Uso conforme
Il kit vivavoce Bluetooth® SBTF 10 E5 è un apparecchio
dell’elettronica dell’informazione ed è concepito per l’utilizzo in veicoli con una tensione di bordo di 12-24 V. L’apparecchio è predisposto per creare una connessione vivavoce
con un telefono cellulare attraverso un collegamento
Bluetooth® che consenta di telefonare anche quando si
è alla guida di un veicolo senza dover tenere il cellulare in
mano. L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato solo privatamente e non per scopi industriali e commerciali.

In questo capitolo vengono fornite importanti indicazioni
relative alla sicurezza nell’uso del prodotto. L’uso non conforme può comportare danni a persone e a cose.
Indicazioni di base relative alla sicurezza
Per un uso sicuro del prodotto rispettare le seguenti indicazioni relative alla sicurezza:
■ Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato dai bambini di
almeno 8anni di età e da persone con capacità fisiche,
sensoriali o mentali ridotte o insufficiente esperienza o
conoscenza, solo se sorvegliati o istruiti sull’uso sicuro
dell’apparecchio e qualora ne abbiano compreso i pericoli associati. I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione a cura dell’utente
non devono essere eseguite da bambini, a meno che
non siano sorvegliati.
■
PERICOLO! I materiali d’imballaggio non sono un
giocattolo. Tenere tutti i materiali d’imballaggio fuori
dalla portata dei bambini. Pericolo di soffocamento!
■ Controllare l’apparecchio prima dell’uso per rilevare
eventuali danni esterni visibili. Non mettere in funzione
un apparecchio danneggiato o caduto.
■ Nel caso in cui si sviluppino fumi, rumori oppure odori
insoliti, scollegare l’alimentazione e rimuovere la batteria
dall’apparecchio. Fare verificare l’apparecchio da un
tecnico qualificato prima di riutilizzarlo.
■ Non aprire mai l’involucro dell’apparecchio. Nell’appa-
recchio non vi sono componenti da sottoporre a manutenzione o sostituibili dall’utente.
■ Evitare di apportare autonomamente modifiche o cam-
biamenti all’apparecchio.
■ Fare eseguire le riparazioni solo da aziende specializ-
zate o dal-l’assistenza ai clienti. Le riparazioni effettuate
in modo inadeguato possono causare gravi pericoli per
l’utente. Inoltre la garanzia decade.

■ La riparazione dell’apparecchio durante il periodo di ga-
ranzia può avere luogo solo tramite l’assistenza ai clienti
autorizzata dal produttore; altrimenti in caso di successivi
danni la garanzia non sarà ritenuta valida.
■ I componenti difettosi devono essere sostituiti esclusiva-
mente da pezzi di ricambio originali. Solo con questi
pezzi di ricambio è garantita la conformità ai requisiti di
sicurezza.
■ Non utilizzare l’apparecchio nelle vicinanze di fiamme
vive (per es. candele) e non mettere candele accese
sull’apparecchio o accanto all’apparecchio. In tal modo
si evita il pericolo d’incendio.
■ Non esporre l’apparecchio a spruzzi d’acqua e/o
gocciolamenti e non collocare oggetti contenenti liquidi
sull’apparecchio, come ad esempio vasi o contenitori di
bevande.
■ Non esporre mai l’apparecchio al calore estremo o a
un’elevata umidità dell’aria. Ciò vale in particolare per la
conservazione in auto. In caso di lunghi tempi di permanenza e di condizioni meteorologiche calde con esposizione ai raggi solari, si sviluppano temperature elevate
all’interno dell’abitacolo e nel cruscotto. Rimuovere gli
apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici dal veicolo.
■ Prendere il cavo di carica sempre dalla spina e non tirare
dal cavo stesso.
■ Non appoggiare mobili o altri oggetti pesanti sul cavo di
carica e verificare che esso non rimanga piegato.
■ Il cavo di carica deve essere posato in modo tale che
non sia di intralcio durante la guida. Il cavo di carica non
può essere posato nella zona di sgancio dell’airbag, in
caso contrario un’eventuale attivazione dell’airbag può
causare lesioni gravi.
■
PERICOLO! L’apparecchio dispone di un accumulatore
integrato al litio-polimero. L’uso errato di accumulatori al
litio-polimero può causare incendi, esplosioni, fuoriuscite
di sostanze pericolose o altre situazioni pericolose!
È vietato gettare l’apparecchio nel fuoco.

■ ATTENZIONE! Attenersi a tutte le normative locali.
Durante la guida, le mani devono essere sempre libere
per svolgere le operazioni di guida. La sicurezza nel
traffico durante la guida ha sempre la priorità.
■ Utilizzare il kit vivavoce solo in situazioni in cui le condi-
zioni del traffico lo consentano e che non costituiscano
pericolo, danno, intralcio o disturbo per gli altri utenti
della strada. Per questo si consiglia di utilizzare il kit
vivavoce solo a vettura ferma.
■ Non distogliere l’attenzione dalla strada durante l’utiliz-
zo e la visualizzazione del kit vivavoce. Prima di mettersi
in marcia, familiarizzare con i comandi dell’apparecchio
e con l’utilizzo sicuro del kit vivavoce.
■ Posizionare sempre il kit vivavoce nel veicolo in modo da
non compromettere la visuale e in un luogo diverso dalla
zona di impatto delle persone dell’abitacolo o dalla
zona di apertura degli airbag. A tale proposito leggere
le istruzioni per l’uso del costruttore del veicolo.
■ Posizionare sempre il kit vivavoce nel veicolo in modo
da non ostacolare la guida del veicolo, idealmente sul
parasole.
Avvertenza sull’interfaccia radio
■ Mantenere l’apparecchio a una distanza di almeno
20 cm da un pacemaker o un defibrillatore impiantato,
altrimenti le onde radio potrebbero comprometterne il
corretto funzionamento del pacemaker o del defibrillatore impiantato.
■ Le onde radio trasmesse potrebbero causare interferenze
anche negli apparecchi acustici.
■ Non avvicinare l’apparecchio a componenti radio accesi a
gas infiammabili o in un ambiente potenzialmente esplosivo
(ad es. stabilimento di verniciatura), in quanto le onde radio
trasmesse potrebbero causare un’esplosione o un incendio.
■ La portata delle onde radio dipende dalle condizioni
dell’ambiente.
■ Nella trasmissione di dati attraverso un collegamento senza
cavo, anche terzi non autorizzati possono ricevere i dati.

♦ Prelevare tutti i componenti dalla confezione e rimuovere
tutto il materiale di imballaggio.
NOTA
► Controllare la completezza e l'integrità della fornitura.
► In caso di fornitura incompleta o in presenza di danni
da trasporto o da imballaggio inadeguato, rivolgersi
alla linea diretta di assistenza (v. capitolo "Assistenza").
Smaltimento dell’imballaggio
Smaltire l’imballaggio conformemente alle
norme di tutela ambientale.
Tenere conto dei codici presenti sui vari
materiali di imballaggio ed eventualmente
separare i materiali effettuando una raccolta differenziata.
I materiali di imballaggio presentano codici costituiti da
abbreviazioni (a) e numeri (b) con il seguente significato:
1–7: materie plastiche
20–22: carta e cartone
80–98: materiali compositi

► Durante il periodo di validità della garanzia, se
possibile, conservare la confezione originale per
poter imballare adeguatamente l'apparecchio in
caso di intervento in garanzia.

Caricamento del kit vivavoce
ATTENZIONE
► Caricare il kit vivavoce solo in ambienti interni o in
abitacoli asciutti.
► Per caricare il kit vivavoce utilizzare esclusivamente il
cavo di carica
per auto !
► Al termine del processo di carica rimuovere assoluta-
mente il cavo di carica
per auto
Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio occorre caricare completamente la batteria integrata.
♦ Collegare il connettore micro-USB del cavo di carica
alla presa di carica micro-USB del kit vivavoce.
♦ Collegare il connettore USB del cavo di carica
presa di carica USB dell’adattatore di ricarica per
auto .
♦ Infilare l’adattatore di ricarica per auto
di bordo idonea del veicolo. Il LED di funzionamento
si accende con luce verde. Durante il processo di caricamento, il tasto resta acceso con luce arancione.
Una volta concluso il processo di caricamento (circa
2 ore), l’illuminazione del tasto si spegne.
♦ Scollegare l’adattatore di ricarica per auto
presa di bordo. Scollegare il cavo di carica dall’adattatore di ricarica per auto
o in aggiunta l'adattatore di ricarica
o l'adattatore di ricarica

parasole, altrimenti il cavo di allacciamento potrebbe

ATTENZIONE
► In alternativa la batteria può essere ricaricata anche
con un PC o un alimentatore esterno. Per caricare
la batteria utilizzare solo alimentatori USB con una
tensione di uscita di 5 V e una corrente di uscita di
almeno 500 mA. A tale scopo utilizzare il cavo di
carica
► Per via dell'elevato assorbimento di potenza, è vietato
caricare la batteria con un computer.

In questo capitolo sono riportate indicazioni importanti
relative ai comandi e al funzionamento dell’apparecchio.
Accensione/spegnimento del kit vivavoce
♦ Per accendere il kit vivavoce, spostare l’interruttore on/
off . Viene emesso un breve segnale acustico

Accoppiamento del kit vivavoce a un
telefono cellulare compatibile
Prima di poter usare il kit vivavoce, occorre accoppiarlo a
un telefono cellulare compatibile (pairing).
♦ Accendere il kit vivavoce. Dopo breve tempo il tasto
lampeggia alternatamente con luce blu e arancione. Vengono emessi due segnali acustici acuti. Ora
il kit vivavoce si trova per circa 2 minuti in modalità di
accoppiamento. Se l’accoppiamento non si verifica
entro questo intervallo, viene emesso un segnale grave
e il kit vivavoce si spegne.
♦ Impostare il telefono cellulare in modo tale che si metta
alla ricerca di dispositivi Bluetooth
dettagliata è presente nel manuale di istruzioni del
telefono cellulare.
♦ Per collegare i due apparecchi, selezionare la voce
SBTF 10 E5 dalla lista degli apparecchi trovati del
proprio cellulare. Il nome del kit vivavoce SBTF 10 E5
compare ora nella lista degli apparecchi collegati al
cellulare.
NOTA
► Se viene richiesta l'immissione di un PIN durante
l'accoppiamento, inserire "0000".
► Se l'accoppiamento è riuscito, viene emesso un breve
segnale acustico.
♦ Il kit vivavoce si trova ora in modalità standby e il tasto
lampeggia ogni 10 secondi brevemente una
volta con luce blu. Se il collegamento al cellulare viene
interrotto, il tasto lampeggia brevemente con
luce blu ogni 10 secondi.

Funzione Auto-Power
La funzione Auto-Power consente la riaccensione automatica dell’apparecchio e il collegamento ad un telefono
cellulare già noto, non appena viene attivato il sensore
di vibrazioni integrato. Se l’apparecchio perde il collegamento al telefono cellulare, ad es. a causa di una distanza
elevata, ed essa non viene ristabilita per 10 minuti, passa
alla funzione Auto-Power. In caso di vibrazione o scossa, ad
es. per effetto dell’apertura della porta dell’auto, l’apparecchio si riaccende e cerca per circa 2 minuti di colegarsi
automaticamente a telefoni cellulari a esso noti. Se nel suo
raggio d’azione non si trova nessun telefono cellulare noto,
l’apparecchio torna alla funzione Auto-Power.
NOTA
®
► Se si disattiva la funzione Bluetooth
lulare, dopo 2 minuti il kit vivavoce passa alla funzione
Auto-Power.
► A seconda del cellulare utilizzato, il collegamento
automatico potrebbe non verificarsi. In questo caso,
per ripristinare il collegamento premere brevemente il
tasto multifunzione

► Per alcuni telefoni è necessario inoltre confermare il
collegamento sul cellulare stesso. Osservare il manuale
di istruzioni del rispettivo cellulare.
► Qualora non si desiderasse portare sempre con sé
il proprio cellulare durante il viaggio, consigliamo di
disattivare il kit vivavoce. In tal modo si evita che il kit
vivavoce continui ad accendersi e spegnersi ripetutamente a causa del movimento dell'auto e che la
batteria interna del kit vivavoce si scarichi.
♦ Accendere il kit vivavoce. La funzione Auto-Power si
attiva automaticamente.
♦ Spegnere il kit vivavoce. La funzione Auto-Power si
disattiva automaticamente.

Funzione Multipoint
La funzione multipoint consente l’utilizzo contemporaneo
del kit vivavoce con due telefoni. Tale funzione costituisce
un vantaggio per utenti con un cellulare privato e uno
aziendale.
♦ L’accoppiamento di altri cellulari al kit vivavoce fun-
ziona nella modalità descritta al capitolo “Accoppia-
mento del kit vivavoce a un telefono cellulare
compatibile”. L’accoppiamento inizia per ogni nuovo
dispositivo con il kit vivavoce spento. Nel caso di
dispositivi già accoppiati la funzione Bluetooth
deve essere disattiva.
NOTA
► In alternativa, per disattivare l'accoppiamento attivo
premere il tasto
per 3 secondi. A tale scopo
non occorre spegnere il kit vivavoce, esso si trova
direttamente in modalità di accoppiamento.
Qualora fossero stati accoppiati diversi cellulari, il kit vivavoce dispone di diversi dispositivi “conosciuti”. Tale condizione
è un prerequisito per un collegamento attivo tra il kit vivavoce
e gli altri telefoni. Vengono memorizzati al massimo 8 telefoni
come dispositivi “conosciuti”. Il numero di dispositivi collegabili attivamente al kit vivavoce è limitato a due. Non appena
uno o due dei dispositivi conosciuti si trovano in prossimità
del kit vivavoce, viene stabilito automaticamente il collegamento a questi dispositivi. In alcuni casi occorre confermare
il collegamento sul proprio cellulare.
Nel caso in cui anche un terzo dispositivo “conosciuto”
si trovi in prossimità del kit vivavoce, il collegamento a
quest’ultimo viene bloccato finché uno dei due collegamenti
attivi non viene interrotto o uno dei due dispositivi non si
allontana dall’area di ricezione. Se uno dei due dispositivi
attivi si è scollegato, è possibile collegare il terzo (in attesa).
Se due cellulari sono collegati al kit vivavoce, vengono
utilizzate suonerie diverse in caso di chiamate in arrivo.

► Nel caso di alcuni cellulari potrebbe essere necessario
riavviare il vivavoce se sono collegati più telefoni.

Accettazione / conclusione di una chiamata
In caso di una chiamata in arrivo, il tasto lampeggia una volta con luce blu ogni 3 secondi e viene emesso
un segnale di chiamata dal kit vivavoce. Se il segnale di
chiamata è disattivato sul proprio cellulare, il segnale di
chiamata viene comunque emesso dal kit vivavoce.
♦ Premere brevemente una volta il tasto

Se al kit vivavoce sono stati collegati contemporaneamente
due telefoni, è possibile mettere in attesa una conversazione, rispondere a una telefonata sul secondo cellulare e
passare da una conversazione all’altra.
♦ Per rispondere alla chiamata proveniente dal secondo
cellulare mentre si conduce una conversazione sul
primo, premere brevemente una volta il tasto

Il kit vivavoce può essere accoppiato al massimo a 8 telefoni.
Per cancellare la lista di accoppiamento e ripristinare le
impostazioni di fabbrica del kit vivavoce, procedere come
segue:
♦ Spegnere e riaccendere il kit vivavoce.
♦ Premere e tenere premuti per circa 10 secondi contem-
poraneamente i tasti

10 metri dal cellulare e che non si frappongano ostacoli o apparecchi elettronici.
♦ Eventualmente, riportare il kit vivavoce alle impostazioni
predefinite (v. capitolo “Reset vivavoce”).
Il cellulare non si collega automaticamente

♦ A seconda del cellulare utilizzato, il collegamento au-

Sostituzione del fusibile dell’adattatore di
ricarica per auto
Nell’adattatore di ricarica per auto
che protegge la rete elettrica di bordo del veicolo. Se l’apparecchio non funziona più, controllare o sostituire il fusibile.
♦ Aprire l’adattatore di ricarica per auto
con cautela in senso antiorario l’inserto a vite (C), se
necessario con una pinza, ed estrarlo.
♦ Rimuovere la punta dello spinotto (B) dal fusibile (A)
ed estrarre quest’ultimo.
♦ Inserire un nuovo fusibile del tipo F2AL/250V nell’adat-
tatore di ricarica per auto

fusibile e riavvitare l’inserto a vite (C) precedentemente
rimosso.

Pulizia
ATTENZIONE
► Scollegare il dispositivo dall'alimentazione elettrica
prima di pulirlo per evitare danni.
► Per evitarne un danneggiamento irreparabile,
assicurarsi che durante la pulizia non penetri umidità
nell'apparecchio.
► Non utilizzare detergenti corrosivi, abrasivi o a base
di solventi, che possono danneggiare le superfici
dell'apparecchio.
♦ Pulire le superfici dell’apparecchio solo con un panno
morbido e asciutto. In caso di sporco ostinato, utilizzare un panno leggermente inumidito con un detergente
delicato.
Conservazione quando l’apparecchio

Smaltimento
Smaltimento dell’apparecchio
Il simbolo a lato di un bidone della spazzatura
con ruote barrato indica che questo apparecchio
è soggetto alla direttiva 2012/19/EU. Questa
direttiva prescrive che l’apparecchio, al termine
della sua durata utile, non venga smaltito
assieme ai normali rifiuti domestici, bensì conferito ad
appositi centri di raccolta, centri di riciclaggio o aziende di
smaltimento. Non rimuovere la batteria integrata dell’apparecchio. L’apparecchio deve essere consegnato integro.
Lo smaltimento è gratuito per l’utente. Rispettare
l’ambiente e smaltire l’apparecchio in modo conforme alle direttive pertinenti.
Per lo smaltimento del prodotto una volta che
ha terminato la sua funzione, informarsi presso
l’amministrazione comunale.

aparelho da eletrónica de informação concebido para
uma utilização em veículos com uma tensão de bordo
entre 12 e 24 V. O aparelho permite estabelecer uma ligação mãos-livres com um telemóvel através de uma ligação
Bluetooth®, para que possa falar ao telemóvel durante a
condução sem ter de pegar no telemóvel com a mão. Este
aparelho só pode ser utilizado no domínio privado e não
para fins industriais e comerciais.

Antes de poder utilizar o sistema mãos-livres, tem de o
emparelhar com um telemóvel compatível (pairing).
♦ Ligue o sistema mãos-livres. Passado pouco tempo, o

O sistema mãos-livres encontra-se agora em modo de
emparelhamento durante 2 minutos. Se o emparelhamento não ocorrer durante este tempo, é emitido um

♦ Ajuste o telemóvel de forma que procure aparelhos

Função Auto Power
A função Auto Power permite que o aparelho se volte a
ligar automaticamente e se ligue a um telemóvel conhecido,
assim que o sensor de vibração integrado for ativado. Se
o aparelho perder a ligação a um telemóvel, p. ex. devido
a uma distância excessiva, e não a conseguir voltar a
estabelecer dentro de 10 minutos, muda para a função
Auto Power. Em caso de vibração, p. ex. devido à abertura
da porta do veículo, o aparelho volta a ligar-se e, durante
aprox. 2 minutos, tenta estabelecer automaticamente uma
ligação ao telemóvel conhecido. Se nenhum telemóvel
conhecido estiver ao alcance, o aparelho muda novamente
para a função Auto Power.

► Se desativar a função Bluetooth
após aprox. 2 minutos o sistema mãos-livres muda
para a função Auto Power.
► No entanto, consoante o telemóvel utilizado pode não
ser possível estabelecer a ligação automaticamente.

Função Multipoint
A função Multipoint possibilita a utilização simultânea do
sistema mãos-livres com dois telemóveis. Isto é vantajoso
para utilizadores com um telemóvel privado e um profissional.
♦ O emparelhamento de mais telemóveis com o sistema
mãos-livres funciona tal como descrito no capítulo
“Emparelhar o sistema mãos-livres com um tele-
móvel compatível”. O emparelhamento é iniciado
para cada aparelho novo com o sistema mãos-livres
desligado. Se os aparelhos já estiverem emparelhados,

O número dos aparelhos que se pode ligar ativamente ao
sistema mãos-livres está limitado a dois. Assim que um ou
dois dos aparelhos conhecidos se aproximem do sistema
mãos-livres, é automaticamente estabelecida a ligação a
estes aparelhos. Em alguns casos, tem de confirmar o estabelecimento da ligação nos seus telemóveis.
Caso se aproxime um terceiro aparelho “conhecido” do
sistema mãos-livres, a ligação a este aparelho é bloqueada
até que uma das duas ligações ativas seja interrompida ou
um dos dois aparelhos deixe a área de alcance. Quando
um dos aparelhos ativamente ligados se tiver desemparelhado, o emparelhamento fica livre para o terceiro aparelho
(em espera).

The Bluetooth® hand-free set SBTF 10 E5 is an information technology device for use in vehicles with an on-board
power supply of 12–24V. The device is designed to create an hands-free connection with a mobile phone via a
Bluetooth
telephone calls while travelling by car without having to hold
the mobile phone in his or her hand. This device may only be
used for private domestic purposes, it is not suitable for industrial or commercial applications.

Safety
This section contains important safety instructions for using
the product. Improper use may result in personal injury and
property damage.
Basic safety instructions
To ensure safe operation of the product, follow the safety
guidelines set out below:
■ This device may be used by children aged 8 years and
above and by persons with limited physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under supervision or have
been told how to use the device safely and are aware of
the potential risks. Children must not play with the device.
Cleaning and maintenance tasks may not be carried out
by children unless they are supervised.

DANGER! Do not allow children to play with the
packaging material! Keep all packaging materials away
from children. There is a risk of suffocation!
■ Check the device for visible external damage before
use. Do not operate a device that has been damaged or
dropped.
■ If you notice smoke, unusual noises or smells, disconnect
the device from the power supply and switch the handsfree set off. Have the device checked by a qualified
specialist before using it again.
■ Never open the housing of the device. None of the com-
ponents in the device can be serviced or replaced by the
user.
■ Do not make any unauthorised modifications or altera-
tions to the device.
■ All repairs must be carried out by authorised specialist
companies or by the Customer Service department. Improper repairs may put the user at risk. It will also invalidate any warranty claims.
■ Repairs to the device during the warranty period may
only be carried out by a customer service department
authorised by the manufacturer. Otherwise, no warranty
claims will be held for any subsequent damages.

■ Defective components must always be replaced with
original replacement parts. Compliance with the safety
requirements can only be guaranteed by using these
replacement parts.
■ Never operate the device in the vicinity of naked flames
(e.g. candles), and do not place burning candles on or
next to the device. This will help to prevent fires.
■ Do not expose the device to water spray or dripping wa-
ter, and do not place liquid-filled objects such as vases or
open drinks containers on or near the device.
■ Never subject the device to extreme heat or humidity.
This particularly applies to storage in a car. If the car is
at a standstill for longer periods and the weather is warm
with solar irradiation, high temperatures occur in the car
interior and the glove compartment. Remove electrical
and electronic devices from the vehicle.
■ Always unplug the charging cable by pulling on the plug
– do not pull the cable itself.
■ Do not place any items of furniture or other heavy
objects on the charger cable and ensure that it cannot
become kinked.
■ The charger cable must be routed so it does not interfere
with the operation of the vehicle. The charger cable
may not be routed through the deployment area of the
airbag, as this could cause serious injuries if the airbag
is triggered.
■
DANGER! The device has an integrated lithiumpolymer battery. Improper use of lithium polymer batteries can cause fires, explosions, leakages of hazardous
materials or other hazards! Do not throw the device into
an open fire.
ATTENTION! Comply with all local laws. Your hands

must always be free to operate the vehicle safely when
you are driving. Traffic safety must always take priority
whilst driving.

■ Only operate the hands-free set on those occasions in
which the traffic situation permits it and in which you will
not endanger, injure, obstruct or cause annoyance to
other road users. Therefore you should only operate the
hands-free set in a stationary vehicle.
■ Do not allow yourself to be distracted from the traffic
situation by operating the hands-free set or reading its
display. Before starting your journey, familiarise yourself
with how to use the device and practice how to use it
safely.
■ Always position the hands-free set in your vehicle so
that it does not obstruct your view and is not mounted in
a personal impact zone or the deployment area of the
airbag. Read the instruction manual of the vehicle manufacturer.
■ Always position the hands-free set in your vehicle so that
it does not interfere with your operation of the vehicle,
ideally on the sun visor.
Notes on the radio interface
■ Keep the device at least 20 cm away from a pacemaker
or implanted defibrillator, as the proper functioning of the
pacemaker or the implanted defibrillator could be affected by radio waves.
■ The transmitted radio waves can cause noise interference
in hearing aids.
■ Do not use the device with the radio components
switched on in the presence of flammable gases or in a
potentially explosive atmosphere (e.g. in a paint shop),
as the transmitted radio waves can cause an explosion
or ignite a fire.
■ The range of the radio waves is dependent on the envi-
ronment and the ambient conditions.
■ Data transmissions via a wireless connection can be
intercepted by unauthorised third parties.

Handling and operation
This section provides you with important information on
handling and using the device.
Switching the hands-free set on/off
♦ Slide the On/Off switch to switch the hands-free
set on. You hear a short, high-pitched beep and the
button lights up blue.
The hands-free set is now in standby mode. The
button flashes blue every 10 seconds.
NOTICE
► If no mobile phone is paired with the hands-free set, it
automatically switches into pairing mode after a short
time.
♦ Slide the On/Off switch

Pairing the hands-free set with a compatible mobile phone
Before you can use the hands-free set, you must pair it with a
compatible mobile telephone.
♦ Switch the hands-free set on. After a short time, the
button flashes alternately blue and orange. You
will hear two high beeps. The hands-free set is now in
pairing mode for about 2 minutes. If the pairing does
not happen within this time, you will hear a low beep
and the hands-free set switches off.
♦ Set the mobile telephone so that it scans for Bluetooth
devices. A detailed description of how to do this can
be found in the operating instructions for your mobile
telephone.
♦ Select the entry SBTF 10 E5 from the list of found de-
vices on your mobile phone to pair the two devices. The
name of the hands-free set, SBTF 10 E5, now appears
on the list of paired devices on your mobile phone.
NOTICE
► If you are asked to enter a PIN during pairing, enter
0000.
► If the pairing is successful, you will hear a short beep.
♦ The hands-free set is now in standby mode and the
button flashes blue every 10 seconds. If the
connection to the mobile phone is lost, the button
flashes briefly blue every 10 seconds.

Auto power function
The auto power function enables you to set the device so
that it switches back on automatically and connects to a
known mobile phone as soon as the built-in vibration sensor
is activated. If the device loses its connection to a mobile
phone, e.g. due to excessive distance, and it is not restored
within 10 minutes, it will switch to auto power function. If
there is a vibration, e.g. caused by opening the car door, the
device switches back on and automatically attempts to connect to known mobile phones for about 2 minutes. If there is
no known mobile phone in range, the device switches back
to auto power function.
NOTICE
®
► If you deactivate the Bluetooth
mobile phone, the hands-free set switches to the auto
power function after around 2 minutes.
► Depending on the mobile phone used, it is possible,
however, that the automatic connection cannot be
made. If this happens, press the
to restore the connection. You will hear a beep.
► With some mobile phones, the connection must also
be confirmed on the mobile phone itself. Please also
refer to the operating instructions for the respective
mobile phone.
► If you do not always have your phone with you during
your journey, we recommend switching off the handsfree set. In this way you will prevent the hands-free
set from switching itself on and off due to vehicle
movements, and prevent the internal battery of the
hands-free set from discharging.
♦ Switch the hands-free set on. The auto power function is
automatically switched on.
♦ Switch the hands-free set off. The auto power function is
automatically switched off.

Multipoint function
The multipoint function allows you to use the hands-free set
with two mobile phones simultaneously. This is useful for
users with a private and a business mobile phone.
♦ The pairing of additional mobile phones is carried out
in the same manner as described in the section Pairing
the hands-free set with a compatible mobile phone.
Start the pairing process for each phone with the
hands-free set switched off. The Bluetooth
must be switched off on all already paired devices.
NOTICE
► Alternatively, press the
button for 3 seconds
to deactivate the active connection. The hands-free set
does not need to be switched off for this and switches
directly to pairing mode.
If you have paired several mobile phones, the hands-free set
will now have several “known” devices available. This status
is a prerequisite for an active connection between the handsfree set and other mobile phones. A maximum of 8 mobile
phones can be saved as “known” devices. The number of
devices that can be actively linked to the hands-free set is
limited to two. As soon as one or two of the known devices
come into range of the hands-free set, the connection to
the devices is made automatically. In some cases, you must
confirm the connection manually on your mobile phones.
If a third “known” device comes into range of the hands-free
set, the connection to this device will remain blocked until
one of the two active connections is broken or one of the
two devices leaves the transmission range. If the connection
of one of the paired devices is broken, the link becomes free
for the third (waiting) device.
If two mobile phones are linked to the hands-free set, different ring tones are used for incoming calls.

The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of

If any material or production fault occurs within three years of
the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or
replace the product for you at our discretion. This warranty
service is dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will
either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new

The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The

Die Bluetooth® -Freisprechanlage SBTF 10 E5 ist ein Gerät
der Informationselektronik und ist für die Verwendung in Fahrzeugen mit einer Bordspannung von 12 - 24 V vorgesehen.
Das Gerät ist dafür vorgesehen, eine Freisprechverbindung
mit einem Mobiltelefon über eine Bluetooth
herzustellen, um auch während der Autofahrt telefonieren
zu können, ohne das Mobiltelefon in die Hand nehmen zu
müssen. Dieses Gerät darf nur zu privaten, und nicht zu
industriellen und kommerziellen Zwecken verwendet werden.

Beachten Sie für einen sicheren Umgang mit dem Produkt
die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise:
■ Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber
sowie von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen benutzt werden, wenn Sie beaufsichtigt
oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes
unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden
Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät
spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht
von Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.

■ Eine Reparatur des Gerätes während der Garantiezeit
darf nur von einem vom Hersteller autorisierten Kundendienst vorgenommen werden, sonst besteht bei nachfolgenden Schäden kein Garantieanspruch mehr.
■ Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen Original-Ersatzteile
ausgetauscht werden. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewährleistet, dass sie die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen.
■ Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenen
Flammen (z. B. Kerzen) und stellen Sie keine brennenden
Kerzen auf oder neben das Gerät. So helfen Sie Brände
zu vermeiden.
■ Setzen Sie das Gerät keinem Spritz- und/oder Tropf-
wasser aus und stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten
Gegenstände wie Vasen oder offene Getränke auf oder
neben das Gerät.
■ Setzen Sie das Gerät nie extremer Hitze oder hoher Luft-
feuchtigkeit aus. Dies gilt insbesondere für eine Lagerung
im Auto. Bei längeren Standzeiten und warmer Witterung
mit Sonneneinstrahlung entstehen hohe Temperaturen im
Innenraum und Handschuhfach. Entfernen Sie elektrische
und elektronische Geräte aus dem Fahrzeug.
■ Fassen Sie das Ladekabel immer am Stecker an und
ziehen Sie nicht am Ladekabel selbst.
■ Stellen Sie weder Möbelstücke oder andere schwere
Gegenstände auf das Ladekabel und achten Sie darauf,
dass dieses nicht geknickt wird.
■ Das Ladekabel muss so verlegt werden, dass es bei der
Bedienung des Fahrzeugs nicht behindert. Das Ladekabel
darf nicht im Auslösebereich des Airbags verlegt werden,
da es ansonsten beim Aufblasen der Airbags zu ernsthaften Verletzungen kommen kann.
■
GEFAHR! Das Gerät besitzt einen integrierten LithiumPolymer-Akku. Eine falsche Handhabung von Lithium-Polymer-Akkus kann zu Feuer, Explosionen, Auslaufen gefährlicher Stoffe oder anderen Gefahrensituationen führen!
Das Gerät darf nicht ins offene Feuer geworfen werden.

■ Bedienen Sie die Freisprechanlage nur in Situationen, in
denen es Ihnen die Verkehrslage erlaubt und Sie dabei
andere Verkehrsteilnehmer nicht gefährden, schädigen,
behindern oder belästigen. Daher sollten Sie die Bedienung der Freisprechanlage nur bei einem stehenden
Fahrzeug vornehmen.
■ Lassen Sie sich durch die Bedienung und Anzeigen der
Freisprechanlage nicht in Ihrer Aufmerksamkeit für den
Straßenverkehr ablenken! Machen Sie sich vor Fahrtantritt
mit der Bedienung vertraut und üben Sie den sicheren
Gebrauch der Freisprechanlage!
■ Platzieren Sie die Freisprechanlage in Ihrem Fahrzeug
immer so, dass Ihre Sicht nicht beeinträchtigt wird und
das Gerät nicht in einer Personenaufprallzone der
Fahrgastzelle oder im Entfaltungsbereich von Airbags
montiert ist. Lesen Sie hierzu die Gebrauchsanleitung des
Fahrzeugherstellers.
■ Platzieren Sie die Freisprechanlage in Ihrem Fahrzeug im-
mer so, dass diese Sie bei der Bedienung Ihres Fahrzeugs
nicht behindert, idealerweise an der Sonnenblende.
Hinweise zur Funkschnittstelle
■ Halten Sie das Gerät mindestens 20 cm von einem
Herzschrittmacher oder einem implantierten Defibrillator
fern, da sonst die ordnungsgemäßen Funktionen des
Herzschrittmachers oder des implantierten Defibrillators
durch Funkwellen beeinträchtigt werden können.
■ Die übertragenen Funkwellen können Störgeräusche in
Hörgeräten verursachen.
■ Bringen Sie das Gerät mit eingeschalteter Funkkompo-
nente nicht in die Nähe entflammbarer Gase oder in eine
explosionsgefährdete Umgebung (z. B. Lackiererei), da
die übertragenen Funkwellen eine Explosion oder Feuer
auslösen können.
■ Die Reichweite der Funkwellen ist abhängig von Umwelt-
und Umgebungsbedingungen.
■ Bei Datenverkehr über eine drahtlose Verbindung ist es
auch unberechtigten Dritten möglich, Daten zu empfangen.

Freisprechanlage aufladen
ACHTUNG
► Laden Sie die Freisprechanlage nur in trockenen Innen-
räumen oder Autoinnenräumen.
► Verwenden Sie ausschließlich das mitgelieferte Lade-
kabel
bzw. zusätzlich den KFZ-Ladeadapter
zum Laden der Freisprechanlage!
► Entfernen Sie unbedingt das Ladekabel
zusätzlich den KFZ-Ladeadapter nach Beendigung
des Ladevorgangs!
Vor der Nutzung des Gerätes muss der integrierte Akku
vollständig geladen werden.
♦ Verbinden Sie den Micro-USB-Stecker des Ladekabels
mit der Micro-USB-Ladebuchse der Freisprechanlage.
♦ Verbinden Sie den USB-Stecker des Ladekabels
der USB-Ladebuchse des KFZ-Ladeadapters .

Freisprechanlage mit einem kompatiblen
Mobiltelefon koppeln
Bevor Sie die Freisprechanlage verwenden können, müssen

Mobiltelefons den Eintrag SBTF 10 E5 aus, um die
beiden Geräte zu verbinden. Der Name der Freisprechanlage SBTF 10 E5 erscheint nun in der Liste der
verbundenen Geräte Ihres Mobiltelefons.
HINWEIS
► Sollten Sie während der Kopplung nach einer PIN
gefragt werden, geben Sie „0000“ ein.
► Wenn die Kopplung erfolgreich war, ertönt ein kurzer
Signalton.
♦ Die Freisprechanlage befindet sich nun im Standby-
Modus und die Taste

Auto-Power-Funktion
Die Auto-Power-Funktion ermöglicht es Ihnen, dass sich das
Gerät automatisch wieder einschaltet und mit einem bekannten Mobiltelefon verbindet, sobald der eingebaute Erschütterungssensor aktiviert wird. Wenn das Gerät die Verbindung
zu einem Mobiltelefon, z. B. aufgrund zu großer Entfernung,
verloren hat und diese für 10 Minuten nicht wiederherstellen kann, wechselt es in die Auto-Power-Funktion. Bei einer
Erschütterung, z. B. durch das Öffnen der Autotür, schaltet
sich das Gerät wieder ein und versucht sich für ca. 2 Minuten
automatisch mit bekannten Mobiltelefonen zu verbinden.
Befindet sich kein bekanntes Mobiltelefon in Reichweite,
wechselt das Gerät wieder in die Auto-Power-Funktion.

► Wenn Sie die Bluetooth
telefon deaktivieren, wechselt die Freisprechanlage
nach ca. 2 Minuten in die Auto-Power-Funktion.
► Je nach verwendetem Mobiltelefon, kann es jedoch sein,
dass die automatische Verbindung nicht hergestellt werden kann. Drücken Sie in diesem Fall einmal kurz die

, um die Verbindung wieder herzustellen.

dass sich die Freisprechanlage, aufgrund der Fahrzeugbewegung wiederholt ein- und ausschaltet und
sich der interne Akku der Freisprechanlage entlädt.
♦ Schalten Sie die Freisprechanlage ein. Die Auto-Power-
Funktion ist automatisch eingeschaltet.
♦ Schalten Sie die Freisprechanlage aus. Die Auto-Power-
Funktion ist automatisch ausgeschaltet.

Multipoint-Funktion
Die Multipoint-Funktion ermöglicht die gleichzeitige Nutzung
der Freisprechanlage mit zwei Mobiltelefonen. Das ist vorteilhaft für Benutzer mit einem privaten und einem beruflichen
Mobiltelefon.
♦ Die Kopplung von weiteren Mobiltelefonen mit der
Freisprechanlage funktioniert auf dieselbe Weise wie
im Kapitel „Freisprechanlage mit einem kompatiblen
Mobiltelefon koppeln“ beschrieben. Die Kopplung
beginnt für jedes neue Gerät bei ausgeschalteter
Freisprechanlage. Die Bluetooth
bereits gekoppelten Geräten deaktiviert sein.
HINWEIS
► Alternativ drücken Sie die Taste
den, um die aktive Kopplung zu deaktivieren. Die Freisprechanlage muss dabei nicht ausgeschaltet werden
und befindet sich direkt im Kopplungsmodus.
Sollten Sie noch mehrere Mobiltelefone gekoppelt haben,
verfügt die Freisprechanlage nun über mehrere „bekannte“
Geräte. Dieser Status ist Voraussetzung für eine aktive Verbindung zwischen Freisprechanlage und anderen Mobiltelefonen. Maximal 8 Mobiltelefone werden als „bekannte“
Geräte gespeichert. Die Anzahl der Geräte, die sich aktiv
mit der Freisprechanlage verbinden können ist auf zwei begrenzt. Sobald also ein oder zwei der bekannten Geräte in
der Nähe der Freisprechanlage kommen, wird automatisch
die Verbindung mit diesen Geräten hergestellt. In manchen
Fällen müssen Sie die Verbindungsherstellung an Ihren
Mobiltelefonen bestätigen.
Sollte noch ein drittes „bekanntes“ Gerät in die Nähe der
Freisprechanlage kommen, wird die Verbindung zu diesem
Gerät solange blockiert, bis eine der beiden aktiven Verbindungen unterbrochen wird, bzw. eines der beiden Geräte
den Sendebereich verlässt. Wenn sich eines der zwei aktiv
verbundenen Geräte entkoppelt hat, ist die Kopplung für das
dritte (wartende) Gerät möglich.
Wenn zwei Mobiltelefone mit der Freisprechanlage verbunden sind, werden bei eingehenden Anrufen unterschiedliche
Rufmelodien verwendet.

Anrufe verwalten
Wenn Sie zwei Mobiltelefone gleichzeitig mit der Freisprechanlage verbunden haben, können Sie während eines Gesprächs
dieses halten, einen Anruf am zweiten Mobiltelefon annehmen
und zwischen den beiden Telefonaten wechseln.
♦ Drücken Sie einmal kurz die Taste
des zweiten Mobiltelefons, während eines Gesprächs
mit dem ersten Mobiltelefon, anzunehmen. Das erste
Gespräch wird gehalten.
♦ Drücken Sie erneut einmal kurz die Taste
zwischen den beiden Anrufen zu wechseln. Wenn das
laufende Gespräch beendet wird, schaltet die Freisprechanlage automatisch zu dem zweiten laufenden Anruf um.

Automatische Rufannahme
