B. Vorbereitung

1.Batterien (3 x 1,5 V AAA) einlegen.

Hinweis:

Die Körperanalyse­waage­ sofort (solange noch 0,0 angezeigt wird) auf eine ebene Fläche stellen und abwarten bis Waage selbstständig ausschaltet.

Erst dann die Dateneingabe­ starten. Ansonsten wäre es möglich, dass das Waagen­ gewicht­ fälschlicherweise in die erstmalige Wägung­ mit einfließt.

Dasselbe kann auch im normalen Betrieb pas­ sieren, wenn die Waage vor der Wägung in die Hand genommen wird.

2.Für alle Messungen Waage eben und auf fes­ tem Untergrund­ aufstellen (nicht auf Teppich­ boden).

3.Reinigung und Pflege: Nur mit leicht feuch­ tem Tuch reinigen. Keine Lösungsoder Scheuermittel­ verwenden. Waage nicht in Wasser tauchen.

4.Möglichkeit der länderspezifischen Umstellung­ von kg/cm auf st/in oder lb/in durch Umschal­ ten mit der Bedientaste auf der Rückseite der Waage.

Achtung! Rutschgefahr bei nasser Oberfläche.

Athletenmodus: Über die Einstellung des per­ sönlichen Aktivitätslevels kann der jeweilige Kalorienbedarf präzise ermittelt werden.

7.Dann sofort Körperanalysewaage auf den Boden stellen, 0,0-Anzeige abwarten und barfuß betreten.

Die erste Messung ist zur Speicherung der Daten für die spätere automatische Personen­ erkennung unerlässlich. Wird die Waage nicht betreten, muss die Dateneingabe wiederholt werden. Nach Betreten der Waage erfolgt die erste Körperanalyse.

Die Waage verfügt über einen Timeout-Modus. Sie schaltet nach ca. 40 Sekunden ohne Tastenbedienung wieder aus.

Nach einem Batteriewechsel müssen die Daten erneut eingegeben werden.

D. Körperanalyse

1.Waage auf festen ebenen Boden aufstellen und abwarten bis Waage selbstständig aus­ schaltet.

Waage barfuß betreten. Ruhig stehen bleiben.

2.Das Körpergewicht wird angezeigt.

3.Sind die ermittelten Werte nicht eindeutig einem Benutzer zuzuordnen, dann werden die möglichen Speicherplätze angezeigt.

Kann das ermittelte Gewicht mehr als 2 Benutzern zugeordnet werden, dann erschei­ nen nach 3 Sekunden die weiteren möglichen Speicherplätze.

Mit den /-Tasten (= links, = rechts) den dort angezeigten Speicherplatz bestätigen.

Die Waage misst die individuellen Körperwerte mittels Bioimpedanz-Analyse (Körperfett, Körperwasser, Muskelanteil) und ermittelt den Grundumsatz (kcal) und den BMI (Body Mass Index). Der 9-segmentige Statusbalken zeigt die jeweilige Abweichung zum Normalwert (siehe Umschlagseite).

Die Waage schaltet automatisch­ ab.

Hinweis: Nachdem der erste Wert auf dem Display erschienen ist, kann der Nutzer bei Bedarf die Waage bereits verlassen.

B. Preparation

1.Insert batteries.

Note:

Place the body analysis scale immediately on a solid and even surface (as long as „0,0“ is still displayed) and wait until the scale turns off automatically.

Only then begin with data input. Note, it might occur that the initial scale weight is being added erroneously to the personal weight process.

The same may happen during regular operation, if scale is held in the hand prior to the weight process.

2.Place scale level on a hard surface (not carpet). This applies for all measurements.

3.Cleaning and Care: use only a lightly damp cloth for cleaning. Do not use solvents or abrasives. Never submerge scale in water.

4.A country-specific option, to switch from kg/ cm to lb/in or st/in, is available on the back of the scale by pushing key.

Athlete Mode: The respective calorie requirements can be precisely determined by setting personal activity level.

7.Place the body analysis scale immediately on the floor, wait until screen displays „0,0“. Step barefoot on the scale.

The initial measurement is indispensable and serves to store data for later automatic user recognition. If user does not step on the scale, data cannot be saved and must be entered again.

The first body analysis is performed after a user steps on the scale.

This scale is equipped with a Timeout mode. It will automatically switch off after approx. 40 seconds, if no keys are pressed.

Data must be entered again after battery change.

D. Body analysis

1.Place scale on solid and even surface and wait until scale switches off automatically.

Step barefoot on the scale. Stand still.

2.The determined body weight is displayed. The automatic recognition of user follows.

3.If the determined values cannot be clearly allocated to one user, the possible memory slots will be displayed.

If the determined weight can be allocated to more than 2 users, other possible memory slots will be displayed after 3 seconds.

Use the / keys (= left, = right) to confirm the memory slot displayed there.

The scale measures body values (body fat, body water, muscle mass), basic metabolic rate (kcal) and BMI (Body Mass Index).

The 9-segment status bar shows the respective deviation from the normal value (see overleaf).

The scale turns off automatically­.

Note: If needed, the user can step off the scale as soon as the first value appears on the display.

Remarque :

Placez immédiatement (pendant que 0,0 reste affiché) l’impédancemètre sur une surface plane et attendez que la balance s‘éteigne automatiquement.

Démarrez la saisie de données seulement alors. Sinon, il est possible que le poids de la balance soit pris en compte par erreur lors de la première pesée.

La même chose peut arriver en fonctionnement normal si la balance est prise dans les mains avant la pesée.

2.Posez la balance sur une surface plane et stable (pas sur de la moquette) à chaque fois que vous voulez monter dessus.

3.Nettoyage et entretien : nettoyez la balance uniquement avec un chiffon légèrement humide. Ne pas utiliser de solvant ou de produit à récurer. Ne pas plonger la balance dans l’eau.

4.Possibilité de commuter l‘affichage dans les unités du pays, de kg/cm en lb/in ou st/in, à l’aide du bouton situé à l’arrière de la balance.

Attention ! Risque de glissade en cas de surface humide.

Mode de l‘athlète: En réglant le niveau d‘activité personnelle les besoins caloriques respectifs peut être déterminée avec précision.

7.Placer aussitôt l’impédancemètre sur le sol, attendre que 0,0 s’affiche, puis monter dessus pieds nus.

La première mesure est indispensable pour l‘enregistrement des données et pour la reconnaissance automatique de chaque personne par la suite. Si personne ne monte sur la balance, les données devront être ressaisies.

Une fois la personne sur la balance, la première analyse de ses données corporelles est effectuée.

La balance dispose d’un mode Extinction automatique. Si aucune touche n’est actionnée pendant 40 secondes, elle s’éteint.

Après un remplacement des piles, les données doivent être à nouveau saisies.

D. Analyse corporelle

1.Placer la balance sur un support plat et attendez que la balance s‘éteigne automatiquement.

Montez pieds nus sur la balance. Rester tranquille.

2.Le poids corporel déterminé s’affiche. Ensuite, la reconnaissance automatique des personnes a lieu.

3.Si les valeurs déterminées ne peuvent pas être associées clairement à un utilisateur, les emplacements mémoire possibles s’affichent.

Si le poids déterminé peut être associé à plus de 2 utilisateurs, les emplacements mémoire possible s’affichent au bout de 3 secondes.

Confirmer l’emplacement mémoire affiché à l’aide des touches / (= gauche, = droite).

La balance calcule les valeurs corporelles (graisse corporelle, eau corporelle, taux de masse musculaire), le métabolisme de base (kcal) et l’IMC (indice de masse corporelle).

La barre d’état à 9 segments indique l’écart par rapport à la valeur normale (voir couverture). La balance s’éteint automatiquement­.

Remarque : une fois que la première valeur s’est affichée, l’utilisateur peut descendre de la balance si nécessaire.

de la gamme et ne peut donc pas être remplacé, FR vous recevez un produit de remplacement d‘une

valeur aussi similaire que possible. Lors d‘une prestation liée à la garantie, aucun remboursement du prix d‘achat ne peut avoir lieu. En outre, cette garantie n‘octroie aucun droit pour action en indemnisation. En outre, cette garantie n‘octroie aucun droit aux dommages et intérêts.

B. Operazioni preliminari

1.Inserire le batterie (3 x 1,5 V AAA).

Nota:

Appoggiare immediatamente (finché resta visualizzato il simbolo 0,0) la bilancia per l‘analisi corporea su una superficie piana e attendere finché la bilancia non si spegne autonomamente.

Solo allora è possibile procedere con l‘immissione dei dati. In caso contrario il peso della bilancia potrebbe accidentalmente confluire nella prima misurazione.

Lo stesso può accadere anche durante il funzionamento normale, se la bilancia viene presa in mano prima di eseguire la misurazione del peso.

2.Prima di eseguire qualsiasi misurazione, appoggiare la bilancia su una superficie piana e stabile (non sulla moquette).

3.Pulizia e manutenzione: pulire la bilancia esclusivamente con un panno leggermente umido. Non utilizzare solventi, né sostanze abrasive. Non immergere la bilancia nell‘acqua.

4.Possibilità di commutazione nazionale specifica da kg/cm a st/in o lb/in, azionando il pulsante collocato sul retro della bilancia.

Attenzione! Pericolo di scivolare in caso di superficie bagnata.

7.Subito dopo appoggiare la bilancia per l‘analisi corporea sul pavimento, attendere che compaia il simbolo 0,0 e salire scalzi sulla bilancia.

La prima misurazione è essenziale per salvare i dati necessari persona. Se non si sale sulla bilancia è indispensabile ripetere l‘immissione dei dati.

Dopo essere saliti sulla bilancia viene eseguita la prima analisi corporea.

La bilancia dispone di una modalità Timeout. . Dopo ca. 40 secondi si spegne, senza premere alcun tasto.

Dopo la sostituzione delle batterie i dati devono essere immessi di nuovo.

D. Analisi corporea

1.Collocare la bilancia su una base solida e piana ed attendere fino a quando la bilancia si spegne da sé.

Salire sulla bilancia a piedi nudi. Stare fermi.

2.Il peso corporeo rilevato viene visualizzato.Segue il riconoscimento automatico della persona.

3.Se i valori rilevati non possono essere attribuiti inequivocabilmente ad un utilizzatore, vengono visualizzate le posizioni di memoria possibili.

Se il peso rilevato può essere attribuito a più di 2 utilizzatori, dopo 3 secondi compaiono le altre posizioni di memoria possibili.

Con i tasti / ( = sinistra, = destra) confermare la posizione di memoria visualizzata.

La bilancia calcola i valori corporei (grasso corporeo, acqua nel corpo, percentuale di massa muscolare), il metabolismo di base (kcal) e il BMI (Body Mass Index).

La barra di stato a 9 segmenti indica la rispettiva divergenza dal valore normale (vedere la pagina di copertina).

La bilancia si spegne automaticamente.

Nota: dopo che sul display è stato visualizzato il primo valore, l’utilizzatore può, se necessario, già scendere dalla bilancia.

B. Voorbereiding

1.De batterijen aanbrengen (3 x 1,5 V AAA).

Opmerking:

De lichaamsanalyse-weegschaal onmiddellijk (zolang nog 0,0 wordt weergegeven) op een effen oppervlak plaatsen en wachten tot de weegschaal automatisch uitschakelt.

Pas dan starten met de gegevensinvoer. Anders is het mogelijk dat het gewicht van de weegschaal de eerste weging foutief beïnvloedt.

Dit kan ook gebeuren tijdens de normale werking, wanneer de weegschaal vóór het wegen in de hand wordt genomen.

2.Voor alle metingen, de weegschaal op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond plaatsen (niet op een tapijt).

3.Reiniging en onderhoud: Uitsluitend met een vochtig doek reinigen. Geen oplosmiddelen of schuurmiddelen gebruiken. De weegschaal niet onderdompelen in water.

4.Het is mogelijk de weegschaal aan de gebruiken van het land aan te passen dankzij de omschakeling van kg/cm naar st/in of lb/in, aan de hand van de bedieningstoets op de achterkant van de weegschaal.

Atleet Mode: De instelling van de persoonlijke activiteit, kan de respectievelijke calorie behoeften nauwkeurig worden bepaald.

7.Dan onmiddellijk de lichaamsanalyse-weegschaal op de grond plaatsen, afwachten tot 0,0 verschijnt, en er met blote voeten gaan opstaan.

De eerste meting is van essentieel belang aangezien dan de gegevens worden opgeslagen voor de latere automatische persoonsherkenning. Indien de weegschaal niet betreden wordt, moet de gegevensinvoer herhaald worden.

Zodra de weegschaal wordt betreden, start de eerste lichaamsanalyse.

De weegschaal beschikt over een Timeout modus. Wanneer gedurende 40 seconden op geen enkele toets wordt gedrukt, schakelt ze automatisch uit.

Na vervanging van een batterij moeten de gegevens opnieuw ingevoerd worden.

D. Lichaamsanalyse

1.De weegschaal op een stabiele, vlakke ondergrond plaatsen en afwachten tot de weegschaal automatisch uitschakelt.

Ga met blote voeten op de weegschaal staan. Blijf rustig staan.

2.Het lichaamsgewicht wordt weergegeven. Hierna volgt de automatische persoonsherkenning.

3.Kunnen de berekende waarden niet duidelijk aan een gebruiker worden toegewezen, dan worden de mogelijke geheugenplaatsen getoond.

Kan het berekende gewicht aan meer dan 2 gebruikers worden toegewezen, dan verschijnen na 3 seconden de andere mogelijke geheugenplaatsen.

Met de /-toetsen (= links, = rechts) de daar aangegeven geheugenplaats bevestigen.

De weegschaal berekent de lichaamswaarden (lichaamsvet, lichaamsvocht, spiermassa), stofwisseling (kcal) en BMI (Body Mass Index).

De statusbalk toont in 9 segmenten de relatieve afwijking tot de normale waarde (zie ommezijde).

De weegschaal schakelt automatisch uit.

Opmerking: Nadat de eerste waarde op het display wordt getoond, kan de gebruiker desgewenst al van de weegschaal afstappen.
