARNING! TOXIC DUST!
► Working with harmful/toxic dusts results in
health hazards for the person operating the
appliance and for other persons in the area.
Operation
Connecting the compressed air supply
NOTE
►
The compressed air sandblaster gun may
only be operated on cleaned, condensateand oil-free compressed air and may not
exceed the maximum operating pressure of
6.3 bar at the appliance.
To ensure that you can regulate the air pressure, the compressed air source should be
equipped with a (fi lter) pressure reducer.
♦ Connect the compressed air sandblaster gun
to a suitable compressed air source by attaching
the quick-connect coupling of the supply hose to
the nipple on the sandblaster gun .
The connection locks automatically.
NOTE
►
Ensure that the control dial is set to "0"
before connecting the appliance to the compressed air source.
Filling the blasting medium container
CAUTION!
► Before you open the screw cap on the
blasting medium container , or make any
other settings, the connection to the compressed air hose must be disconnected and
all pressure completely discharged.
■ Use only suitable blasting medium for your
sandblasting work.
NOTE
We recommend using a blasting medium
►
(ground blast furnace slag) with a grain size
of 0.2 mm–0.8 mm and which has been
shown not to cause silicosis.
■ Please ensure that the blasting medium is
totally dry and not too coarse-grained.
NOTE
The maximum grain size is 0.8 mm!
►
■ Open the screw cap on the blasting medium
container by turning it anti-clockwise.
■ Fill the required amount of blasting medium
into the blasting medium container .
■ Ensure that you do not exceed the maximum fi ll
level for the container of 900 ml.
■ Afterwards, close the screw cap on the blast-
ing medium container
NOTE REGARDING THE GRAIN SIZE OF
THE BLASTING MEDIUM
The larger/coarser the grain size of the blasting
►
medium used, the coarser the dirt that can be
removed using it. The supplied material, on
the other hand, is fi ne and thus more suitable
for the removal of items such as paint or rust
fi lm. The fi ne material also causes less damage to the surfaces being treated, meaning a
choice can be made regarding these.
For coarse rust, for example, it is best to use
a coarse-grained blasting medium which you
can order online (see Chapter "Importer") or
in any good specialist retailer. Please observe
the guidelines regarding maximum grain size.

■ Carefully prepare the workpiece that is to be
blasted. Clean it if need be.
NOTE
Layers of dust or fat will signifi cantly impair

the results.
■ Carefully cover or mask everything that is not to
be blasted.
■ The distance between the attachment and the
surface being worked plays an important role
and should be kept as low as possible so that
the blasting medium can be collected by the
collecting .
■ The nearer you are to the workpiece, the smaller
the dispersion pattern and vice versa.
■ Do a test run on an old workpiece to fi nd out
the correct distance/working pressure and avoid
excessive refl ection from your workpiece.
Switching on:
■ Set the control dial to "1" to open the air
outlet.
■ Move the compressed air sandblaster close
to the area to be worked.
■ Press the trigger to start operating the com-
pressed air sandblaster gun .
Switching off :
■ Release the trigger to switch off of the com-
pressed air sandblaster gun
■ Set the control dial to "0" to close the air
outlet.

■ Disconnect the appliance from the compressed
air source after you fi nish work.
NOTE
First detach the hose from the compressed air
►
source before disconnecting the supply hose
from the appliance.
In this way you avoid uncontrollable thrashing
about of the supply hose.
Collecting bag for sandblasting
material
NOTE
Do not re-use surplus sand-blasting material
►
from the collecting bag until it has been
cleaned.
■ You can remove the surplus sand-blasting material
that has collected in the collecting bag via
the zip fastener or use a screwdriver to undo
the screw clamp and remove the collecting
bag from the appliance.
