Gas Pasta Cooker. Two programmable auto-lifting mechanism for AISI 304 baskets. Digital timer. Thermostat controlled programmable water temperature. The unit shall feature constant water level refill and automatic starch removal during cooking process. Low water level shut-off. IPX 5 water jet protection (NEMA 4 equivalent).
The two 50 gallon tanks in AISI 316 Stainless steel and features only rounded corners. 6″ long, height adjustable legs. The unit to be completely in AISI 304 Stainless steel.
