Access and usage control. Brother’s unique Secure Function Lock enables you to restrict users’ access to certain functions such as colour printing and copying. You can also set monthly print volume allowances for staff in order to control your costs.

Quick and easy. Configuring and using the DCP-9055CDN is simple thanks to the backlit 5-line LCD screen. An intuitive control panel means you will be familiar with the frequently used features in no time.

Flexible media options. Instantly print on thick paper or envelopes in-house with the DCP-9055CDN’s 50-sheet multi-purpose tray. With its Straight Paper Path, all you have to do is feed the special media at the front and collect your printouts at the rear.

Create professional reports. Print easy-to-read, professional colour documents in A5 booklet format automatically by simply choosing the booklet feature in the driver.

Be in control. There are two simple to use systems for managing your network printers, Web Based Management and/or BRAdmin Professional***. Both allow you to easily change settings and configure device status alerts without leaving your desk. Web Based Management allows configuration through your web browser so there’s no need to install software. BRAdmin Professional*** is perfect for a large suite of machines spread across multiple locations, saving you the time of having to physically visit a printer. As a result, you get less printer downtime and more staff productivity.

Expandable. If your business grows, so too can the DCP-9055CDN. The standard 250-sheet paper tray can be further enhanced by adding the optional 500-sheet lower tray taking the maximum paper input to 800-sheets.

Safe and secure

Be safe. Print your most confidential documents, safe in the

knowledge that they will remain just that, with Brother’s Secure Print feature. It’s incredibly easy to use: when you’re ready to print your document, you enter a private PIN code on your computer, then click the print button. The document will print only after you’ve physically entered your PIN code at the printer.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption. Although documents are sent from computer to printer within seconds, this is long enough for the information to be hacked. SSL prevents this by encrypting the data you send over the network, ensuring confidential reports remain just that.
