Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance.
You have clearly decided in favour of a high-quality product.

These operating instructions are a part of this product. They
contain important information in regard to safety, use and
disposal. Before using the product, familiarise yourself with
all operating and safety instructions. Use this appliance only
as described and only for the specified areas of application.
In addition, pass these operating instructions on to whoever
might acquire the appliance at a future date.

Intended use

This appliance is used to simulate light proportions similar
to those created by a TV set. This appliance is intended
exclusively for indoor use in private households. Do not use
it for commercial applications!

Risks can be engendered if the appliance is used for
unintended purposes and/or other types of use.

► Use the appliance exclusively for its intended

purposes.

► Observe the procedures described in these operating

instructions.

use, incompetent repairs, unauthorised modification or the
use of unauthorised spare parts will not be accepted. The
user alone bears the risk.

Scope of delivery and
transport inspection

WARNING

► Packaging materials should not be used as a play-

thing. There is a risk of suffocation.

This appliance is supplied with the following components as
standard:

▯ Power adapter
▯ Assembly material (2 screws, 2 plugs, adhesive strips)
▯ Operating instructions

NOTE

► Check the contents to ensure that everything is avail-

able and for signs of visible damage.

► If the contents are not complete, or are damaged

due to defective packaging or through transpor­tation, contact the Service Hotline (see chapter
Service).

Unpacking

♦ Remove all appliance parts and these operating instruc-

tions from the carton.

♦ Remove all packaging materials from the appliance.

Disposal of the packaging

The packaging protects the appliance against transport
damage. The packaging materials are selected from the
point of view of their environmental friendliness and disposal
technology and are therefore recyclable.

The recirculation of packaging into the material

circuit saves on raw material and reduces the
amount of waste generated. Dispose of
packaging material that is no longer needed as
per the regionally established regulations.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!

► Ensure that water or moisture cannot

penetrate the appliance.

► Do not use the appliance if the power

adapter or the power cable are dam­aged.

Use the appliance/the mains adapter

indoors only! Do not use the appliance/
the mains adapter outdoors!

WARNING - RISK OF INJURY!

► This appliance may be used by children

aged 8 years and above and by persons
with limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, provided that they are under
supervision or have been told how to use
the appliance safely and are aware of the
potential risks. Children must not use the
appliance as a plaything. Cleaning and
user maintenance tasks may not be carried
out by children unless they are supervised.

WARNING - RISK OF INJURY!

► Do not use the appliance if people

suffering from epilepsy are in the room.
The changes in light levels can cause
epileptic seizures in people susceptible
to them.

► Before use, check the appliance for

visible external damage. Do not operate
a damaged appliance or one that has
been dropped. There is also a risk of
personal injury!

► Never look directly into the LEDs! They

are very bright and can caause injury
to the eyes!

► Repairs must only be carried out by au-

thorised specialist companies or by the
Customer Service. Incompetent repairs
may result in risks for the user. In addi­tion, warranty claims become void.

► Place the power cable such that no

one can stumble over it.

CAUTION - PROPERTY DAMAGE

► Do not operate the appliance close to

open flames (e.g. candles). The appli­ance could be irreparably damaged!

► Avoid direct sunlight. The appliance

could be irreparably damaged!

► This appliance must not be exposed

to rain. Protect the appliance against
moisture and the penetration of liquids
and objects into the housing. Never
submerge the appliance in water and
do not place objects filled with liquids
(such as vases) on the appliance. The
appliance could be irreparably dam­aged!

► Operate the appliance only with the

supplied power adapter (type HX06D­0900200-AG).

Functions

With this TV simulator you can simulate the flicker patterns
of a switched-on television and so feign your presence to
potential burglars.

For this purpose 5 different settings are available:
OFF 0: the appliance is switched off.

+2H: the LEDs switch on automatically at dusk and

then light up for 2 hours.

+4H: the LEDs switch on automatically at dusk and

then light up for 4 hours.

+6H: the LEDs switch on automatically at dusk and

then light up for 6 hours.

ON I: the LEDs light up in different colours and combina-

tions.

Setup

Select a suitable location for setting up the appliance. This
location must fulfil the following criteria:

― The TV Simulator may not be directly visible from

outdoors.

― The flickering generated by the TV simulator must be

visible on the walls and/or ceiling from outdoors.

― A power socket must be easily accessible.
― The TV Simulator must be installed such that it can be

influenced by the twilight. This means that it must be

able to detect light from outside!

― The TV Simulator may not be located near a window

which could be well lit from outdoors, such as on a

busy street or

next to street lights.

― There should be no additional time-controlled light

source in the room, e.g. a night light.

♦ Place the appliance on a firm and flat surface so that it

is stable and secure. To help prevent it from tipping over,
you can secure the stand with the adhesive strips.

CAUTION - PROPERTY DAMAGE

► Do not use the adhesive strips to hang the appliance

on a wall! The appliance may fall down and be
irreparably damaged!

♦ Align the light surface  so that the flicker is visible on

the walls and/or ceiling.

♦ Connect the power adapter  with the appliance by

inserting the barrel connector  into the plug socket  at
the rear side of the appliance. If required, route the power
cable through the cable conduit  on the appliance.

♦ Connect the power adapter  into a power socket.

NOTE

► It is best to check the location and alignment of the

appliance in the dark from outdoors and through the
window. Only in this way can you assess whether the
appliance is aligned so that it appears as if someone
is watching television inside.
If necessary, realign the appliance.

Wall mounting

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!

Ensure that there are no power cables or other
conduits or pipes in the wall at the location where
you intend to bore the holes for the wall holder. It
would be a potentially fatal risk to bore into a current
carrying electric cable!

Select a suitable mounting location for the appliance:

― The TV Simulator may not be directly visible from outdoors.
― The flickering generated by the TV simulator must be

visible on the walls and/or ceiling from outdoors.

― A power socket must be easily accessible.
― The TV Simulator must be installed such that it can be

influenced by the twilight. This means that it must be able

to detect light from outside!

― The TV Simulator may not be located near a window

which could be well lit from outdoors, such as on a

busy street or next to street lights.

― There should be no additional time-controlled light

source in the room, e.g. a night light.

♦ Remove the stand by bending it slightly apart and then

pull the restraints out of the mountings.

♦ Drill two holes with a spacing of about 52 mm. Use

the stand to mark the holes: the spacing will thus be
measured correctly. The boreholes must be suitable for
8 mm wall plugs.

♦ Insert the supplied plugs into the holes and screw the

stand firmly down through the holes for wall mounting
 using the supplied screws.

♦ Push the TV Simulator back onto the stand. Ensure that

the two cross-shaped restraints engage correctly with the
mountings.

CAUTION - PROPERTY DAMAGE

► Before you connect the appliance to the power sup-

ply, check to ensure that the required input voltage
as given on the type plate tallies with that for the
intended power source.

► Check to ensure that the cable for the power adapt-

er  is not damaged and that it does not lead over
hot surfaces and/or sharp edges, otherwise it could
be damaged.

► Ensure that the cable for the power adapter  is not

over-taut or kinked.

♦ Connect the power adapter  with the appliance by

inserting the barrel connector  into the plug socket
 at the rear side of the appliance.

♦ Align the light surface  so that the flicker is visible on

the walls and/or ceiling.

♦ Connect the power adapter  into a power socket.

NOTE

► It is best to check the location and alignment of the

appliance in the dark from outdoors and through the
window. Only in this way can you assess whether
the appliance is aligned so that it appears as if
someone is watching television inside.

Operation

♦ When it gets dark early, for example, in the winter

months, set switch  to „
up immediately. The appliance becomes active at dusk
and, for 6 hours, simulates the flickering of a television.
After 6 hours the appliance switches itself off, except
for the 3 green LEDs.
As soon as it is dusk again, the appliance switches
back on for 6 hours.
To switch your appliance off again, you need to slide
switch  to the position “OFF“.

NOTE

► In the case of exposure to light (> ca. 30 lux) the TV

Simulator also switches off before the 6 hours have
lapsed.

♦ Set the switch to „

autumn and spring. 2 blue LEDs light up immediately.
The appliance becomes active at dusk and, for 4 hours,
simulates the flickering of a television. After 4 hours the
appliance switches itself off, except for the 2 blue LEDs.
As soon as it is dusk again, the appliance switches back
on for 4 hours.

♦ To switch your appliance off again, you need to slide

switch  to the position “OFF“.

NOTE

► In the case of exposure to light (> ca. 30 lux) the TV

♦ When it gets dark late, for example, in the summer

months, set switch  to „
up immediately. The appliance becomes active at
dusk and, for 2 hours, simulates the flickering of a
television. After 2 hours the appliance switches itself
off, except for the red LED.
As soon as it is dusk again, the appliance switches
back on for 2 hours.
To switch your appliance off again, you need to slide
switch  to the position “OFF“.

NOTE

► In the case of exposure to light (> ca. 30 lux) the TV

Simulator also switches off before the 2 hours have
lapsed.

♦ Place switch  at “ON” to have the appliance perma-

nently switched on. To switch your appliance off , you
need to slide switch  to the position “OFF”.

NOTE

► Neither this TV Simulator, nor any other simulation

systems, can guarantee that you will not be burgled.
However, the TV Simulator conveys to potential
burglars that someone is at home and watching TV.

► In every case, we recommend good door locks and

anti-burglar aids, such as security doors and windows,
as well as an alarm system, to deter burglars from
breaking into your home.

Cleaning

CAUTION - PROPERTY DAMAGE

► Ensure that, when cleaning it, no moisture can pen-

etrate into the appliance, so as to avoid irreparable
damage to it.

► Ensure that you remove the power adapter  from

the power socket before cleaning the appliance.

♦ Clean the surfaces of the appliance and the power

adapter  with a soft, dry cloth.

♦ For stubborn soiling, use a damp cloth and possibly

add a mild detergent to it.

♦ Ensure that the appliance and the power adapter 

are completely dry before using them again.

Storage

Should you decide not use the appliance for an extended
period, disconnect it from the power supply and store it in a
clean and dry location away from direct sunlight. If the ap­pliance is mounted to the wall, disconnect it from the power
socket.

Disposal of the appliance

Do not dispose of the appliance in your
normal domestic waste. This product is
subject to the provisions of European
Directive 2012/19/EU-WEEE (Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal
centre or at your community waste facility. Please observe
the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, please
contact your waste disposal centre.

Appendix

Warranty

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the date
of purchase. This appliance has been manufactured with
care and meticulously examined before delivery.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event
of a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service
department by telephone. Only in this way can a post-free
despatch for your goods be assured.

NOTE

► The warranty applies to material or manufacturing

faults only, not for transport damage, parts subject
to wear and tear or for damage to fragile parts.

This appliance is intended solely for private domestic use,
not for commercial applications. If this product has been
subjected to improper or inappropriate handling, abuse,
or modifications not carried out by one of our authorised
service centres, the warranty will be considered void.

Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this
warranty. The warranty period is not extended by repairs
made under the warranty. This applies also to replaced and
repaired parts.

Damages and defects extant at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking, resp. no later than
two days after the date of purchase.

Repairs made after the lapse of the warranty period are
subject to charge.

Furnitura şi verificarea
transportului

AVERTIZARE

INDICAŢIE

► Verificaţi dacă furnitura este completă şi dacă prezintă

deteriorări vizibile.

► În cazul în care furnitura este incompletă sau compo-

nentele sunt deteriorate din cauza ambalajului precar
sau a transportului, apelaţi linia telefonică directă de
service (a se vedea capitolul Service).

Dezambalarea

♦ Scoateţi toate componentele aparatului şi aceste

instrucţiuni din cutie.

♦ Îndepărtaţi toate materialele de ambalare de pe

aparat.

Eliminarea ambalajului

Ambalajul protejează aparatul împotriva deteriorărilor în
timpul transportului. Materialele de ambalare sunt alese con­form compatibilităţii acestora cu mediul şi aspectelor tehnice
privind eliminarea, fiind astfel reciclabile.

Reciclarea ambalajului contribuie la economisirea
materiilor prime şi la reducerea cantităţii de deşeuri.
Eliminaţi materialele de ambalare de care nu mai
aveţi nevoie conform prevederilor locale în vigoare.

Indicaţii de siguranţă

PERICOL DE ELECTROCUTARE!

► Nu utilizaţi în niciun caz aparatul dacă

adaptorul de reţea sau cablul de ali­mentare sunt deteriorate.

► Asiguraţi-vă că în interiorul aparatului nu

pătrunde apă sau umezeală!

Utilizaţi aparatul/adaptorul de reţea
numai în spaţii închise! Nu utilizaţi apa­ratul în aer liber.

AVERTIZARE

PERICOL DE RĂNIRE!

► Acest aparat poate fi utilizat de copii

începând cu vârsta de 8 ani, cât şi de
persoane cu abilităţi fizice, senzoriale sau
mentale reduse sau fără experienţă şi fără
cunoştinţe necesare, dacă sunt suprave­gheaţi sau dacă au fost instruiţi cu privire
la utilizarea în siguranţă a acestui aparat
şi au înţeles pericolele cu privire la acesta.
Copiilor le este interzis să se joace cu apa­ratul. Curăţarea şi acţiunile de întreţinere
destinate utilizatorului nu se vor efectua de
către copii fără supraveghere.

AVERTIZARE

PERICOL DE RĂNIRE!

► Nu utilizaţi aparatul dacă în încăpere se

află persoane care suferă de epilepsie.
Variaţiile de lumină pot declanşa crize de
epilepsie în cazul persoanelor sensibile.

► Înainte de utilizare verificaţi dacă apara-

tul prezintă defecţiuni exterioare vizibile.
Nu puneţi aparatul în funcţiune dacă
este deteriorat sau dacă a căzut. Pericol
de rănire!

► Nu priviţi niciodată direct către leduri!

Acestea sunt foarte luminoase şi pot pro­voca leziuni oculare!

► Reparaţia aparatului trebuie realizată

numai într-un atelier de specialitate
autorizat sau de către serviciul clienţi.
În urma reparaţiilor necorespunzătoare
pot apărea pericole pentru utilizatorul
aparatului. În plus, se pierde garanţia.

► Pozaţi cablul de alimentare astfel încât

să nu devină o piedică în calea nimănui.

ATENŢIE – PAGUBE MATERIALE

► Nu utilizaţi aparatul în apropierea flă-

cărilor deschise (de exemplu lumânări).
Aparatul se poate defecta iremediabil.

► A se evita radiaţia solară directă. Aparatul

se poate defecta iremediabil.

► Acest aparat nu trebuie expus condiţiilor

de ploaie. Protejaţi aparatul împotriva
umezelii şi infiltrării lichidelor şi obiecte­lor în carcasă. Nu introduceţi niciodată
aparatul în apă şi nu aşezaţi pe acesta
obiecte pline cu apă (de exemplu vaze).
Aparatul se poate defecta iremediabil.

► Utilizaţi aparatul numai cu adaptorul de

reţea livrat (tip HX06D-0900200-AG).

Funcţii

Cu ajutorul simulatorului TV poate fi simulat efectul de
lumină intermitentă generată de un televizor aprins, creând
astfel potenţialilor intruşi iluzia unei prezenţe în locuinţă.

Pentru aceasta sunt disponibile 5 setări diferite:
OFF 0: aparatul este oprit.

+2H: ledurile pornesc automat la lăsarea serii şi apoi

luminează 2 ore.

+4H: ledurile pornesc automat la lăsarea serii şi apoi

luminează 4 ore.

+6H: ledurile pornesc automat la lăsarea serii şi apoi

luminează 6 ore.

ON I: ledurile luminează în culori şi combinaţii diferite.

Amplasarea

Căutaţi un loc adecvat pentru amplasarea aparatului. Locul
de amplasare trebuie să îndeplinească următoarele criterii:

― Simulatorul TV nu trebuie să fie direct vizibil din exterior.
― Lumina intermitentă generată de simulatorul TV trebuie să

fie vizibilă din exterior pe pereţi şi/sau pe plafon.

― O priză trebuie să fie uşor accesibilă.
― Simulatorul TV trebuie să fie instalat astfel încât să poată

fi influenţat de lumina crepusculară. Adică trebuie să fie

asigurată pătrunderea luminii din exterior!

― Simulatorul TV nu se va amplasa în apropierea unei ferestre

care ar putea fi puternic iluminată din exterior, de exemplu,

în dreptul unei străzi foarte circulate sau lângă felinare

stradale.

― În încăpere nu trebuie să se afle alte surse de lumină cu

comandă temporizată, de exemplu o lampă de veghe.

♦ Aşezaţi aparatul pe o suprafaţă plană şi stabilă în

vederea asigurării unei poziţii sigure. Pentru evitarea
căderii, stativul se poate fixa cu ajutorul benzii adezive.

ATENŢIE – PAGUBE MATERIALE

► Nu utilizaţi banda adezivă pentru suspendarea apa-

ratului pe perete! Aparatul poate cădea şi se poate
defecta iremediabil!

♦ Orientaţi suprafaţa de iluminare  astfel încât lumina

intermitentă să fie vizibilă pe pereţi şi/sau pe plafon.

♦ Conectaţi adaptorul de reţea  la aparat prin introdu-

cerea conectorului-tată  în conectorul-mamă  de pe
partea posterioară a aparatului. Dacă este necesar, intro­duceţi cablul de alimentare prin canalul pentru cablu  de
la aparat.

♦ Introduceţi adaptorul de reţea  într-o priză.

INDICAŢIE

► Verificaţi locul de amplasare şi orientarea aparatului cel

mai bine pe întuneric, din exterior, pe fereastră. Numai
astfel veţi putea aprecia dacă aparatul este orientat
într-un asemenea mod încât să pară că cineva se uită la
televizor. Dacă este necesar, reorientaţi aparatul.

Montajul pe perete

PERICOL DE ELECTROCUTARE!

Asiguraţi-vă că prin peretele în care doriţi să efectuaţi
găuri pentru montarea aparatului nu trec cabluri de
curent sau alte conducte ori ţevi. Pericol de moarte la
perforarea unui cablu conductor de curent!

Căutaţi un loc de montaj adecvat pentru aparat:

― Simulatorul TV nu trebuie să fie direct vizibil din

exterior.

― Lumina intermitentă generată de simulatorul TV trebuie

să fie vizibilă din exterior pe pereţi şi/sau pe plafon.

― O priză trebuie să fie uşor accesibilă.
― Simulatorul TV trebuie să fie instalat astfel încât să

poată fi influenţat de lumina crepusculară. Adică

trebuie să fie asigurată pătrunderea luminii din

exterior!

― Simulatorul TV nu se va amplasa în apropierea unei

ferestre care ar putea fi puternic iluminată din exteri-

or, de exemplu, în dreptul unei străzi foarte circulate

sau lângă felinare stradale.

― În încăpere nu trebuie să se afle alte surse de lumină cu

comandă temporizată, de exemplu o lampă de veghe.

♦ Scoateţi stativul dezdoindu-l uşor şi trageţi piedicile din

suporturi.

♦ Executaţi două găuri la distanţă de cca 52 mm. Folosiţi

stativul pentru marcarea găurilor: astfel distanţa este
măsurată corect. Găurile trebuie să fie suficient de mari
pentru dibluri de 8 mm.

♦ Introduceţi diblurile livrate în găuri şi înşurubaţi bine

stativul în găurile de montaj pe perete  cu ajutorul
şuruburilor livrate.

♦ Glisaţi din nou simulatorul TV pe stativ. Aveţi grijă ca

cele două piedici în formă de cruce să se fixeze corect
în suporturi.

ATENŢIE – PAGUBE MATERIALE

► Înaintea conectării aparatului comparaţi indicaţiile de

pe plăcuţa de fabricaţie privind tensiunea de intrare
necesară cu cele ale sursei de tensiune prevăzute
pentru funcţionare.

► Asiguraţi-vă că nu este deteriorat cablul adaptorului de

reţea  şi că nu este pozat peste suprafeţe fierbinţi şi/
sau muchii ascuţite, în caz contrar acesta se va deteriora.

► Aveţi în vedere să nu fie prea întins sau îndoit cablul

adaptorului de reţea .

♦ Conectaţi adaptorul de reţea  la aparat prin introdu-

cerea conectorului-tată  în conectorul-mamă  de pe
partea posterioară a aparatului.

♦ Orientaţi suprafaţa de iluminare  astfel încât lumina

intermitentă să fie vizibilă pe pereţi şi/sau pe plafon.

♦ Introduceţi adaptorul de reţea  într-o priză.

în lunile de iarnă, setaţi comutatorul  pe „
3 leduri de culoare verde se aprind imediat. La lăsarea
serii, aparatul se activează şi simulează timp de 6 ore
lumina intermitentă a unui televizor. După 6 ore apa­ratul se opreşte, cu excepţia celor 3 leduri de culoare
verde. De îndată ce se înserează din nou, aparatul por­neşte pentru alte 6 ore. Pentru a opri din nou aparatul,
comutatorul  trebuie glisat în poziţia „OFF”.

INDICAŢIE

► La pătrunderea luminii (> cca 30 lucși), simulatorul

TV se opreşte chiar şi înaintea scurgerii celor 6 ore.

♦ De exemplu, în lunile de toamnă sau de primăvară, setaţi

comutatorul  pe „
tră se aprind imediat. La lăsarea serii aparatul se activează
şi simulează timp de 4 ore lumina intermitentă a unui tele­vizor. După 4 ore, aparatul se opreşte, cu excepţia celor 2
leduri de culoare albastră. De îndată ce se înserează din
nou, aparatul porneşte pentru alte 4 ore.

pentru alte 2 ore. Pentru a opri din nou aparatul, comu­tatorul  trebuie glisat în poziţia „OFF”.

INDICAŢIE

► La pătrunderea luminii (> cca 30 lucși), simulatorul

TV se opreşte chiar şi înaintea scurgerii celor 2 ore.

♦ Pentru a porni permanent aparatul poziţionaţi comu-

tatorul  pe „ON”. Pentru a opri din nou aparatul,
comutatorul  trebuie glisat în poziţia „OFF”.

INDICAŢIE

► Nici simulatorul TV şi nici alte sisteme de simulare nu

pot garanta că locuinţa dvs. nu va putea fi spartă. Cu
toate acestea, simulatorul TV indică eventualilor intruşi
că cineva este acasă şi se uită la televizor.

► În orice caz vă recomandăm să utilizaţi închizători

de bună calitate, sisteme auxiliare antiefracţie, cum
ar fi uşi de siguranţă şi ferestre, precum şi instalaţii de
alarmă, pentru a împiedica spargerea locuinţei dvs.

Curăţarea

ATENŢIE – PAGUBE MATERIALE

► În timpul curăţării, asiguraţi-vă că în aparat nu pătrun-

de umezeală, pentru a evita defectarea iremediabilă
a aparatului.

► Înainte de a curăţa aparatul scoateţi neapărat adapto-

rul de reţea  din priză.

♦ Curăţaţi suprafeţele aparatului şi adaptorul de reţea 

cu o lavetă moale şi uscată.

♦ În cazul murdăriei persistente utilizaţi o lavetă umedă şi

adăugaţi eventual un detergent delicat.

♦ Se va avea în vedere ca aparatul şi adaptorul de reţea 

să fie complet uscate înainte de a utiliza din nou aparatul.

Depozitarea

Dacă nu utilizaţi aparatul un timp mai îndelungat, deconec­taţi-l de la sursa de alimentare şi depozitaţi-l într-un loc curat
şi uscat, ferit de radiaţia solară directă. Dacă aparatul este
montat fix pe perete, deconectaţi-l de la reţeaua electrică.

Eliminarea aparatului

În niciun caz nu aruncaţi aparatul în
gunoiul menajer obişnuit. Acest produs
se află sub incidenţa Directivei europe­ne 2012/19/EU DEEE (Deșeuri de
echipamente electrice și electronice).

Eliminaţi aparatul prin intermediul unei firme autorizate sau
prin intermediul serviciului local de eliminare a deşeurilor.
Respectaţi prevederile actuale în vigoare. Dacă aveţi nelă­muriri, contactaţi serviciul local de eliminare a deşeurilor.

Anexă

Garanţia

Pentru acest aparat se acordă o garanţie de 3 ani de la
data cumpărării. Aparatul a fost produs cu grijă şi verificat
cu rigurozitate înaintea livrării.

Păstraţi bonul fiscal pentru a dovedi cumpărarea. În caz
de defecţiuni în perioada de garanţie, contactaţi telefonic
centrul dvs. de service. Numai astfel poate fi asigurată o
expediere gratuită a produsului dvs.

INDICAŢIE

► Garanţia acoperă numai defectele de material sau de

fabricaţie, nu şi deteriorările rezultate în urma trans­portului, piesele de uzură sau deteriorările apărute la
componentele fragile.

Aparatul este destinat numai uzului privat şi nu utilizărilor
comerciale. În cazul manevrării abuzive sau necorespun­zătoare, al uzului de forţă şi al intervenţiilor care nu au
fost realizate de către filiala noastră autorizată de service,
garanţia îşi pierde valabilitatea.

Drepturile dvs. legale nu sunt limitate prin această garanţie.
Perioada de garanţie nu este prelungită după efectuarea
reparaţiilor realizate în perioada de garanţie. Acest lucru
este valabil şi pentru piesele înlocuite şi reparate.

Deteriorările şi deficienţele prezente deja la cumpărare
trebuie semnalate imediat după dezambalare sau cel târziu
la două zile de la data cumpărării.

Reparaţiile necesare după expirarea perioadei de garanţie
se efectuează contra cost.

Entsorgung der Verpackung

Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden.
Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen
und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt
und deshalb recyclebar.

Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den
Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoffe und verringert
das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr

► Niemals direkt in die LEDs blicken! Diese

Funktionen

Mit dem TV-Simulator können Sie das Flackermuster eines
laufenden Fernsehers simulieren und so potentiellen Einbre­chern eine Anwesenheit vortäuschen.

Dazu stehen 5 verschiedene Einstellungen zur Verfügung:
OFF 0: das Gerät ist ausgeschaltet.

+2H: die LEDs schalten sich automatisch bei Abend-

dämmerung an und leuchten dann 2 Stunden.

+4H: die LEDs schalten sich automatisch bei Abend-

dämmerung an und leuchten dann 4 Stunden.

+6H: die LEDs schalten sich automatisch bei Abend-

dämmerung an und leuchten dann 6 Stunden.

ON I: die LEDs leuchten in verschiedenen Farben und

Kombinationen.

Aufstellen

Suchen Sie eine geeignete Stelle zum Aufstellen des Gerätes.
Dieser Aufstellort muss folgende Kriterien erfüllen:

― Der TV-Simulator darf von außen nicht direkt zu sehen sein.
― Das vom TV-Simulator erzeugte Flackern muss von außen

an Wänden und/oder Decke zu sehen sein.

― Eine Netzsteckdose muss problemlos erreichbar sein.
― Der TV-Simulator muss so installiert werden, dass dieser

durch die Dämmerung beeinflusst werden kann. D. h. der

Lichteinfall von außen muss gegeben sein!

― Der TV-Simulator darf nicht an einem Fenster verwendet

werden, welches von außen hell erleuchtet werden könnte,

wie zum Beispiel an einer stark befahrenen Straße oder

neben Straßenlaternen.

― Im Zimmer sollte keine zusätzliche timergesteuerte Licht-

quelle, z. B. ein Nachtlicht, stehen.

♦ Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen ebenen und festen

Untergrund, so dass es einen sicheren Stand hat. Um
ein Umkippen zu verhindern, können Sie den Standfuß
mit Hilfe des Klebestreifens fixieren.

ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN

► Benutzen Sie den Klebestreifen nicht, um das Gerät an

einer Wand aufzuhängen! Das Gerät kann herunter
fallen und dabei irreparabel beschädigt werden!

♦ Richten Sie die Leuchtfläche  aus, so dass das Fla-

ckern an Wänden und/oder Decke sichtbar ist.

♦ Verbinden Sie den Netzadapter  mit dem Gerät, indem

Sie den Hohlstecker  in die Steckerbuchse  an der
Rückseite des Geräts einstecken. Verlegen Sie, bei Bedarf,
das Netzkabel durch den Kabelkanal  am Gerät.

♦ Stecken Sie den Netzadapter  in eine Netzsteckdose.

HINWEIS

► Kontrollieren Sie den Standort und die Ausrichtung des

Gerätes am Besten bei Dunkelheit von außen durch
das Fenster. Nur so können Sie beurteilen, ob das Ge­rät so ausgerichtet ist, dass es aussieht, als ob jemand
Fernsehen schaut.
Richten Sie das Gerät gegebenenfalls neu aus.

Wandmontage

STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR!

Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine Stromleitungen
oder andere Leitungen oder Rohre in der Wand
befinden, in der Sie die Löcher für das Gerät bohren
wollen. Es besteht Lebensgefahr, wenn Sie eine
stromführende Leitung anbohren!

Suchen Sie einen geeigneten Montageplatz für das Gerät:

― Der TV-Simulator darf von außen nicht direkt zu

sehen sein.

― Das vom TV-Simulator erzeugte Flackern muss von

außen an Wänden und/oder Decke zu sehen sein.

― Eine Netzsteckdose muss problemlos erreichbar sein.
― Der TV-Simulator muss so installiert werden, dass dieser

durch die Dämmerung beeinflusst werden kann. D. h.

der Lichteinfall von außen muss gegeben sein!

― Der TV-Simulator darf nicht an einem Fenster verwen-

det werden, welches von außen hell erleuchtet

werden könnte, wie zum Beispiel an einer stark

befahrenen Straße oder neben Straßenlaternen.

― Im Zimmer sollte keine zusätzliche timergesteuerte

Lichtquelle, z. B. ein Nachtlicht, stehen.

♦ Nehmen Sie den Standfuß ab, indem Sie diesen leicht

auseinanderbiegen und die Arretierungen aus den
Halterungen ziehen.

♦ Bohren Sie zwei Löcher im Abstand von ca. 52 mm. Be-

nutzen Sie den Standfuß zum Anzeichnen der Löcher:
so ist der Abstand korrekt abgemessen. Die Bohrlöcher
müssen passend für 8 mm-Dübel gebohrt werden.

♦ Stecken Sie die mitgelieferten Dübel in die Löcher und

schrauben Sie den Standfuß durch die Löcher zur Wand­montage  mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Schrauben fest.

♦ Schieben Sie den TV-Simulator wieder auf den Stand-

fuß. Achten Sie darauf, dass die beiden kreuzförmigen
Arretierungen korrekt in die Halterungen greifen.

ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN

► Vergleichen Sie vor dem Anschließen des Gerätes

die Angaben zur benötigten Eingangsspannung auf
dem Typenschild mit der für den Betrieb vorgesehenen
Spannungsquelle.

► Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Kabel des Netzadap-

ters  unbeschädigt ist und nicht über heiße Flächen
und/oder scharfe Kanten verlegt wird, sonst wird es
beschädigt.

► Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel des Netzadapters

 nicht straff gespannt oder geknickt wird.

♦ Verbinden Sie den Netzadapter  mit dem Gerät,

indem Sie den Hohlstecker  in die Steckerbuchse 
an der Rückseite des Geräts einstecken.

♦ Richten Sie die Leuchtfläche  aus, so dass das Flackern

an Wänden und/oder Decke sichtbar ist.

♦ Stecken Sie den Netzadapter  in eine Netzsteckdose.

HINWEIS

► Kontrollieren Sie den Installationsort und die Ausrich-

tung des Gerätes am Besten bei Dunkelheit von außen
durch das Fenster.
Nur so können Sie beurteilen, ob das Gerät so
ausgerichtet ist, dass es aussieht, als ob jemand
Fernsehen schaut. Richten Sie das Gerät gegebenen­falls neu aus.

Bedienen

den Schalter  auf „OFF“ schieben.

rät dauerhaft einzuschalten. Um das Gerät wieder

HINWEIS

► Weder der TV-Simulator, noch andere Simulations-

systeme können garantieren, dass bei Ihnen nicht
eingebrochen wird. Jedoch vermittelt der TV-Simulator
eventuellen Einbrechern, dass jemand zuhause ist und
Fern sieht.

► Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall gute Türschlösser, ein-

bruchhemmende Hilfsmittel, wie Sicherheitstüren und
Fenster, sowie eine Alarmanlage, um Einbrecher vom
Einbruch in Ihre Wohnung abzuhalten.

Reinigung

ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN

► Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuch-

tigkeit in das Gerät eindringt, um eine irreparable
Beschädigung des Gerätes zu vermeiden.

► Ziehen Sie unbedingt den Netzadapter  aus der

Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.

♦ Reinigen Sie die Oberflächen des Gerätes, sowie den

Netzadapter  mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch.

♦ Bei hartnäckigeren Verschmutzungen benutzen Sie ein

feuchtes Tuch und geben eventuell ein mildes Spülmittel
darauf.

♦ Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät und der Netzadap-

ter  wieder vollständig trocken sind, bevor Sie das
Gerät weiter verwenden.

Lagerung

Sollten Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzen, trennen
Sie es von der Stromversorgung und lagern es an einem
sauberen, trockenen Ort ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.
Wenn das Gerät an der Wand fest montiert ist, trennen Sie
es vom Stromnetz.

Gerät entsorgen

Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in
den normalen Hausmüll. Dieses
Produkt unterliegt der europäischen
Richtlinie 2012/19/EU WEEE (Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen Entsor­gungsbetrieb oder über Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrich­tung. Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen
Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in
Verbindung.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufda­tum. Das Gerät wurde sorgfältig produziert und vor Anliefe­rung gewissenhaft geprüft.

Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon als Nachweis für den
Kauf auf. Bitte setzen Sie sich im Garantiefall mit Ihrer
Servicestelle telefonisch in Verbindung. Nur so kann eine
kostenlose Einsendung Ihrer Ware gewährleistet werden.

HINWEIS

► Die Garantieleistung gilt nur für Material- oder

Fabrikationsfehler, nicht aber für Transportschä­den, Verschleißteile oder für Beschädigungen an
zerbrechlichen Teilen.

Das Produkt ist lediglich für den privaten und nicht für den
gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und
unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei
Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Service-Nieder­lassung vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.

Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch diese Garantie nicht
eingeschränkt. Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewähr­leistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und

Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Män­gel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden,
