This tool has aimed to recover by the user when upgrade has failed because
of virus checker and firewall software, etc.

This tool is effective described below.

1) When the POWER switch is turned on, and it doesn't turn on the power of
the AV Receiver /Amplifier.

2) When the POWER switch of the AV Receiver /Amplifier is ON and works
normally but it fails in communications of the Update tool.
