Using MSN® Direct
The MSN Direct receiver provides MSN Direct content
such as trafc, weather, gas prices, and movie times. For
more information about MSN Direct, see http://garmin
.msndirect.com or www.garmin.com.
The MSN Direct receiver replaces the vehicle power
cable/trafc receiver that came with your Garmin GPS
navigator.

The MSN Direct receiver must be connected to

NOTE: When you rst activate your receiver, you must
specify a primary location and a current region. The
primary location is the area you will use the device most
often. The current region refers to your current location
where the activation key will be broadcast.
