Introducing the new 17-inch PowerBook G4, with the largest
display and thinnest design of any notebook computer.

Key Features

17 -inch widescreen. The stunning panoramic
display with 1440-by-900-pixel resolution
offers as much viewing area as a 19-inch
CRT monitor.

1 inch thin. The gorgeous, ultrathin anodized
aluminum design is unlike anything you’ve
ever seen or held.

Illuminated keyboard. A true ease-of-use
breakthrough, the fiber-optic, backlit key­board makes it possible to work in low-light
environments.

Performance architecture. The 1GHz
PowerPC G4 processor, 1MB of L3 cache,
NVIDIA graphics, and new high-speed
FireWire 800 deliver unmatched performance.

SuperDrive. The slot-loading SuperDrive
lets you burn custom CDs and professional
DVDs using the included iDVD, iMovie,
iPhoto, and iTunes applications.

Advanced wireless. The new 54-Mbps
AirPort Extreme provides superfast wireless
networking,

and integrated Bluetooth
technology offers the latest in connectivity
to your mobile phone and other wireless
peripherals.
