Utilisation conforme
à l’usage prévu
L’appareil à air comprimé est conçu uniquement pour
l’application / la pulvérisation de peintures contenant
des solvants et de peintures hydrosolubles, lasures,
sous-couches, vernis, peintures de carrosseries automobiles, teintures, produits de traitement du bois, produits
phytosanitaires, huiles et désinfectants. L’appareil n’est
pas adapté pour le traitement de peintures à dispersion et au latex, de solutions alcalines, de produits de
revêtement contenant des acides, matériaux d’aspersion granuleux ou contenant des corps solides ainsi
que de matériaux à formules évitant les coulées et giclées. Toute autre utilisation ou modification de l’appareil est considérée comme non conforme et peut être
source de graves dangers. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour les dégâts issus d’une utilisation non
conforme. Cet appareil est uniquement conçu pour un
usage privé.

La source d’alimentation doit être éteinte, puis
l’appareil doit être déconnecté s’il n’est pas
utilisé ou s’il est sans surveillance même temporairement.
CONTRECOUPS !
Les pressions de travail élevées peuvent ent-
raîner des contrecoups pouvant, sous certaines
circonstances, causer des microtraumatismes
de par la répétition des mouvements.
RISQUE D’ASPHYXIE
Risque d’asphyxie lors de travaux
avec de l’azote ! Aussi, ne travaillez que
dans des pièces bien ventilées !
BLESSURES ! Ne dépassez jamais la pressi-
on de travail maximale admissible de 3 bar.
Pour le réglage de la pression de travail, utilisez un réducteur de pression.

Ne pas diriger l’appareil vers des personnes
et / ou des animaux.

flexible et ne retirez qu’ensuite de
l’appareil le tuyau flexible d’alimentation. Ceci vous permet d’éviter que le tuyau
flexible ne tourbillonne de manière incontrôlée
ou ne fasse un mouvement de recul soudain.

Avant tous travaux de réparation et d’entretien,
ainsi que lors d’interruptions du travail et avant
le transport de l’appareil, retirez l’appareil de
la source d’air comprimé.
Lorsque vous détachez le tuyau flexible de
l‘accouplement, tenez bien fermement le tuyau
pour éviter toutes blessures provoquées par
revenue en arrière rapide du tuyau.

Faites attention aux endommagements.
Avant la mise en service, contrôlez l’appareil
afin de détecter d’éventuels endommagements.
Si l’appareil présente des vices ou défauts, ne
le mettre en aucun cas en service.
Ne pliez pas le tuyau flexible de l‘appareil.
Celui-ci sera endommagé dans le cas contraire.
Tenez compte des instructions de sécurité du
fabricant du produit que vous voulez appliquer.
Soyez toujours attentif, faites atten-
tion à ce que vous faites et travaillez
toujours raisonnablement. N’utilisez
jamais un appareil si vous êtes fatigué
ou sous l’influence de drogues, d’alcool ou de médicaments.
Ne pas enlever les plaques signalétiques, ces
composants de l’appareil sont essentiels pour
la sécurité.
Si vous ne possédez pas d’expérience avec cet
appareil, faire une formation pour apprendre
à le manipuler en toute sécurité.

les systèmes de pulvérisation
de précision
Tenez la zone de travail propre, bien
éclairée et exempte de récipients
contenant des peintures ou solvants,
chiffons et autres matériaux et matières inflammables. Risque possible de
combustion spontanée. Tenez à disposition à
tout moment des extincteurs en état de fonctionnement.
Assurez une bonne aération dans la
zone d’application et un apport d’air
frais suffisant dans l’ensemble de la
pièce. Les solvants inflammables s’évaporant
engendrent un environnement explosif.
N’appliquez pas de produits et ne
procédez pas au nettoyage avec des
produits ou matériaux dont le point
d’éclair est inférieur à 21 °C. Utilisez
des produits, matières ou matériaux
à base d’eau, d’hydrocarbures peu
volatiles ou des produits, matières ou
matériaux comparables. Les solvants vo-
latiles s’évaporant engendrent un environnement
explosif.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil en présence
d’étincelles d’électricité statique, flammes
ouvertes, flammes d’allumage, objets
chauds, moteurs, cigarettes et étincelles
provenant du branchement et débranchement de câbles électriques ou de
l’utilisation de commutateurs. De telles
sources d’étincelles peuvent entraîner une inflammation de la zone environnante.
N’appliquez pas de produits dont vous
ne savez pas s’ils représentent un danger. Les produits inconnus peuvent engendrer
des conditions dangereuses.
Portez lors de l’application ou de la
manipulation de produits chimiques
un équipement de protection individuel
supplémentaire tel que des gants de
protection et un masque ou un masque
de protection des voies respiratoires
correspondants. Le port d’un équipement
de protection adapté à des conditions corres-

pondantes réduit l’exposition à des substances
dangereuses.
N’appliquez pas de produit sur vous-
même, d’autres personnes ou des
animaux. Tenez vos mains ou autres
parties du corps éloignées du jet. Si le
jet pénètre dans la peau, consultez
immédiatement un médecin. Le produit
pulvérisé peut pénétrer dans la peau même au
travers d’un gant et pénétrer dans votre orga
Ne traitez pas une pénétration de
produit pulvérisé comme une simple
coupure. Une jet haute pression peut
injecter des substances toxiques dans
l’organisme et entraîner des blessures
graves. En cas d’injection, consultez immé-
diatement un médecin.
Faites attention aux divers risques et
dangers pouvant émaner du produit
pulvérisé. Tenez compte des mar

du fabricant relatives au produit pulvérisé, y compris la prescription de
l’utilisation d’un équipement de protection individuel. Respecter obligatoirement
les instructions du fabricant pour réduire les

Ne pulvérisez jamais de produit si la
tête de la buse n’est pas montée. L’utilisation d’un élément de buse spécial avec tête
de buse adaptée réduit la probabilité d’injection de toxines dans l’organisme par traversée
du jet haute pression à travers la peau.

Cet appareil dispose d’un système HVLP (High
Volume Low Pressure). Il assure une application
de produit (peinture) plus importante alliée à une
consommation plus faible.

Raccordement de l’appareil
N’utiliser le produit qu’avec de l’air comprimé
épuré, exempt de condensation et d’huile, et
ne pas dépasser une pression de travail maxi
de 8 bar au niveau de l’appareil.
Pour pouvoir réguler la pression de l’air, la
source d’air comprimée doit être équipée d’un
réducteur de pression (à filtre).
Il vous faut pour utiliser cet appareil un tuyau
flexible pression à accouplement rapide et une
source d’air comprimé correspondante.
Respectez les instructions de service et de sécurité
de la source d’air comprimé et les instructions particulières pour la préparation de la peinture.
Avis : Veillez à la pression de travail correcte.
Une pression de travail trop importante entraîne
une répartition fine trop importante et une évaporation trop rapide du liquide. Les surfaces deviennent
rugueuses et l’adhésion est mauvaise. Par contre, si
la pression de travail est trop faible, la peinture
n’est pas suffisamment pulvérisée. Il en résulte des
surfaces ondulées et la formation de gouttes.
Raccordez le tuyau flexible pression à accouple-
ment rapide au raccordement d’air comprimé

de l’appareil. Le verrouillage est automatique.
Réglez au niveau du réducteur de pression à
filtre de la source d’air comprimé la pression
de travail sur 3 bar.

Mise en marche / à
l’arrêt de l’appareil
Instructions de travail :
- Placez le filtre dans le pistolet (voir im. C).
- Ouvrez la purge
- Lorsque vous diluez, veillez à ce que le produit
devant être appliqué et le diluant soient adaptés
l’un pour l’autre. En cas d’utilisation d’un diluant
non approprié, des grumeaux peuvent se former
et boucher ainsi le pistolet.
- Vissez le réservoir

Préparation de la
surface d’application
Recouvrez largement et soigneusement l’envi-
ronnement de la surface d’application. L’ensemble des surfaces non recouvertes risquent
sinon d’être souillées.
Assurez-vous que la surface d’application est
propre, sèche et exempte de graisse.
Grattez légèrement les surfaces lisses et élimi-
nez ensuite la poussière résultant du ponçage.

L’appareil dispose des réglages jet rond et jet plat.

Avis : Il est recommandé de commencer avec la
quantité d’air maximale. Ouvrez pour cela le réglage
de la quantité d’air

Augmentation de la quantité d’air :
Avis : L’augmentation de la quantité d’air est en
général judicieuse en cas de pulvérisation trop
grossière.
Tournez le réglage de la quantité d’air 7 dans
le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre.
Diminution de la quantité d’air :
Avis : La diminution de la quantité d’air est en
général judicieuse en cas de brouillard de peinture
trop important.
Tournez le réglage de la quantité d’air 7 dans
le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.

Entretien et nettoyage
Remarque: Il est important pour la sécurité et le
bon fonctionnement d‘effectuer un nettoyage soigneux après chaque utilisation.
Dans le cas contraire, l‘aiguille peut par exemple
se boucher et les fonctions parfaites de l‘appareil
ne sont plus garanties.
Portez des gants de protection appropriés pen-
dant les travaux de nettoyage.
N‘utilisez aucun solvant halogène contenant
des hydrocarbures comme le trichlorométhyle,
le chlorure d‘éthyle etc. car ils peuvent provoquer
des réactions chimiques avec certains matériaux
du pistolet à projection de peinture. Cela peut
provoquer des réactions dangereuses.
ATTENTION! Ne plongez jamais le pistolet
intégralement dans du solvant.
Vaporisez du diluant après chaque utilisation
(uniquement en extérieur - risque
d‘explosion !) ou de l‘eau dans l‘appareil.
Pour nettoyer le boîtier, la tête d‘injecteur 9 et
les trous d‘injection se trouvant à l‘intérieur,
veuillez utiliser la brosse de nettoyage jointe ou
un chiffon. N’utilisez en aucun cas de l’essence,
des solvants ou des nettoyants attaquant le
plastique.
Vissez tout d‘abord la vis de butée 4 en la
tournant dans le sens inverse des aiguilles
d‘une montre.
Retirez le ressort 11.
Retirez l‘aiguille 10 à l‘aide d‘une pince (voir
ill. A).
Nettoyez soigneusement l‘aiguille 10 avec la

, voir également illustration B.
Insérez l‘aiguille 10 de nouveau dans le pistolet.
Placez le ressort 11 au bout de l‘aiguille 10.
Revissez la vis de butée 4 en la tournant
dans le sens des aiguilles d‘une montre
.
Dévissez le récipient à écoulement 3 du pisto-
let
en le tournant dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d‘une montre.
Retirez le filtre 13 comme sur l‘illustration C et
nettoyez-le avec une brosse de nettoyage.
Nettoyez également le filetage intérieur de la

du récipient à écoulement 3 avec la
brosse de nettoyage (voir ill. D).

Remettez le filtre dans le pistolet (voir ill. C) et
revissez le récipient à écoulement
lui-ci en le tournant dans le sens des aiguilles
d‘une montre.
Pour protéger l‘appareil contre la rouille, vous
pouvez vaporiser de l‘huile de machine à coudre après le nettoyage.
Huilez toutes les pièces mobiles de temps en temps.
Après nettoyage des aiguilles, le filetage et le
joint doivent être légèrement graissés.
N‘utilisez pas de lubrifiant contenant du silicone.
Stockez vos appareils à air comprimé unique-
ment dans des espaces secs.

Ne faites répa-
rer des appareils fonctionnant à l’air
comprimé que par du personnel spécialisé qualifié et avec des pièces de
rechange d’origine. Ceci permet d’assurer
le maintien de la sécurité des appareils.
Une liste des matériaux utilisés dans la construc-
tion de l’équipement sera mise à disposition sur
demande afin de vérifier la compatibilité avec
le matériau de revêtement à utiliser.
Indication : Vous pouvez commander les pièces
détachées non mentionnées (comme par ex. balais
de charbon, interrupteur) auprès de notre centre
d‘appels.

Indépendamment de la garantie commerciale souscrite, le vendeur reste tenu des défauts de conformité
du bien et des vices rédhibitoires dans les conditions
prévues aux articles L211-4 et suivants du Code de
la consommation et aux articles 1641 et suivants
du Code Civil.
Cet appareil bénéficie de 3 ans de garantie
à compter de la date d’achat. L’appareil
a été fabriqué avec soin et consciencieusement contrôlé avant sa distribution.

commercial.
La garantie est annulée en cas de manipulation incorrecte et inappropriée, d’utilisation brutale et en
cas d’intervention qui n’aurait pas été réalisée par
notre centre de service après-vente agréé. Cette
garantie ne constitue pas une restriction de vos
droits légaux.
La durée de la garantie n’est pas prolongée par la
garantie du fabricant. Ceci vaut également pour
les pièces remplacées et réparées. Tous dommages
et défauts présents dès l’achat doivent être notifiés
dès que le produit est déballé, et au plus tard deux
jours après la date d’achat. Toutes réparations survenant après la période sous garantie ne seront
pas prises en charge.

Les peintures et vernis sont des déchets spéciaux
et doivent faire l’objet d’une mise au rebut
adéquate.
Respecter les réglementations locales.
Respecter les instructions du fabricant.
Les produits chimiques polluants ne doivent pas
s’infiltrer dans la terre, les nappes d’eau souterraines ou les eaux.
Il est donc interdit de pulvériser au bord de
cours d’eau ou de leurs surfaces environnantes
(zone de desserte).
Tenir compte de la compatibilité pour l’environ-
nement lors de l’achat de peintures et vernis.

Gerätes. Sie haben sich damit für ein hochwertiges
Produkt entschieden. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist
Teil dieses Produkts. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise
für Sicherheit, Gebrauch und Entsorgung. Machen
Sie sich vor der Benutzung des Produkts mit allen
Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Benutzen
Sie das Produkt nur wie beschrieben und für die
angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Händigen Sie alle
Unterlagen bei Weitergabe des Produkts an Dritte
mit aus.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das druckluftbetriebene Gerät ist nur bestimmt zum
Auftragen / Zerstäuben von lösemittelhaltigen und
wasserverdünnbaren Lackfarben, Lasuren, Grundierungen, Klarlacken, Kraftfahrzeug-Decklacken,
Beizen, Holzschutzmitteln, Pflanzenschutzmitteln,
Ölen und Desinfektionsmitteln. Das Gerät ist nicht
geeignet zum Verarbeiten von Dispersions- und
Latexfarben, Laugen, säurehaltigen Beschichtungsstoffen, körnigem und körperhaltigem Sprühmaterial
sowie spritz- und tropfgehemmten Materialien.
Jede andere Verwendung oder Veränderung des
Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und birgt
erhebliche Unfallgefahren. Für aus bestimmungswidriger Verwendung entstandene Schäden übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Das Gerät ist nur für den
privaten Einsatz bestimmt.

Lösen Sie zuerst den Schlauch von der
Druckluftquelle und entfernen Sie erst
danach den Versorgungsschlauch von
dem Gerät. So vermeiden Sie ein unkontrol-
liertes Herumwirbeln bzw. Rückstoß des Versorgungsschlauches.
Verwenden Sie für Ihren persönlichen
Schutz geeignete Körperschutzmittel.
Tragen Sie einen Atemschutz mit Aktivkohlefilter
und eine Schutzbrille.
Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen
während der Benutzung des Gerätes
fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle
über das Gerät verlieren.
Entfernen Sie vor Reparatur- und Instandhal-
tungsarbeiten sowie Betriebsunterbrechungen
und vor
einem Transport das Gerät von der
Druckluft
quelle.
Halten Sie beim Lösen der Schlauchkupplung
den Schlauch fest in der Hand, um Verletzungen,
hervorgerufen durch einen zurückschnellenden
Schlauch, zu vermeiden.
Achten Sie auf Beschädigung. Kontrol-
lieren Sie das Gerät vor Inbetriebnahme auf
etwaige Beschädigungen. Sollte das Gerät
Mängel aufweisen, darf es auf keinen Fall in
Betrieb genommen werden.
Knicken Sie nicht den Schlauch des Gerätes.
Andernfalls kann dieser beschädigt werden.
Bitte beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise der
Hersteller des Spritzgutes.
Seien Sie stets aufmerksam, achten
Sie darauf, was Sie tun und gehen Sie
mit Vernunft an die Arbeit. Benutzen
Sie kein Gerät, wenn Sie müde sind
oder unter dem Einfluss von Drogen,
Alkohol oder Medikamenten stehen.
Entfernen Sie keine Typenschilder - sie sind
sicherheitsrelevante Bestandteile des Gerätes.
Wenn Sie im Umgang mit dem Gerät unerfahren
sind, sollten Sie sich über den gefahrlosen
Umgang schulen lassen.
Originalzubehör / -zusatzgeräte
Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör und Zusatz-
geräte, die in der Bedienungsanleitung
angegeben sind. Der Gebrauch anderer als
in der Bedienungsanleitung empfohlenen Zubehörteile kann eine Verletzungsgefahr für Sie
bedeuten.
Sicherheitshinweise für
Feinsprühsysteme
Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber,
gut beleuchtet und frei von Farb- oder
Lösemittelbehältern, Lappen und sonstigen brennbaren Materialien. Mögliche
Gefahr der Selbstentzündung. Halten Sie funktionsfähige Feuerlöscher / Löschgeräte zu jeder
Zeit verfügbar.
Sorgen Sie für gute Belüftung im Sprüh-
bereich und für ausreichend Frischluft
im gesamten Raum. Verdunstende brennba-
re Lösemittel schaffen eine explosive Umgebung.
Sprühen und reinigen Sie nicht mit
Materialien, deren Flammpunkt unterhalb von 21 °C liegt. Verwenden Sie
Materialien auf der Basis von Wasser,
schwerflüchtigen Kohlenwasserstoffen

oder ähnlichen Materialien. Leichtflüchtige
verdunstende Lösemittel schaffen eine explosive
Umgebung.
Sprühen Sie nicht im Bereich von Zünd-
quellen wie statischen Elektrizitätsfunken, offenen Flammen, Zündflammen,
heißen Gegenständen, Motoren, Zigaretten und Funken vom Ein- und Ausstecken von Stromkabeln oder der
Bedienung von Schaltern. Derartige
Funkenquellen können zu einer Entzündung der
Umgebung führen.
Versprühen Sie keine Materialien bei
denen nicht bekannt ist, ob sie eine
Gefahr darstellen. Unbekannte Materialien
können gefährdende Bedingungen schaffen.
Tragen Sie zusätzliche persönliche
Schutzausrüstung wie entsprechende
Schutzhandschuhe und Schutz- oder
Atemschutzmaske beim Sprühen oder
der Handhabung von Chemikalien.
Das Tragen von Schutzausrüstung für entsprechende Bedingungen verringert die Aussetzung
gegenüber gefährdenden Substanzen.
Sprühen Sie nicht auf sich selbst, auf
andere Personen oder Tiere. Halten
Sie Ihre Hände und sonstige Körperteile fern vom Sprühstrahl. Falls der
Sprühstrahl die Haut durchdringt, nehmen Sie
umgehend ärztliche Hilfe in Anspruch. Das
Sprühgut kann selbst durch einen Handschuh
hindurch die Haut durchdringen und in Ihren
Körper eingespritzt werden.
Behandeln Sie eine Einspritzung nicht
als einfachen Schnitt. Ein Hochdruckstrahl kann Giftstoffe in den Körper
einspritzen und zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen. Im Falle einer Hauteinsprit-
zung nehmen Sie umgehend ärztliche Hilfe in
Anspruch.
Geben Sie acht auf etwaige Gefahren
des Sprühguts. Beachten Sie die Markierungen auf dem Behälter oder die
Herstellerinformationen des Sprühguts,
einschließlich der Aufforderung zur
Verwendung persönlicher Schutzausrüstung. Den Herstelleranweisungen ist Folge
zu leisten, um das Risiko von Feuer sowie durch

Gifte, Karzinogene, etc. hervorgerufenen Verletzungen zu verringern.
Sprühen Sie niemals ohne montierten
Düsenkopf. Die Verwendung eines speziellen
Düseneinsatzes mit dem passenden Düsenkopf
vermindert die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ein
Hochdruckstrahl die Haut durchdringt und Gifte
in den Körper einspritzt.
Inbetriebnahme
HVLP-Eigenschaften
Dieses Gerät verfügt ein HVLP-System (High Volume
Low Pressure). Es sorgt für einen erhöhten (Farb-)
Materialauftrag bei geringerem Verbrauch.
Wichtig: Überschreiten Sie nicht den Arbeitsdruck
von maximal 3 bar.
Gerät anschließen
Das Produkt darf ausschließlich mit gereinigter,
kondensat- und ölfreier Druckluft betrieben werden und darf den maximalen Arbeitsdruck von
3 bar am Gerät nicht überschreiten.
Damit Sie den Luftdruck regulieren können, muss
die Druckluftquelle mit einem (Filter)-Druckminderer ausgestattet sein.
Sie benötigen zum Betrieb dieses Geräts einen
flexiblen Druckluftschlauch mit Schnellkupplung
und eine entsprechende Druckluftquelle.
Beachten Sie die Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweise
der Druckluftquelle und besondere Anweisungen
zur Farbenaufbereitung.
Hinweis: Achten Sie auf den richtigen Arbeitsdruck.
Zu hoher Arbeitsdruck führt zu starker Feinverteilung
und bringt eine zu schnelle Flüssigkeitsverdunstung
mit sich. Die Oberflächen werden rau und entwickeln
schlechte Hafteigenschaften. Ist der Arbeitsdruck
hingegen zu niedrig, wird das Farbmaterial nicht
ausreichend zerstäubt. Wellige Oberflächen und
Tropfenbildung sind die Folge.
Schließen Sie den Druckluftschlauch mit Schnell-
kupplung am Druckluftanschluss

an. Die Verriegelung erfolgt automatisch.

Stellen Sie am Filterdruckminderer der Druck-
luftquelle den Arbeitsdruck auf 3 bar ein.
Sprühfläche vorbereiten
Decken Sie die Umgebung der Sprühfläche
weiträumig und gründlich ab. Alle nicht abgedeckten Flächen oder Oberflächen können
sonst verunreinigt werden.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Sprühfläche sauber,
trocken und fettfrei ist.
Rauen Sie glatte Flächen auf und entfernen Sie
anschließend den Schleifstaub.
Gerät ein- / ausschalten
Arbeitshinweise:

Setzen Sie den Filter in die Pistole ein (s. Abb. C).
- Öffnen Sie während des Arbeitsvorgangs die

- Füllen Sie das Sprühmaterial in den Fließbecher
3
und schrauben Sie den Deckel 2 fest.
- Halten Sie die Farbspritzpistole immer im gleichen
Abstand zum Objekt. Der ideale Spritzabstand
beträgt ca. 15 cm.
- Ermitteln Sie die jeweils geeigneten Einstellungen
durch einen Versuch.
- Schalten Sie das Gerät nicht über der Spritzfläche ein / aus, sondern beginnen und beenden
Sie den Spritzvorgang ca. 10 cm außerhalb der
Spritzfläche.
Drücken Sie zum Einschalten den Abzughebel 8
und halten Sie ihn gedrückt.
Lassen Sie zum Beenden des Betriebs den
Abzughebel
8
wieder los.
Farbstrahl einstellen
Das Gerät verfügt über die Einstellungen Rundstrahl
und Breitstrahl.
Rundstrahl Breitstrahl
Rundstrahl einstellen:
Verwenden Sie den Rundstrahl beispielsweise
bei kleinen Flächen, Ecken und Kanten.
Drehen Sie den Regler 5 im Uhrzeigersinn .
Breitstrahl einstellen:
Verwenden Sie den Breitstrahl vertikal und
horizontal bei größeren Flächen.
Drehen Sie den Regler 5 gegen den Uhrzeiger-
sinn
.

Wartung und Reinigung
Hinweis: Die gründliche Reinigung nach jeder
Anwendung ist sehr wichtig für Sicherheit und Betrieb.
Andernfalls verstopft beispielsweise die Nadel und
die einwandfreien Funktionen des Gerätes sind
nicht mehr gewährleistet.
Tragen Sie bei Reinigungsarbeiten geeignete
Schutzhandschuhe.
Verwenden Sie keine kohlenwasserstoffhaltigen
Halogen-Lösungsmittel wie Trichlormethyl, Ethylchlorid usw., da sie chemische Reaktionen mit
einigen Materialien der Farbspritzpistole einge
hen.
Dies kann zu gefährlichen Reaktionen führen.
ACHTUNG! Legen Sie die Farbspritzpistole
niemals vollständig in Lösungsmittel.
Spritzen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch Verdünner
(nur im Freien–Explosionsgefahr!) bzw.
Wasser durch das Gerät.
Um das Gehäuse, den Düsenkopf 9 und die
darin befindlichen Sprühlöcher zu reinigen,
benutzen Sie die beiliegende Reinigungsbürste
oder ein Tuch. Verwenden Sie niemals Benzin,
Lösungsmittel oder Reiniger, die Kunststoff angreifen.
Schrauben Sie zunächst die Hubanschlagschraub
4
durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
heraus.
Entnehmen Sie die Feder 11.
Entnehmen Sie die Nadel 10 mit Hilfe einer
Zange (s. Abb. A).
Reinigen Sie die Nadel 10 sorgfältig mit der

Setzen Sie die Nadel 10 wieder in die Farb-
spritzpistole ein.

Reinigen Sie auch das innere Schraubgewinde 14
des Fließbechers

(s. Abb. D).
Stecken Sie den Filter wieder in die Pistole
(s. Abb. C) und schrauben Sie den Fließbecher
3
im Uhrzeigersinn auf dieser fest.
Zum Rostschutz können Sie nach der Reinigung
Nähmaschinenöl durchspritzen.
Ölen Sie alle beweglichen Teile von Zeit zu Zeit.
Nach Reinigung der Nadel müssen Gewinde
und Dichtung leicht mit Fett behandelt werden.
Verwenden Sie keine silikonhaltigen Schmier-
mittel.
Lagern Sie Druckluftgeräte nur in trockenen
Räumen.
Service
Lassen Sie druckluftbetriebene Geräte nur von qualifiziert
Fachpersonal und nur mit Originalersatzteilen reparieren. Damit wird sicherge-
stellt, dass die Sicherheit der Geräte erhalten bleibt.
Hinweis: Nicht aufgeführte Ersatzteile (wie z.B.
Kohlebürsten, Schalter) können Sie über unsere
Callcenter bestellen.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Das Gerät wurde
sorgfältig produziert und vor Anlieferung
gewissenhaft geprüft. Bitte bewahren Sie

Correct Usage
This compressed air-operated device is only intended
for the application / spraying of solvent-containing
and water-dilutable paints, glazes, primers, varnishes,
automotive topcoats, stains, wood preservatives,
pesticides, oils and disinfectants. The device is not
suitable for working with dispersion and latex paints,
alkalis, acidic coating materials, granular and particulate spraying material or injection and non-drip
materials. Any other use or modification shall be
deemed to be improper use and could give rise to
considerable risk of accident. We will not accept liability for loss or damage arising from improper use.
The device is intended for private, domestic use only.

Never exceed the maximum allowable working
air pressure of 3 bar. Use a pressure reducer
to set the working air pressure.

Never use oxygen or other combustible gas as
the energy source.
First disconnect the hose from the
compressed air source and only then
disconnect the compressed air supply
hose from the device. This will ensure that
the compressed air supply hose does not wave
around or recoil in an uncontrolled manner.
For your own safety, wear suitable
personal protective equipment. Wear
respiratory protection with active charcoal filters and goggles.
Keep children and other people away
while you are operating the device.
Distractions can cause you to lose control of
the device.
Disconnect the device from the compressed air
source before carrying out any repair or maintenance work, during interruptions to operations
and before transporting the device.
When removing the hose coupling, hold the
hose tightly in your hand to avoid injury
caused by the hose shooting backwards.
Look out for damage on the device.
Check the device for damage before bringing
it into use. Do not use the device if you discover
any defects.
Do not kink the device’s hose, otherwise you
may damage it.
Please note the safety instructions of the ma-
nufacturer of the sprayed material.
Remain alert at all times, pay attention
to what you are doing and use com
sense in your work. Do not use any device when you are tired or under the inf
luence of drugs, alcohol or medications.

Safety instructions for
fine spray systems
Keep your work area clean, well lit
and free of paint or solvent containers,
rags and other combustible materials.
Potential danger of spontaneous combustion.
Keep fully functioning fire extinguishers / extinguishing equipment available at all times.
Ensure good ventilation in the spray-
ing area and sufficient quantities of
fresh air through-out the room. Evapo-
rating flammable solvents create an explosive
environment.
Do not spray or clean with materials
with a flashpoint below 21°C. Use
materials on the basis of water, lowvolatile hydrocarbons or similar materials. Highly volatile evaporating solvents
create an explosive environment.
Do not spray in the area of ignition sourc-
es such as static electricity sparks, open
flames, pilot lights, hot objects, motors,
cigarettes and sparks from inserting
and disconnecting power cords or the
operation of switches. Such sources of sparks
can lead to ignition of the surrounding area.
Do not spray any materials for which
it is not known whether they pose a
danger. Unknown materials can create dan-
gerous conditions.

Wear additional personal protective
equipment such as appropriate protective gloves and protective masks or
respirators when spraying or handling
chemicals. The wearing of protective equipment
in such conditions reduces exposure to harmful
substances.
Do not spray on yourself, other people
or animals. Keep hands and other body
parts away from the spray jet. If the
spray penetrates the skin, seek medical help
immediately. The material being sprayed can
even penetrate the skin through a glove and be
injected into your body.
Do not treat an injection as a simple cut.
A high pressure jet may inject toxins
into the body and cause serious inju
ries.
If the spray is injected into the skin, seek medical
help immediately.
Pay attention to any possible dangers
of the material being sprayed. Note
the markings on the container or the
manufacturer’s information relating to
the material being sprayed, including
the instruction to use personal protective equipment. The manufacturer’s in-struc-
tions must be followed to reduce the risk of fire, as
well as injuries caused by toxins, carcinogens, etc.
Never spray without the nozzle head
in place. The use of a special nozzle insert
with the appropriate nozzle head reduces the
probability of a high-pressure jet penetrating
the skin and injecting toxins into the body.

Connecting the device
Operate the product only with cleaned, con-
densate- and oil-free compressed air and never
exceed the maximum working air pressure at
the device of 3 bar.
The compressed air source must be fitted with a
(filter) / pressure reducer so that the air pressure
can be regulated.
In order to operate this device you require a flexible
compressed air hose with quick-release coupling
and an appropriate source of compressed air.
Observe the operating and safety instructions of the
compressed air source and any special instructions
concerning paint preparation.
Note: Ensure the correct working pressure. An
excessive working pressure leads to increased fine
dispersion and results in too rapid evaporation of
the liquid. The surfaces become rough and develop
poor adhesion properties. If the working pressure is
too low on the other hand, the paint material is not
sufficiently atomised. Undulating surfaces and the
formation of drops are the result.
Connect the compressed air hose with the
rapid-release coupling to the compressed air
connection
of the device. This automatically

locks into place.
Use the filter pressure reducer of the compressed
air source to set the working pressure to 3 bar.

HVLP properties
This device uses an HVLP system (High Volume Low
Pressure). It ensures the increased application of
(paint) materials with lower consumption.
Important: Do not exceed the maximum working
pressure of 3 bar.

Mask off the surroundings of the spraying surface
thoroughly over a wide area. Otherwise all noncovered areas or surfaces may become soiled.
Make sure that the spraying surface is clean,
dry and free of grease.
Roughen smooth surfaces and then remove the
sanding dust.

- When diluting the material, make sure that the
spraying material and the dilution are suitable
for one another. If an incorrect dilution is used,
lumps may form and clog the gun as a result.
- Screw the flow cup
clockwise firmly on to

the gun.
- Fill the spraying material into the flow cup
and screw the lid
on tight.

- Always hold the paint spray gun at the same
distance from the object. The ideal spraying
distance is approximately 15 cm.
- Determine the appropriate settings in each
case by experimenting.
- Do not turn the device on / off when it is over the
spraying surface, but start and end the spraying
process approximately 10 cm outside of the
spraying area.
Press the trigger 8 to start spraying and keep
it held down.
In order to stop spraying, release the trigger 8
again.

Note: It is advisable to start with the maximum
amount of air. In order to do this, open the air volume
regulator
as described below under “Increas-

Increasing the air quantity:
Note: Increasing the amount of air is generally
advisable when the degree of atomization is too
coarse.
Turn the air quantity regulator 7 in an anti-
clockwise direction.
Reducing the air quantity:
Note: Reducing the amount of air is generally
advisable when the paint spray is too strong.
Turn the air quantity regulator 7 in a clock-
wise direction.

Adjusting the round jet:
Use the round jet, for example, for small surfaces,
corners and edges.
Turn the regulator 5 in a clockwise direction .
Adjusting the broad jet:
Use the broad jet vertically and horizontally
over larger areas.
Turn the regulator 5 in an anticlockwise direc-
tion
. The nozzle head 9 can be continuously
adjusted vertically and horizontally by turning
to the desired position.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Note: Thorough cleaning after each use is very
important for safety and operation. Otherwise, for
example, the needle will become clogged and the
proper functioning of the appliance can no longer
be guaranteed.
Wear suitable protective gloves when carrying
out cleaning work.
Do not use any hydrocarbon-containing halogen
solvents, such as trichloromethyl, ethyl chloride,
etc., as they undergo chemical reactions with

some materials of the paint spray gun. This can
lead to dangerous reactions.
ATTENTION! Never immerse the paint spray
gun completely in solvent.
After each use, spray thinner (only in the
open
air – danger of explosion!) or water
through the device.
To clean the casing, nozzle head 9 and the
spray holes inside it, use a cloth or the cleaning
brush provided. Never use petrol, solvents or
cleaning agents that attack plastic.
First unscrew the stroke stop screw 4 by turning
it anti-clockwise
.
Remove the spring 11.
Remove the needle 10 with the aid of pliers
(see Fig. A).
Clean the needle 10 carefully with the brush 12,
also refer to Fig. B.
Replace the needle 10 in the paint spray gun.
Position the spring 11 on the end of the needle 10.
Tighten the stroke stop screw 4 by turning it
clockwise
.
Unscrew the flow cup 3 from the gun by tur-
ning anticlockwise
.
Remove the filter 13, as shown in Figure C, and
clean it with the cleaning brush.
Clean the interior screw thread 14 of the flow

with the cleaning brush (see Fig. D).
Replace the filter in the gun (see Fig. C) and tigh-
ten the flow cup

by turning it clockwise .
For rust protection you can spray sewing ma-
chine oil through the device after cleaning.
Lubricate all moving parts from time to time.
After cleaning the needle, the thread and seal
must be lightly treated with grease.
Do not use any lubricants containing silicone.
Only store compressed air tools in dry areas.

Warranty
The warranty for this appliance is for 3
years from the date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured with care
and meticulously examined before delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof
of purchase. In the event of a warranty
claim, please make contact by telephone
with our Service Department. Only in this
way can a post-free despatch for your
goods be assured.
The warranty covers only claims for material and
maufacturing defects, but not for transport damage,
for wearing parts or for damage to fragile components, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for private use only and is not intended for commercial use.
The warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper handling, use of force and internal tampering
not carried out by our authorized service branch. Your
statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this
warranty.
The warranty period will not be extended by repairs
made unter warranty. This applies also to replaced
and repaired parts. Any damage and defects extant
on purchase must be reported immediately after
unpacking the appliance, at the latest, two days after
the purchase date. Repairs made after the expiration
of the warranty period are subject to payment.
