PROBLEM
We would like to detect bottles which have appropriate dose of juice in the final process of manufacturing by a sensor. Detecting by image processing can’t be reliable. In addition, the cost is high.

EZ-11
Water detection sensor EZ-11 is installed at the appropriate level of liquid, and if the liquid is small in amount, sensors receive the light and can judge failure.

Tips; EZ-11 can detect presence of liquid reliably because it uses specific wave length of LED, which can detect only liquid, so by using EZ-11 stable detection is possible regardless of the color of liquid inside.

Tips; Setting is easy because you can use the same mounting jig as other sensors. Compared to image processing, reducing space drastically is possible.
