McIntosh has been developing and producing loudspeakers for over 25
years. Many of these systems have been awarded patents for their unique
technology and design. Our focus has been dedicated to one simple

Mobile sound systems face unique challenges. Higher ambient noise levels
typically demand greater output levels from small diameter drivers and
the environment itself subjects speakers to excessive heat, moisture

speakers to operate at high excursion and high output with no substantial
increase in distortion. In addition, McIntosh utilizes special structural
materials to ensure great resistance to heat, UV and moisture. The result
is a speaker with unsurpassed clarity and dynamic capability.

has resulted in car audio loudspeakers that are meeting the performance
challenges which are specific to the environment of a car.
