The LM135,LM235,LM335are precision temperature sensors which can be easilycalibrated. They
operate as a 2-terminalZener and the breakdown
voltageis directly proportionalto the absolute temperatureat 10mV/
pedance of less than 1Ω and operates within a
rangeof currentfrom 450µA to 5mAwithoutaltera-
tion of its characteristics. Calibrated at +25
LM135,LM235, LM335 have a typicalerrorof less
o
than 1
C over a 100oC temperaturerange. Unlike
other sensors,the LM135, LM235, LM335 have a
linearoutput.
