Sblocco a cordina, permette l’apertura dall’esterno
della porta sezionale in caso di mancanza della rete
elettrica o guasto.

This cord release allows for the opening of the sectional door from outside in the event of lack of mains
power supply or fault.
L’installazione di UL.BY e’ obbligatoria nel caso il
locale sia privo di altre vie di accesso, poiche’ in
caso di malfunzionamento potrebbe non essere
possibile accedere al locale stesso.
Installazione
1) Tracciare i punti di foratura sulla porta in corri-
spondenza dell’asse centrale, utilizzando la placca di
fi ssaggio interna come riferimento.
2) Eseguire due fori di diametro 5mm per il fi ssaggio
del blocco alla porta e un foro da 20mm per il passaggio della serratura.
3) Fissare il blocco serratura alla porta come indicato
in fi gura, utilizzando le relative viti, bulloni e rondelle
in dotazione.
4) Inserire il cordino di acciaio e la serratura mobile nel blocco fi sso prestando attenzione a tenere la
chiave in posizione orizzontale come in fi gura.
N.B: la serratura mobile entra nel blocco fi sso solo
quando la tacca A e’ rivolta verso il basso e la chiave
e’ inserita.
5) Legare il cordino di acciaio alla manopola di sblocco come in fi gura.
N.B: prestare attenzione a non lasciare troppo teso il
cordino di acciaio, per non causare lo sblocco della
porta durante l’apertura normale (fi g. 5b).
6) Per chiudere la serratura ruotare la chiave di 90
gradi in senso antiorario.
7) Per sbloccare la porta sezionale, inserire la chiave
in posizione verticale e ruotarla di 90 gradi in senso
orario.
Successivamente estrarre la parte mobile e tirare
verso l’esterno fi nche’ viene sbloccato il meccanismo di blocco.
The installation of UL.BY is mandatory if the room
has no other access. In this case, in fact, in the
event of malfunctions, access to the room might
not be possible.
Installation
1) Mark the drilling points on the door, on the centre
line, using the internal fi tting plate as a reference.
2) Drill two holes of 5 mm diameter to fi t the bloc to
the door and a 20mm hole for the passage of the
door lock.
3) Fix the door lock bloc to the door, as shown in the
fi gure, by using the related screws, bolts and washers supplied.
4) Insert the steel cord and the extractable door lock
in the fi xed bloc. Make sure that the key is horizontally positioned, as shown in the fi gure.
NOTE: the extractable door lock can be inserted in
the fi xed bloc only when the mark A is turned downwards and the key is inserted.
5) Tie the steel cord to the release door knob, as in
the fi gure.
NOTE: take care not to leave the steel cord too loose
in order not to cause the door release during the normal opening of the door (fi g. 5b).
6) To block the door lock, turn the key by 90 degrees,
anticlockwise.
7) To release the sectional door, insert the key in the
vertical position and turn it by 90 degrees, clockwise.
Then remove the extractable part and pull towards
the outside until the release mechanism is released.
A questo punto e’ possibile aprire o chiudere la porta
sezionale manualmente.
Per il ripristino del funzionamento automatico, fate
riferimento alle istruzioni fornite con l’automazione.
Now the sectional door can be opened or closed by
hand.
To reset the automatic operation, please refer to instructions supplied with the automatic system.

Die Seilentsicherung ermöglicht es, das Sektionaltor
von außen bei Stromausfall oder im Falle einer Störung zu öffnen.
Die Installation von UL.BY ist vorgeschrieben,
wenn der Raum keine weiteren Zugangsmöglichkeiten bietet, da im Falle einer Störung der Zugang zum Raum anderenfalls unmöglich wäre.
Installation
1) Markieren Sie die Stellen an der Tür auf der Höhe
der Zentralachse, an denen die Löcher gebohrt werden müssen und verwenden Sie dazu die interne Befestigungsplatte als Schablone.
2) Bohren Sie zwei im Durchmesser 5 mm große
Löcher zur Blockbefestigung an die Tür und ein 20
mm großes Loch, in welches das Schloss eingesetzt
werden muss.

Déblocage à cordelette, qui permet l’ouverture de
l’extérieur de la porte sectionnelle en cas de panne
de courant ou de défaut.
Si dans la pièce il n’y a pas d’autres voies d’accès, l’installation de UL.BY est obligatoire car
autrement en cas de panne il serait impossible
d’accéder à la pièce même.
Installation
1) Tracer les points de forage sur la porte en corres-
pondance de l’axe centrale en utilisant la plaque de
fi xation interne comme référence.
2) Exécuter deux trous diamètre 5mm pour fi xer le
bloc de la porte et un trou diamètre 20mm pour faire
passer la serrure.
3) Befestigen Sie den Schlossblock an die Tür, wie
in der Abbildung gezeigt und verwenden Sie dazu
die mitgelieferten Schrauben, Muttern und Unterlegscheiben.
4) Setzen Sie das Stahlseil und das mobile Schloss
in den festen Block ein. Dabei muss der Schlüssel
waagerecht positioniert sein, wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt.
N.B.: Das mobile Schloss lässt sich in den festen
Block erst einsetzen, wenn die Nut A nach unten gerichtet und der Schlüssel eingesteckt ist.
5) Binden Sie nun das Stahlseil an den Entsicherungsdrehknopf fest. Siehe Abbildung.
N.B.: Das Stahlseil darf auf keinen Fall zu sehr gespannt sein, um zu vermeiden, dass das Tor während des normalen Öffnungsvorgangs entsichert
wird (Abb. 5b).
6) Um das Schloss zu schließen, den Schlüssel um
90° gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
7) Um das Sektionaltor zu entsichern, den Schlüssel
vertikal einstecken und 90° im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Dann das mobile Teil herausnehmen und nach außen ziehen, bis das Blockierungsmechanismus entsichert ist.
Nun kann das Sektionaltor von Hand geöffnet oder
geschlossen werden.
Um den automatischen Betrieb wieder herzustellen,
beziehen Sie sich bitte auf die entsprechenden Anweisungen, die mit der Automation geliefert werden.
3) Fixer le bloc serrure à la porte comme indiqué en
fi gure, en utilisant les vis les boulons et les rondelles
fournis en dotation.
4) Insérer la cordelette en acier et la serrure mobile
dans le bloc fi xe en prêtant attention à tenir la clé en
position horizontale come illustré dans la fi gure.
N.B: la serrure mobile entre dans le bloc fi xe seulement lorsque la bouterolle A est tournée vers le base
t la clé est insérée.
5) Lier la cordelette en acier au bouton de déblocage
comme indiqué dans la fi gure.
N.B: prêter attention à ne pas laisser la corde lette
en acier trop tendue pour ne pas causer le déblocage de la porte durant la normale ouverture (fi g. 5b).
6) Pour fermer la serrure tourner la clé de 90 degrés
dans le sens contraire des aiguilles.
7) Pour débloquer la porte sectionnelle, insérer la
clé en position verticale et la tourner de 90 dégrées
dans le sens des aiguilles.
Par la suite extraire la partie mobile et tirer vers l’extérieur jusqu’à ce que le mécanisme de déblocage
est débloqué.
A’ ce point il est possible ouvrir ou fermer la porte
sectionnelle manuellement.
Pour la restauration du fonctionnement automatique, se référer aux modes d’emploi fournis avec
l’automation.

zewnątrz drzwi sekcyjnych w razie braku zasilania
elektrycznego lub awarii.
La instalación de UL.BY es obligatoria en el caso
de qu e el local no tenga otros accesos, ya que en
caso de malfuncionamiento podría no ser posible acceder a dicho local.
Instalación
1) Marcar los puntos a taladrar en la puerta, en co-
rrespondencia del eje central, utilizando la placa de
fi jación interna como referencia.
2) Taladrar dos agujeros de diámetro 5mm para fi jar
el bloque a la puerta y un agujero de 20mm para hacer pasar la cerradura.
3) Fijar el bloque de la cerradura a la puerta como
mostrado en la fi gura, utilizando los correspondientes tornillos, pernos y arandelas suministrados.
4) Insertar el cordel de acero y la cerradura móvil en
el bloque fi jo, prestando atención a mantener la llave
en posición horizontal como en la fi gura.
N.B.: la cerradura móvil entra en el bloque fi jo sólo
cuando la muesca A está dirigida hacia abajo y la
llave está insertada.
5) Atar el cordel de acero a la manija de desbloqueo
como mostrado en la fi gura.
N.B.: prestar atención a no dejar el cordel de acero
demasiado tenso, para no causar el desbloqueo de
la puerta durante la apertura normal (fi g. 5b).
Zainstalowanie UL.BY jest obowiązkowe w przypadku pomieszczenia pozbawionego innych
dróg dostępu, gdyż w razie awarii dostęp do pomieszczenia mógłby okazać się niemożliwy.
Montaż
1) Wyznaczyć otwory do wywiercenia na drzwiach w
miejscu środkowej osi, stosując wewnętrzną płytkę
mocującą jako punkt odniesienia.
2) Wykonać dwa otwory o średnicy 5mm, aby
umocować wysprzęglenie do drzwi oraz jeden otwór
o średnicy 20mm do umocowania zamka.
3) Umocować blokadę zamka do drzwi, jak przedstawiono na rysunku, posługując się stosownymi
śrubami, sworzniami i podkładkami znajdującymi się
na wyposażeniu.
4) Założyć stalowy wężyk oraz ruchomy zamek do
stałej blokady zwracając uwagę, aby klucz znalazł
się w poziomym położeniu, jak przedstawiono na
rysunku.
N.B: ruchomy zamek może być wsunięty do stałej
blokady tylko, jeżeli znacznik A jest skierowany w
dół, a klucz jest w zamku.
5) Umocować stalowy wężyk do pokrętła
wysprzęglenia, jak przedstawiono na rysunku.
N.B: zwrócić uwagę, aby wężyk nie był zbyt napięty
i nie powodował wysprzęglenia drzwi podczas normalnego otwierania (rys. 5b).
6) Para cerrar la cerradura girar la llave 90 grados
en sentido antihorario (el sentido contrario al de las
manecillas del reloj).
7) Para desbloquear la puerta seccional, insertar la
llave en posición vertical y girarla 90 grados en sentido horario (el sentido de las manecillas del reloj).
Seguidamente extraer la parte móvil y tirar hacia
fuera hasta que se desbloquea el mecanismo de
bloqueo.
Ahora es posible abrir o cerrar manualmente la puerta seccional.
Para restablecer el funcionamiento automático, hágase referencia a las instrucciones proporcionadas
con la automatización.
6) Aby zamknąć zamek należy obrócić klucz o 90
stopni w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek
zegara.
7) Aby wysprzęglić drzwi sekcyjne, włożyć klucz w
pionowej pozycji i obrócić o 90 stopni w kierunku
zgodnym z ruchem wskazówek zegara.
Następnie, wyjąć ruchomą część i pociągnąć na
zewnątrz dopóki nie zostanie wysprzęglony mechanizm blokady.
W tym momencie można ręcznie otworzyć lub
zamknąć drzwi sekcyjne.
Aby przywrócić automatyczne funkcjonowanie, należy skonsultować instrukcje podane w
podręczniku obsługi dostarczonym razem z
napędem.
