ATTENTION!
For additional protection it is reasonable to
install a residual current device (RCD) with nominal operation current not exceeding 30 mA.
To install an RCD, contact a specialist.
SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the electrical appliance read this
manual carefully and keep it for further reference.
Use the unit for its intended purpose only as
specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit
can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the
user or damage to his/her property.
• Before using the multicooker, examine the
power cord and the power cord connector
located on the multicooker body closely
and make sure that they are not damaged.
Do not use the multicooker if the power
cord or the power cord connector is damaged.
• Before switching the unit on, make sure that
the mains voltage corresponds to the unit
operating voltage.
• The power cord is equipped with a «euro-
plug»; plug it into the socket with a reliable
grounding contact.
• Do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.
• Make sure that the power cord is prop-
erly inserted into the corresponding connector on the unit body and into the mains
socket.
• Use only the supplied power cord; do not use
power cords of other units.
• Use the supplied removable parts only.
• Place the unit on a flat heat-resistant sur-
face away from moisture, heat sources and
open flame.
• Place the unit with free access to the mains
socket.
• Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
• Do not place the unit too close to walls and
furniture.
• Make sure that the power cord does not
contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the power cord
insulation.
• Do not touch the power cord or power plug
with wet hands.
• Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and
the power plug into water or any other liquids.
• If the unit falls into water, unplug it imme-
diately by taking the power plug out of the
mains socket and only after that take the unit
out of the water.
• Apply to the authorized service center for the
further use of the multicooker.
• Do not insert foreign objects into the open-
ings of the unit or between its parts.
• Provide that edges of clothes or foreign
objects do not get between the lid and multicooker body.
• Don't leave the multicooker unattended, if
you are not using the multicooker, switch it
off and unplug it.
• To avoid burns, do not bend over the steam
release opening. Be very careful when opening the multicooker lid during and immediately after cooking. Danger of burns by hot
steam!

• When the unit is operating in the «Roasting»
mode, do not bend over the multicooker bowl
to avoid burns by splashing hot oil.
• Do not leave the lid open during the unit oper-
ation, except when the programs listed in
the table "Cooking programs and duration"
require so.
• Do not touch the surface of the lid during the
multicooker operation, open the lid only by
pressing the lid opening button.
• To avoid burns by hot steam, be very careful
when opening the multicooker lid.
• Keep the steam release openings and the
steam valve clean, and clean them when they
get dirty.
• Never use the unit without the installed bowl,
do not switch the multicooker on without
products and sufficient amount of liquid in
the cooking bowl.
• Do not use the multicooker if the silicone gas-
ket on the lid is damaged.
• Follow all the recommendations for amount
of dry products and liquids.
• Do not remove the bowl during the unit oper-
ation.
• Do not cover the multicooker during opera-
tion.
Attention! When steam cooking food, watch
the level of liquid in the bowl, add water into the
bowl as needed. Do not leave the unit unat-
tended!
• Do not carry the unit during operation. Use
the carrying handle, having unplugged the
unit, removed the bowl with food and let the
multicooker cool down preliminarily.
• The lid, the cooking bowl and the body parts
heat up strongly during operation, do not
touch them, if you need to take out the hot
bowl, use the potholders.
• Clean the unit regularly.
• For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags used as a packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger
of suffocation!
• Do not allow children to touch the unit body
and the power cord during the unit operation.
• Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.
• During the unit's operation and breaks
between operation cycles, place the unit out
of reach of children.
• The unit is not intended for usage by physi-
cally or mentally disabled persons (including
children) or by persons lacking experience or
knowledge if they are not under supervision
of a person who is responsible for their safety
or if they are not instructed by this person on
the usage of the unit.
• Never use the unit if the power cord or the
power plug is damaged, if the unit works
improperly or after it was dropped.
• Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself.
Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if
any malfunction is detected or after it was
dropped, unplug the unit and apply to any
authorized service center from the contact
address list given in the warranty certificate
and on the website www.vitek.ru.
• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the
original package only.
• Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach
of children and disabled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
ONLY, ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE
IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES
IS PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After the unit transportation or storage at
low temperature keep it for at least three
hours at room temperature before switching on.
– Unpack the unit, remove any stickers and
package materials that can prevent the multicooker operation.
– Place the multicooker on a flat heat-resistant
surface away from all kitchen heat sources
(such as a gas cooker, electric cooker or
cooking unit).
– Place the unit keeping at least a 20 cm gap
between the multicooker body and the wall
and 30-40 cm of space above the unit.
– Do not place the unit close to objects that can
be damaged by the released steam of high
temperature.
Attention! Do not place the multicooker near
bath tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled
with water.

– Open the lid (3) by pressing the button (4)
and remove the bowl (10).
– Wash all the removable parts - the bowl (10), the
steam cooking basket (20), the soup ladle (22),
the rice scooper (23) and the measuring cup
(21) – with a soft sponge with neutral detergent,
then rinse under running water and dry.
– Clean the unit body (1) with a damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.
RULES OF USING OF THE COOKING
BOWL (10)
• Use the unit and its parts for the intended
purposes only. Do not use the cooking bowl
(10) for cooking food on heating units or
cooking surfaces.
• Do not replace the bowl (10) with another
container.
• Always make sure that the heating surface
and the bottom of the bowl (10) are clean
and dry.
• Do not use the bowl (10) as a container for
mixing products. Never chop products in the
bowl (10) in order to avoid damaging the nonstick coating.
• Do not use the bowl (10) if it is deformed or if
the non-stick coating is damaged.
• Never leave or keep any foreign objects in
the bowl (10).
• When cooking food in the bowl (10) stir it only
with the plastic soup ladle (22) or the rice
spoon (23).
• Do not use metal objects that can scratch the
non-stick coating of the bowl (10).
• Before selecting the cooking mode make
sure that the bowl (10) is installed properly.
• After cooking dishes with spices and season-
ings wash the bowl (10) right after cooking.
• To avoid damage of the non-stick coating do
not put the bowl (10) into cold water immediately after cooking; let it cool down preliminarily.
• The bowl (10) is not intended for washing in
the dishwashing machine.
USING THE MULTICOOKER
Attention!
• Never leave the operating unit unattended.
• During the first operation of the multicooker,
some foreign smell from the heating element
can appear. It is normal.
• Before you start cooking make sure that the
multicooker lid is closed tightly.
• To avoid burns be very careful when open-
ing the lid (3), do not bend over the steam
release openings (5) during unit operation
and do not place open parts of your body
above the bowl (10)!
• Watch the food during cooking, if necessary,
stir the products with the plastic soup ladle
(22) or the rice scooper (23).
• Do not use metal objects that can scratch the
non-stick coating of the bowl (10).
• Do not leave the plastic soup ladle (22) or the
rice scooper (23) inside the bowl (10).
• Load the products into the bowl (10) accord-
ing to the recipe (see the Recipe book).
Note: Make sure that the amount of the ingredients and liquids in the bowl (10) does not exceed
the maximal mark «1.8» and is not lower than the
minimal mark «0.6».
General example of loading products
and water (as example rice is considered)
Measure rice with the measuring cup (21)
(one measuring cup is equal to approximately
160 grams of rice), wash it and place in the
bowl (10). Water level required for certain
amount of rice (measured in cups) is given in the
scale «CUP» inside the bowl (10). Pour water up
to the corresponding mark.
Example: Put four measuring cups of rice, pour
water up to the graduating mark «4 CUP». For
liquid porridges it is recommended to use rice
and water in the proportion 1:3.
Place the bowl (10) in the process chamber of
the unit. Make sure that the outer surface of
the bowl is clean and dry, and the bowl itself is
installed evenly and is in tight contact with the
surface of the heating element.
Notes:
– do not use the bowl (10) for washing cereals
and do not chop products in it, this can damage the non-stick coating;
– make sure that there are no foreign objects,
dirt or moisture in the process chamber and
on the bottom of the bowl (10);
– wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the
bowl (10) dry before use;
– in the middle of the heating element there is a
temperature sensor. Make sure that nothing
prevents the sensor's free movement.

– if you steam products, pour water into the bowl
(10) so that boiling water doesn't reach the bottom of the basket (20). Put the food into the
basket (20) and place it into the bowl (10).
• Close the lid (3) until clicking.
• Insert the power cord (24) jack into the con-
nector (7) and the power cord (24) plug into
the socket.
BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE MULTICOOKER –
SWITCHING THE MULTICOOKER ON
(standby mode)
– After connecting the multicooker to the mains
you will hear a sound signal, the symbols
«- - - -» will appear on the display (15),
the "Start/Stop" button (16) indicator will
be flashing. After 10 seconds the symbols
«- - - -» will go out, and the "Start/Stop" button (16) illumination will continue flashing.
– The unit is switched to the standby mode and
is ready for use.
Note:
– pressing of the active button is accompanied
by a sound signal.
RICE COOKING PROGRAM
– Load the rice into the bowl (10), set the
bowl (10) into the process chamber and close
the lid (3).
– To switch the "Rice" cooking program on
press the "Start/Stop" button (16) once in
the standby mode, the following symbols will
light up: "Rice" cooking program (19) symbol,
the moving symbols «- - - -» will appear on the
display (15).
– After the required temperature is reached,
the digital symbols of the remaining cooking time in the "Rice" program will appear on
the display.
– After the "Rice" cooking program is finished
you will hear sound signals, the multicooker
will be automatically switched to the keep
warm mode, the "Warming/Temperature"
button (14) illumination will light up, the digital symbols on the display (15) will show the
operation time in the keep warm mode.
– If you want the cooked rice to remain hot,
do not switch the multicooker off and do not
unplug it.
Note: - it is recommended not to use the keep
warm mode for a long time to avoid changing of
the flavor properties of the cooked rice.
– To switch the multicooker off press the "Start/
Stop" button (16) once, the multicooker will
switch to the standby mode.
– Press the button (4), the lid (3) will open, be
careful to avoid burns by the outgoing steam.
Attention!
– To avoid getting burns, be careful when
opening the lid (3).
– Stir the cooked rice with the scooper (23).
– Remove the bowl (10) from the multicooker
using the potholders.
– Remove the cooked rice from the bowl (10).
– Wait until the bowl (10) cools down, wash it
with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse
and dry.
"Rice" cooking program version 2
– In the standby mode press the "Menu" but-
ton (17), the "Rice" cooking program (19)
symbol will light up. Press the "Start/Stop"
button (16), the moving symbols «- - - -» will
appear on the display (15).
– After the "Rice" cooking program is finished
you will hear sound signals, the multicooker
will be automatically switched to the keep
warm mode, the "Warming/Temperature"
button (14) illumination will light up, the digital symbols on the display (15) will show the
operation time in the keep warm mode.
– To switch the multicooker off press the "Start/
Stop" button (16) once, the multicooker will
switch to the standby mode.
SELECTING THE COOKING PROGRAM
AND SWITCHING IT ON
– To select a cooking program press the
"Menu" button (17).
– The cooking program selection is looped, the
cooking programs (19) will alternately light up
on the control panel (2) and the default cooking time digital symbols will be shown on the
display (15).
– After you select the desired cooking pro-
gram, the default program operation time will
appear. To change the cooking time press
one of the buttons (12 or 18) «+» or «-».
– After selecting the cooking program you can
use the delayed start function (see the table
"Cooking programs and duration). To do
this, press the "Delayed start" button (13),
the button (13) indicator will be flashing and
the default delayed start time «1:00» will be

shown on the display. To change the default
delayed start time press one of the buttons
(12 or 18) «+» or «-».
– To cancel the selected cooking program
press the "Start/Stop" button (16) twice during the program setting, the multicooker will
switch to the standby mode. Continue selecting the cooking program by pressing the
"Menu" button (17).
– To switch the cooking program on press the
"Start/Stop" button (16), the button (16) indicator will glow constantly, and the remaining
cooking program operation time countdown
will start on the display (15) (see the table
"Cooking programs and duration").

Note:
– the result of cooking in the automatic pro-
gram mode depends on the amount of products and the amount of added liquid, and the
products temperature;
– the temperature of the products before
cooking should be about 20-25 °C;
– setting of the cooking time is not available for
the program «Rice»;
– watch the rice during cooking and, if neces-
sary, stir it with the plastic soup ladle (22) or
the rice scooper (23).
– After you change the program operation time,
press the "Start/Stop" button (16), the button (16) indicator will glow constantly and the
remaining operation time countdown will start
on the display (15).
Note: - the operation time setting is not available for the "Rice" program.
DELAYED START FUNCTION
Use this function if you want to delay the food
cooking start for a certain amount of time
(see the table "Cooking programs and duration").
CHANGING THE COOKING PROGRAM
OPERATION TIME
– After you select the cooking program, the digital
symbols of default operation time of the cooking program will appear on the display (15).
– To change the operation time of the selected
cooking program press one of the buttons (12
or 18) «+» or «-».

– After you select the cooking program and
set the operation time, use the delayed start
function, if necessary.
– To set the delayed start time press the
"Delayed start" button (13), the button (13)
indicator will light up and start flashing, the
default delayed start time digital symbols
«1:00» will light up on the display (15).

– Set the necessary delayed start time by
pressing the buttons (12 or 18) «+» or «-»
(possible time setting is from 1 to 24 hours).
– After you set the delayed start time, switch the
multicooker on by pressing the "Start/Stop"
button (16), the button (13) indicator will glow
constantly. When the delayed start time is
over, the multicooker will be switched on and
cooking according to the preset program, the
button (13) indicator will go out and the button
(16) indicator will glow constantly, and the digital symbols on the display (15) will show the
remaining cooking program operation time.
– To switch the delayed start function off press
the "Start/Stop" button (16) once, you will
hear a sound signal and the multicooker will
switch to the standby mode.
KEEP WARM FUNCTION
– After the cooking program is over you will hear
sound signals, the "Warming/Temperature"
button (14), the digital symbols on the display (15) will show the keep warm function
operation time.
– To switch the keep warm function off press
the "Start/Stop" button (16) once, you will
hear a sound signal and the multicooker will
switch to the standby mode.
– You can switch the keep warm mode on in
the standby mode. To do this, press the
"Warming/Temperature" button (14), the multicooker will be switched on in the keep warm
mode, the button (14) indicator will light up
and the digital symbols on the display (15)
will shown the keep warm function operation time.
– To switch the keep warm function off press
the "Start/Stop" button (16) once, you will
hear a sound signal and the multicooker will
switch to the standby mode.
Note: - despite the multicooker keeps the ready
dish warm for 24 hours, it is not recommended
to leave the cooked food in the bowl (10) for
a long time, because this may spoil the food.
«MULTICOOK» PROGRAM
The «Multicook» program allows you to change
the temperature and food cooking time in accordance with your needs and preferences. You
can change the cooking temperature within the
range from +30°C to +160°C and the cooking
time from 5 minutes to 6 hours.
Setting the program
– In the standby mode select the "Multicook"
program by pressing the "Menu" button (17),
the default cooking time «0:30» will be shown
on the display (15).
– Use the buttons (12 or 18) «+» or «-» to set
the necessary cooking time from 5 minutes
to 6 hours (see the table "Cooking programs
and duration"), which will be shown with the
digital symbols on the display (15).
– To set the delayed start time press the
"Delayed start" button (13), the button (13)
indicator will light up and start flashing, the
default delayed start time digital symbols
«1:00» will light up on the display (15).
– Set the necessary time before cooking
by pressing the buttons (12 or 18) «+» or
«-» (possible time setting is from 1 to
24 hours).
– To set the temperature press and hold the
"Warming/Temperature" button (14), the
"Multicook" program (19) will be flashing, the
default temperature digital symbols «60» will
be flashing on the display (15).
– Set the necessary cooking temperature from
30°C to 160°С with the buttons (12 or 18) «+»
or «-».
– To switch the "Multicook" program on press
the "Start/Stop" button (16). If the delayed
start time was set, it will be shown on the display (15) with the digital symbols, and the button (13) indicator will glow constantly. When
the delayed start time is over the multicooker
will be switched on and cooking according to
the preset program, the button (13) indicator
will go out, and the display (15) will show the
remaining cooking program operation time.
– To check whether the temperature is set
correctly, press and hold the "Warming/
Temperature" button (14). You will hear a
sound signal and the set temperature digital indications will appear on the display (15).
After 5 seconds the digital symbols of the
remaining cooking program operation time
will appear on the display again.
– After the "Multicook" cooking program is fin-
ished you will hear sound signals, the multicooker will be automatically switched to the
keep warm mode, the "Warming/Temperature"
button (14) indicator will light up, the digital
symbols on the display (15) will show the operation time in the keep warm mode.

– To switch the multicooker off press the "Start/
Stop" button (16) once, you will hear a sound
signal and the multicooker will switch to the
standby mode.
END OF COOKING PROGRAM
– After the cooking program is finished, you will
hear sound signals and the multicooker will
be switched to the keep warm mode. The digital symbols «0:00» will appear on the display
(15) and the "Warming/Temperature" button
(14) indicator will light up.
– The keep warm mode operation time will be
shown on the display (15) with digital symbols.
– To switch the keep warm mode off press
the "Start/Stop" button (16), you will hear a
sound signal and the multicooker will switch
to the standby mode.
– To switch the multicooker off unplug it.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
• Open the lid (3) by pressing the button (4)
and remove the bowl (10).
• Take the steam valve (9) and pull it towards you.
• Wash the steam valve (9) with warm water and
neutral detergent, dry it, install the valve (9)
into the lid (3), having preliminary matched
the mark «▲» on the valve (9) with the mark
» on the lid (3).

• Wipe the inner surface of the lid (3) and the
silicone gasket (8) with a damp cloth and then
wipe them dry. Check the silicone gasket (8);
if the gasket (8) is damaged, stop using the
multicooker and apply to the service center
to replace the gasket.
• Clean the multicooker body (1) and the
lid (3) with a slightly damp cloth, and then
wipe dry.
• Wash the bowl (10), the measuring cup (21),
the rice scooper (23), the soup ladle (22) and
the steam cooking basket (20) with warm
water and neutral detergent, rinse under running water and dry.
• Do not put the bowl (10) in the dishwashing
machine.
• Wipe the surface of the heating element (only
when it is cold) with a soft dry cloth, do not
allow water or any other liquid to get inside
the multicooker body.
• Do not immerse the multicooker body, power
cord and power plug into water or other liquids.
• Do not use abrasive substances and solvents
to clean the multicooker.
STORAGE
• Unplug the multicooker, wait until it cools
down completely and clean the multicooker.
• Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach
of children and disabled persons.

The unit operating life is 3 years
RECYCLING
For environment protection do not throw out
the unit and the batteries with usual household
waste after its service life expiration; apply to the
specialized center for further recycling.
The waste generated during the disposal of the
unit is subject to mandatory collection and consequent disposal in the prescribed manner.

Используйте устройство только по его прямому назначению, как изложено в данной инструкции. Неправильное обращение
с прибором может привести к его поломке,
причинению вреда пользователю или его имуществу.
• Перед использованием мультиварки
внимательно осмотрите сетевой шнур и
разъём для подключения сетевого шнура,
расположенный на корпусе мультиварки,
убедитесь в том, что они не имеют повреждений. Не используйте мультиварку при
наличии повреждений сетевого шнура или
разъёма сетевого шнура.
• Перед включением устройства убеди-
тесь в том, что напряжение электрической
сети соответствует рабочему напряжению
устройства.
• Сетевой шнур снабжён «евровилкой»;
включайте её в электрическую розетку,
имеющую надёжный контакт заземления.
• При подключении устройства к электри-
ческой сети не используйте переходники.
• Следите за тем, чтобы сетевой шнур был
плотно вставлен в разъём на корпусе
устройства и в сетевую розетку.
• Используйте только тот сетевой шнур,
который входит в комплект поставки, и
не используйте сетевой шнур от другого
устройства.
• Используйте только те съёмные детали,

• Размещайте устройство на ровной тепло-

• Не оставляйте мультиварку без присмо-
тра; если вы не пользуетесь мультиваркой,
выключите её и отключите от электрической сети.
• Во избежание ожогов не наклоняйтесь над
отверстием для выхода пара. Соблюдайте
крайнюю осторожность, открывая крышку
мультиварки во время и непосредственно
после приготовления продуктов. Риск
ожога паром!
• При работе устройства в программе
«Жарка» во избежание ожога брызгами
горячего масла не наклоняйтесь над
чашей мультиварки.
• Не оставляйте открытой крышку устрой-
ства во время её работы, кроме программ,
указанных в таблице «Программы приготовления и их продолжительность».
• Не прикасайтесь к поверхности крышки
во время работы мультиварки, открывать крышку можно только при нажатии на
кнопку открывания крышки мультиварки.
• Во избежание получения ожогов горячим
паром соблюдайте крайнюю осторожность при открывании крышки мультиварки.
• Содержите в чистоте отверстия для
выхода пара и паровой клапан, а в случае
загрязнения очищайте их.
• Категорически запрещается эксплуатация
прибора без установленной чаши, запрещается включать мультиварку без продуктов и без наличия достаточного количества
жидкости в чаше для приготовления продуктов.
• Запрещается использовать мультиварку
при наличии повреждений силиконовой
прокладки на крышке.
• Соблюдайте рекомендации по объёму
сухих продуктов и жидкости.
• Не извлекайте чашу во время работы
устройства.
• Не накрывайте мультиварку во время
работы.
Внимание! При готовке продуктов на пару
следите за уровнем жидкости в чаше, доливайте воду в чашу по мере необходимости.
Не оставляйте устройство без присмотра!
• Запрещается переносить мультиварку
во время работы. Используйте ручку для
переноски, предварительно отключив
устройство от электрической сети, вынув
чашу с продуктами и дав мультиварке
остыть.
• Во время работы мультиварки крышка,

также детали корпуса сильно нагреваются, не прикасайтесь к ним, при необходимости вынуть горячую чашу используйте
кухонные прихватки.
• Регулярно проводите чистку прибора.
• Из соображений безопасности детей
не оставляйте полиэтиленовые пакеты,
используемые в качестве упаковки, без надзора.
Внимание! Не разрешайте детям играть с

• Не разрешайте детям прикасаться к

ПЕРЕД ПЕРВЫМ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ
После транспортировки или хранения
устройства при пониженной температуре
необходимо выдержать его при комнатной температуре не менее трёх часов.
– Извлеките устройство из упаковки, уда-
лите все упаковочные материалы и
рекламные наклейки, мешающие нормальной работе мультиварки.
– Установите мультиварку на ровной тепло-
стойкой поверхности, вдали от всех
кухонных источников тепла (таких как
газовая плита, электроплита или варочная панель).
– Установите устройство так, чтобы от стены
до корпуса мультиварки оставалось расстояние не менее 20 см, а свободное пространство над ней составляло не менее
30-40 см.
– Не размещайте устройство в непосред-
ственной близости к предметам, которые
могут быть повреждены высокой температурой выходящего пара.
Внимание! Не размещайте мультиварку
вблизи ванн, раковин или других ёмкостей,
наполненных водой.
– Откройте крышку (3), нажав на клавишу (4)
и выньте чашу (10).
– Вымойте все съёмные детали – чашу (10),
лоток для готовки продуктов на пару (20),
половник (22), ложку для риса (23)
и мерный стаканчик (21) – мягкой губкой с нейтральным моющим средством,
ополосните проточной водой и просушите.
– Корпус устройства (1) протрите слегка
влажной тканью, после чего вытрите
насухо.
ПРАВИЛА ПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ЧАШЕЙ (10)
• Используйте устройство и его детали
строго по назначению. Запрещается
использовать чашу (10) для приготовления
продуктов, устанавливая её на нагревательные приборы или варочные поверхности.
• Не заменяйте чашу (10) другой ёмкостью.
• Следите за тем, чтобы поверхность нагре-
вательного элемента и дно чаши (10)
всегда были чистыми и сухими.
• Не используйте чашу (10) в качестве ёмко-
сти для смешивания продуктов. Никогда
не измельчайте продукты непосредственно в чаше (10) во избежание повреждений антипригарного покрытия.
• Не используйте чашу (10) в случае ее
деформации или нарушения антипригарного покрытия.
• Никогда не оставляйте и не храните в
чаше (10) какие-либо посторонние предметы.
• Во время приготовления продуктов в
чаше (10) перемешивайте их только пластиковым половником (22) или ложкой для
риса (23).
• Не используйте металлические предметы,
которые могут повредить антипригарное
покрытие чаши (10).
• Перед тем как выбрать режим приготовле-
ния, убедитесь, что чаша (10) установлена
правильно.
• При приготовлении блюд с использо-
ванием приправ и специй сразу после
приготовления рекомендуется вымыть
чашу (10).
• После окончания приготовления продук-
тов во избежание повреждения антипригарного покрытия не помещайте чашу (10)
сразу под холодную воду, дайте ей сначала остыть.
• Чаша (10) не предназначена для мытья в
посудомоечной машине.

Внимание!
• Никогда не оставляйте работающее
устройство без присмотра.
• При первом использовании мультиварки
возможно появление постороннего запаха
от нагревательного элемента, это допустимо.
• Перед началом приготовления убедитесь,
что крышка мультиварки плотно закрыта.
• Во избежание получения ожогов соблю-
дайте осторожность, открывая крышку
(3), не наклоняйтесь над отверстиями
для выхода пара (5) в процессе работы
мультиварки, не располагайте открытые
участки тела над чашей (10)!
• Следите за готовностью продуктов в про-
цессе приготовления, при необходимости помешивайте продукты пластиковым
половником (22) или ложкой для риса (23).
• Не используйте металлические предметы,
которые могут поцарапать антипригарное
покрытие чаши (10).
• Не оставляйте пластиковый половник (22)
или ложку для риса (23) внутри чаши (10).
• Производите закладку продуктов в
чашу (10) в соответствии с требованиями
рецепта (см. Книгу рецептов).
Примечание: следите за тем, чтобы объём
ингредиентов в чаше (10) вместе с жидкостью не превышал отметку максимального
уровня «1,8» и был не ниже отметки минимального уровня « 0,6».
Общий пример закладки продуктов
и воды (в качестве примера
рассмотрен рис).
Отмерьте рис мерным стаканчиком (21)
(в одном мерном стаканчике приблизительно
160 г риса), промойте рис и поместите его в
чашу (10). Уровень воды, необходимый для
определенного количества риса (измеренного в стаканчиках), указан на шкале внутри
чаши (10) «CUP». Налейте воду до соответствующей отметки.
Пример: Насыпав четыре мерных стаканчика крупы, налейте воды до метки «4 CUP».
Для жидких каш рекомендуем использовать
рис и воду в пропорции 1:3.
Установите чашу (10) в рабочую камеру
устройства. Убедитесь в том, что внешняя
поверхность чаши чистая и сухая, а сама
чаша установлена без перекосов и плотно
соприкасается с поверхностью нагревательного элемента.
Примечания:
– не используйте чашу (10) для мытья круп
и не режьте в ней продукты, это может
повредить антипригарное покрытие;
– убедитесь, что в рабочей камере и на дне
чаши (10) нет посторонних предметов,
загрязнений или влаги;
– перед использованием вытрите внешнюю
поверхность и дно чаши (10) насухо,
– в середине нагревательного элемента
находится датчик температуры. Следите
за тем, чтобы свободному перемещению
датчика ничто не мешало;
– если вы готовите продукты на пару,
налейте воду в чашу (10) так, чтобы кипящая вода не касалась дна лотка (20).
Поместите продукты в лоток (20) и установите его в чашу (10).
• Закройте крышку (3) до щелчка.
• Вставьте разъём сетевого шнура (24) в
гнездо (7), а вилку сетевого шнура (24) – в
электрическую розетку.
ОСНОВНЫЕ ФУНКЦИИ МУЛЬТИВАРКИ
ВКЛЮЧЕНИЕ МУЛЬТИВАРКИ
(режим ожидания)
– После подключения мультиварки к элек-
трической сети вы услышите звуковой сигнал, на дисплее (15) отобразятся символы
«- - - -», индикатор кнопки (16) «Старт/Стоп»
будет мигать, через 10 секунд символы
«- - - -» погаснут, а подсветка кнопки (16)
«Старт/Стоп» будет продолжать мигать.
– Устройство перешло в режим ожидания и
готово к работе.
Примечание:
– нажатие активной кнопки сопровождается
звуковым сигналом.
ПРОГРАММА ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ РИСА
– Произведите закладку риса в чашу (10),
установите чашу (10) в рабочую камеру
мультиварки и закройте крышку (3).
– Для включения программы приготовле-
ния «Рис» в режиме ожидания один раз
нажмите кнопку (16) «Старт/Стоп», при
этом загорятся следующие символы: сим-

вол программы приготовления «Рис» (19),
на дисплее (15) будут отображаться перемещающиеся символы «- - - -».
– После достижения необходимой темпе-
ратуры на дисплее (15) отобразятся цифровые символы времени до окончания
работы программы «Рис».
– По окончании работы программы «Рис»
прозвучат звуковые сигналы, мультиварка перейдёт в режим подогрева, при
этом загорится подсветка кнопки (14)
«Подогрев/Температура», цифровыми
символами на дисплее (15) будет отображаться время работы режима подогрева.
– Если вы хотите чтобы приготовленный рис
был горячим, не выключайте мультиварку
и не вынимайте вилку сетевого шнура из
электрической розетки.
Примечание: – во избежание изменения
вкусовых качеств приготовленного риса не
рекомендуется использовать режим подогрева в течение длительного времени.
– Для выключения мультиварки нажмите
один раз кнопку (16) «Старт/Стоп», мультиварка перейдёт в режим ожидания.
– Нажмите на клавишу (4), крышка (3) откро-
ется, остерегайтесь получения ожогов
выходящим паром.
Внимание!
– Во избежание ожогов соблюдайте осто-
рожность, открывая крышку (3).
– Перемешайте приготовленный рис лож-
кой (23).
– Используя кухонные прихватки, выньте
чашу (10) из мультиварки.
– Извлеките приготовленный рис из чаши (10).
– Дождитесь остывания чаши (10) и про-
мойте её тёплой водой с нейтральным
моющим средством, ополосните и просушите.
Второй вариант включения программы
«Рис»
– В режиме ожидания нажмите кнопку (17)
«Меню», загорится символ программы
приготовления «Рис» (19), нажмите кнопку
(16) «Старт/Стоп», при этом на дисплее
(15) будут отображаться перемещающиеся символы «- - - -».
– По окончании работы программы «Рис»
прозвучат звуковые сигналы, мультиварка перейдёт в режим подогрева, при
этом загорится подсветка кнопки (14)
«Подогрев/Температура», цифровыми
символами на дисплее (15) будет отображаться время работы режима поддержания температуры.
– Для выключения мультиварки нажмите
один раз кнопку (16) «Старт/Стоп», мультиварка перейдёт в режим ожидания.
ВЫБОР ПРОГРАММЫ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ
ПРОДУКТОВ И ЕЁ ВКЛЮЧЕНИЕ
– В режиме ожидания для выбора про-
граммы приготовления продуктов нажимайте кнопку (17) «Меню».
– Программы приготовления выбираются в
кольцевой последовательности, при этом
будут поочерёдно загораться программы
приготовления (19) на панели управления (2), на дисплее (15) будут отображаться
цифровые символы времени приготовления, установленного по умолчанию.
– После выбора желаемой программы при-
готовления отобразится время работы
программы, установленное по умолчанию, для изменения времени приготовления нажмите одну из кнопок (12 или 18) «+»
или «-».
– После выбора программы приготовления,
вы можете использовать функцию отложенный старт (см. таблицу «Программы приготовления и их продолжительность»), для
этого нажмите кнопку (13) «Отложенный
старт», при этом будет мигать индикатор кнопки (13), и на дисплее отобразится
время отложенного старта «1:00», установленного по умолчанию, для изменения времени отложенного старта нажимайте одну
из кнопок (12 или 18) «+» или «-».
– Для отмены выбранной программы приго-
товления во время установки программы
два раза нажмите кнопку (16) «Старт/
Стоп», мультиварка перейдёт в режим ожидания, продолжите выбор программы приготовления нажатием кнопки (17) «Меню».
– Для включения программы приготовле-
ния нажмите кнопку (21 16) «Старт/Стоп»,
при этом индикатор кнопки (16) будет светиться постоянно, на дисплее (15) начнётся отсчёт времени, оставшегося до
окончания работы программы приготовления (см. таблицу «Программы приготовления и их продолжительность»).

– Нажатием кнопок (12 или 18) «+» или «-»
установите необходимое время до начала
включения программы приготовления
продуктов (возможное время установки –
от 1 часа до 24 часов).
– После установки времени отложенного
старта включите мультиварку нажатием
кнопки (16) «Старт/Стоп», при этом индикатор кнопки (13) будет светиться постоянно, когда время отложенного старта
истечёт, мультиварка включится и начнёт приготовление продуктов по заранее установленной программе, при
этом индикатор кнопки (13) погаснет, а
индикатор кнопки (16) будет светиться
постоянно, цифровыми символами на
дисплее (15) будет отображаться время,
оставшееся до окончания программы
приготовления.
– Для отключения функции отложенного
старта нажмите один раз кнопку (16)
«Старт/Стоп», прозвучит звуковой сигнал
и мультиварка перейдёт в режим ожидания.
