DOWN DUCT AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM:
Ensures consistent cabinet temperatures.
HEATING SYSTEM: Cabinet is equipped with forced air heating system that utilizes a down duct air distribution system that provides uniform tempera­ture throughout the cabinet. The commercial grade tubular heating element(s) and blower assembly are located outside of the interior cabinet storage area. This design which does not have the heating elements inside the food storage area provides more usable cabinet storage space. The advanced heating system is designed for energy efficiency, operator safety, and to eliminate food safety issues.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Temperature is controlled by an adjustable thermostat that permits heat adjustment up to 180°F.
HUMIDITY CONTROL: Cabinet is equipped with a dial-type control, which allows easy, positive humidity control. It consists of a venting tube that is governed by a rotating knob on the face of the control panel. Maximum, humidity conditions inside the cabinet are obtained when the tube is closed off completely, minimum when the tube is wide open. Knob adjustments vary the humidity. (Two dial type controls furnished on 3-section models.) All controls are furnished on just one side of pass-through models.
EASILY REMOVABLE GASKETS: Solid door gaskets are easily removed without tools for cleaning or replacement, eliminating the expense of a service call.
FIELD REHINGEABLE DOOR: Maximum flexibility for layout changes.
CHOICE OF TWO FINISHES: Allows customer to choose the best finish for their application. Units are available in: stainless steel exterior and interior; stainless steel exterior, DuraFinish aluminum interior with stainless steel bottom.
ADJUSTABLE HUMIDITY CONTROL: The humidity levels in the box can be controlled which allows for adjustments for a variety of products.
FACILITY FEATURES: The broad choice of shelving, food files, and pan files ensures that the customer can efficiently utilize the cabinet interior.
WARRANTY: The Q series cabinet warranty is for two years. It includes parts, labor, and travel during normal working hours in the continental United States.

QSH SERIES
Exterior: Front housing, ends and doors are No. 4
finish stainless steel. Front frame is stainless steel. Exterior top, back and bottom are galvanized steel.
Interior: Liner is crimped construction of No. 4 finish stainless steel with 3⁄8" radius bends. Door drums are of one piece stainless steel.

Exterior: Front housing, ends and doors are No. 4
finish stainless steel. Front door frame is stainless steel. Exterior top, back and bottom are galvanized steel.
Interior: Liner is crimped construction of DuraFinish aluminum with 3⁄8" radius bends. Liner bottom is No. 4 finish stainless steel. Door drums are of one piece stainless steel.
HARDWARE AND FITTINGS: Heavy-duty, bumper­type door handle positioned horizontally with cylinder locks. Positive action door hinged mechanism fitted with stops, are chromium plated and are mounted to reveal full door opening when door is open past 90 degrees. Door stays open at 105 degrees, and self closes at less than 90 degrees. Solid doors are field rehingeable.
Door gaskets are of smooth, high quality thermoplastic elastomer. Exterior, solar powered, digital thermometer is standard on all cabinets.
6" adjustable legs with stainless steel feet are standard. Three wire shelves per section are available. Zinc plated steel, sealed with a corrosion resistant clear epoxy coating and are provided together with bonus shelves for between door areas. Shelf adjustment on 1" centers.
INSULATION: CFC Free Polyurethane foam, poured, expanded and bonded in place, completely filling all cavities between inner and exterior surfaces of the cabinet and doors.
HINGED GLASS DOORS: Glass doors are multiple­glazed sealed and set in a narrow extruded aluminum frame.

PAN FILE: Assembled of specially designed slides and racks that fit directly into cabinet standards. Adjustable on 1" centers. For all full and fractional size pans.

Adjustments permit positive fit regardless of the make of trays or pans used. (Entire system must use same size pan.)

FOOD FILE: Provides adjustable and removable facilities for storing standard trays: 18" x 26" – one per level or 14" x 18"
- two per level. Consists of four adapter wings that hook into cabinet shelf stan­dards, plus slides that are removable and adjustable.
No. FF-10 – One standard Food File with ten levels of slides for 14" x 18" or 18" x 26" pans, 1" deep. One assembly can be put behind any half-height door, one or two behind a full-height door.

Easy to clean, and stay clean longer. Of course, they are removable and easily adjustable for exact fit of any standard width 18" x 26" bun pans. (Entire system must use same size pan.)

ball-bearing pull-out support assembly with hooks to fit into the regular cabinet shelf standards. Pull-out slides are adjustable on 1" centers and may be placed anywhere in the cabinet.

SWIVEL-TYPE LOCKING CASTERS
Hobart furnishes heavy duty industrial casters that swivel and roll, permitting cabinets to be moved for easier cleaning. Front casters are equipped with brake pedals and locks so that cabinets may be held in a stationary position.
Casters not provided on hinged glass door units.
Wheels, 5" in diameter, meet NSF require­ments. All metal parts are rustproofed.
No. SC – Swivel-type locking casters, set of four, for field installation.
STAINLESS STEEL UTILITY BASE
The utility base is a rugged, stainless steel sup-port that is designed to meet NSF requirements and simplify installation when refrigeration and/or electrical lines come up through the floor. Base is 4" high and the same width as the bottom of the cabinet to which it attaches. It can be set directly on the floor or on a 2" high curb.
Access plates, in the center of the front, may be removed to make or inspect con­nections.
