Introduction

Congratulations on the purchase of your new
appliance. You have chosen a high-quality product.
The operating instructions are part of this product.
They contain important information about safety,
usage and disposal. Before using the product, please
familiarise yourself with all of the operating and
safety instructions. Use the product only as de­scribed and for the range of applications specified.
Please also pass these operating instructions on to
any future owner.

Intended use

This compressed air impact wrench is suitable for
easy loosening and tightening of screw connections
during assembly or repair work and for undoing
bolts when changing wheels.

The appliance features right/left rotation and a
1/2" external square tool holder.

This appliance may only be operated with a
compressed air supply. The maximum permissible
operating pressure specified on the appliance must
not be exceeded.
Do not operate this appliance with gases which
are explosive, flammable or hazardous to health.
Do not use as a lever, a crushing tool or a hammering
tool.

Any other usage or modification of the appliance
is deemed to be improper and carries a significant
risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no
responsibility for damage(s) resulting from improper
usage. This appliance is intended for domestic use
only.

WARNING!

► The noise emission levels specified in these

instructions have been measured in accord­ance with the standardised measuring proce­dure specified in ISO 15744 and can be
used to make equipment comparisons. The
noise emission values vary in accordance
with the use of the compressed air tool and
may be higher than the values specified in
these instructions in some cases. It is easy to
underestimate the noise emission load if the
compressed air tool is used regularly in a
certain manner.

NOTE

► For an accurate estimate of the noise emission

load during a certain working period, the
times during which the appliance is switched
off or is running but not actually being used
must also be taken into consideration. This
can significantly reduce the noise emission
load over the total working period.

Keep all warnings and instructions for future
reference.

■ The user must evaluate the specific risks that

may arise due to different kinds of use.

■ Please ensure that you have read and understood

the safety instructions before fitting, operating,
repairing, servicing or replacing any accessories
and before working in the vicinity of the com­pressed air tool. Failure to do this can result in
serious bodily injury.

■ The compressed air tool should only be set up,

adjusted or used by adequately qualified and
trained operators.

■ The compressed air tool may not be modified.

Modifications can reduce the effectiveness of
the safety measures and increase the risks for
the operator.

■ Never use damaged compressed air tools.

Maintain compressed air tools with care. Check
regularly whether moving parts function correctly
and do not jam; check whether any parts are
broken or damaged to an extent that the com­pressed air tool will no longer operate correctly.
Check signs and labels for completeness and
readability. If damaged, have parts repaired or
replaced before using the tool. Many accidents
are caused by poorly maintained compressed
air tools.

■ This tool is not intended for use by persons (in-

cluding children) with limited physical, physiolog­ical or intellectual abilities or lack of experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised
by a person who is responsible for their safety,
or receive instructions from this person on how to
use the tool.

■ Do not allow children to play with the tool.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► Disconnect the compressed air supply before

carrying out maintenance work.

■ RISK OF EXPLOSION! Never use gasoline

or other flammable liquids to clean the com­pressed air tool! Sparks can ignite vapours
remaining in the compressed air tool and lead
to an explosion of the compressed air tool. Do
not operate the compressed air tool in explosive
atmospheres or environments with flammable
liquids, gases or dust. Do not work with any
materials that are or could become inflammable
or explosive.

■ Use the tool only in the fields of application for

which it was designed!

■ Do not force the power tool.

■ Never use hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide

or other gas in bottles as sources of energy for
this tool, as this can lead to an explosion and
consequently serious injuries.

■ Maintain and clean the tool on a regular basis

as specified (see Section "Maintenance and
cleaning").

■ Check the tool for any possible defects before

use. Ensure that the tool is in good working
condition before every use.

■ Remain alert at all times! Unexpected move-

ments of the tool can cause dangers.

■ Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and

balance at all times. This provides better
control over the compressed air tool in
unexpected situations.

■ Do not use the tool if its switch is defective.

Any tool that cannot be switched on or off is
dangerous and must be repaired.

■ Keep compressed air tools that are not being

used out of the reach of children. Do not allow
persons unfamiliar with the tool or these instruc­tions to operate the tool. Compressed air tools
are dangerous in the hands of inexperienced
users.

■ Treat the tool with care. Check whether moving

parts function correctly and do not jam; check
whether any parts are broken or damaged to
an extent that the tool will no longer operate
correctly. If damaged, have the tool repaired
before use. Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained tools.

■ Switch off the tool when not in use.

■ Use personal protective equipment. Always

wear eye protection. Wearing protective equip­ment such as a dust mask, non-slip safety shoes,
a helmet or hearing protection depending on
the type and use of the compressed air tool
reduces the risk of personal injuries.

■ Check all connections and supply lines. All

maintenance units, couplings and hoses must
correspond to the tool parameters in terms of
pressure and air flow. If the pressure is too low,
the function of the tool will be compromised
and if the pressure is too high, this can cause
property damage and personal injury.

■ Protect the hoses against kinking, constriction,

solvents and sharp edges. Keep hoses away
from heat, oil and rotating parts.

■ Ensure that the hose clamps are always tightened

firmly. Loose or damaged hose clamps can allow
air to escape in an uncontrolled manner.

■ Replace a damaged hose immediately. A de-

fective supply line can cause a compressed air
hose to thrash about and cause injuries.

■ If the power cable of this tool is damaged, it

must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
customer service department or by a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid hazards.

■ Do not use the tool if you are tired or under

the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
A moment of inattention when operating the
tool can result in serious injuries.

■ Do not inhale the exhaust air directly. Avoid

getting exhaust air in your eyes. The exhaust air
from the compressed air tool can contain water,
oil, metal particles or dirt from the compressor.
These can be hazardous to health.

WARNING!

► BE CAREFUL WHEN PUTTING DOWN THE

TOOL! Always put the tool down in such a
way that it does not lie on the trigger. Under
certain circumstances, this might cause an
accidental activation of the tool, which in turn
might lead to hazards.

■ Only suitable accessories may be used. These

can be purchased from the manufacturer.
Failure to use original accessories can result in
hazards.

■ Use only filtered and regulated compressed air.

Dust, corrosive vapours and/or moisture can
damage the motor of a compressed air tool.

■ The hose must be designed for min. 6.3 bar or

125 psi, corresponding to at least 150% of the
maximum pressure generated in the system.

■ The tool and the supply hose must be fitted with

a hose coupling that allows the pressure to be
relieved completely when the coupling hose is
disconnected.

■ DANGER! Avoid contact with live cables.

This tool is not insulated against electric shock.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► At high working pressures, kickback forces

can occur. Under certain circumstances these
can cause hazards due to continuous loads.

■ If you are inexperienced with the tool, seek

training in how to use it safely.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► RISK OF PUNCTURE WOUNDS! Do not

treat an injection wound as a simple cut.
A high-pressure jet can inject toxins into the
body and cause serious injuries. In the event
of injection into the skin, seek medical assis­tance immediately.

■ The compressed air tool must not be modified in

any way without the manufacturer's approval.

■ Use the compressed air tool only at the specified

pressure.

■ The compressed air tool must always be discon-

nected from the air supply after use and for as
long as it is not in use.

■ The compressed air tool must not be used if it is

not airtight or if it requires repair.

■ Never connect the compressed air tool using a

compressed air hose whose pressure exceeds

6.3 bar.

■ Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or

dark areas invite accidents.
This gives you better control of the tool in un­expected situations.

WARNING!

► Have your power tool serviced by qualified

trained personnel using only original spare
parts. This ensures that the safety of the tool is
maintained.

■ Keep children and other persons away from the

tool during operation. Distractions can cause
you to lose control of the tool.

■ Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves
away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewel­lery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.

■ Put the trigger and the tool away in the event of

an unexpected compressor failure.

■ Wherever possible, use a condensate separator

or drain the condensate (water) from the hoses
and tubing regularly before and during the use
of the compressed air tools.

■ CAUTION! An undersized compressed air

system will reduce the efficiency of your tool.

■ Please ensure that you have read and under-

stood the safety instructions regarding multiple
hazards before installation, operation, repair,
service and replacement of any accessories
and before working in the vicinity of the auto­matic screwdriver. Otherwise, there is a risk of
serious physical injuries.

■ The automatic screwdriver should only be fitted,

adjusted or used by qualified and trained
operators.

■ The automatic screwdriver may not be modified.

Modifications can reduce the effectiveness of
the safety measures and increase the risks for
the operator.

■ Do not lose the safety instructions – hand them

to the operator.

■ Never use a damaged power screwdriver.

■ The machines must be serviced regularly to

check whether the rated values and labels
required in the relevant part of ISO 11148 are
marked on the machine in a legible manner.
The employee/user must contact the manufac­turer to obtain replacement labels if necessary.

Hazards caused by flying parts

■ If a workpiece or one of the accessory parts or

even the machine tool itself breaks, parts can
be flung out at high speed.

■ Always wear impact-resistant safety goggles

during operation, when replacing accessory
parts or during repair or maintenance work.
The level of the required protection must be
evaluated separately for each individual task.

■ You must ensure that the workpiece has been

securely fixed in place.

■ Check regularly that the rotation speed of the

compressed air tool is not higher than the spec­ified rotation speed marked on the compressed
air tool. These rotation speed tests must be con­ducted without any accessory tools attached.

■ Ensure that sparks and fragments created during

work do not constitute a hazard.

■ Disconnect the compressed air tool from the

compressed air supply before replacing an
attachment or accessory, and before adjusting
a setting, servicing the tool or cleaning the tool.

■ Ensure that other people are not put at risk.

Hazards caused by entanglement

■ Hazards caused by entanglement may result

in suffocation, scalping and/or cuts if loose
clothing, personal jewellery, necklaces, hair or
gloves are not kept away from the machine and
its accessories.

■ Gloves can become caught in the rotating drive,

which can lead to injuries or fractures of the
fingers.

■ Rubber or metal-reinforced gloves can easily

become entangled in rotating drive fittings and
extensions.

■ Never wear loose-fitting gloves or gloves with

cut-off or worn-out fingers.

■ Never hold onto the drive, the fitting or the drive

extension.

■ Keep your hands away from the rotating drive.

■ Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away
from the compressed air tool and moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be
caught in moving parts. There is a risk of per­sonal injury.

Hazards during operation

■ When using the machine, the operator's hands

may be exposed to risks such as crushing, im­pacts, cutting, abrasion and heat. Wear suitable
gloves to protect your hands.

■ The operator and the maintenance personnel

must be physically capable of handling the size,
weight and power of the machine.

■ Hold the machine correctly: be ready to coun-

teract any normal or sudden movements –
keep both hands ready.

■ Ensure that your body is balanced and that you

have a firm footing.

■ Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

■ Prevent unintentional starting. If the air supply is

interrupted, switch off the compressed air tool
using the on/off switch.

■ In cases where aids are needed to absorb the

reaction torque, we recommend using a suspen­sion unit wherever possible. If this is not possible,
side handles for machines with a straight grip
and machines with a pistol grip are recommend­ed. We recommend always using aids to ab­sorb the torque if it is higher than 4 Nm on
machines with straight grips, higher than
10 Nm on machines with a pistol grip, and
higher than 60 Nm on offset screwdrivers.

■ Release the start/stop control in the event of

an disruption to the electricity supply.

■ Use only the lubricants recommended by the

manufacturer.

■ Fingers can be crushed in nut wrenches with an

open pan head.

■ Keep your hands away from the rotating collet

chuck and the rotating drill.

■ Do not use the tool in confined spaces and

ensure that your hands are not crushed between
the machine and the work piece, especially
when removing screws.

Hazards caused by repetitive
movements

■ Users of an automatic screwdriver may experi-

ence unpleasant sensations in their hands, arms,
shoulders, neck area or other body parts while
working with the tools.

■ Assume a comfortable position when working

with this machine, ensure that you have a firm
footing and avoid unfavourable positions or
positions in which it is difficult to keep your
balance. When working for longer periods, the
operator should change posture regularly, to
prevent discomfort and fatigue.

■ If the operator notices symptoms such as persis-

tent discomfort, throbbing, pain, tingling, burn­ing or stiffness, these warning indications should
not be ignored. The operator should consult a
qualified medical doctor.

Hazards caused by accessories

■ Disconnect the machine from the energy supply

before changing the machine tool or accessory.

■ Do not touch fittings or accessories during the

impact process because this can increase the
risk of cuts, burns or vibration injuries.

■ Use only accessories and supplies of the sizes

and types recommended by the manufacturer
of machines for screw connections; do not use
any other types or sizes of accessories or con­sumable materials.

■ Use only impact fittings that are in good working

order, as any defects in the handles and
accessories can cause these to break and be
flung out when used with impact wrenches.

Hazards in the workplace

■ Slipping, tripping up and falling are the main

causes of injuries in the workplace. Pay atten­tion to surfaces that may have become slippery
from the use of the machine and also be aware
of tripping hazards caused by air hoses or
hydraulic hoses.

■ Proceed with caution in unknown surroundings.

Concealed hazards caused by power or other
supply lines may be present.

■ This compressed air tool is not intended for use

in explosive atmospheres and is not insulated
against contact with electrical power sources.

■ Ensure that there are no electric cables, gas

pipes, etc. that could cause a hazard if dam­aged by using the machine.

Hazards caused by dust and vapours

■ The dust and vapours that are produced by

using a machine for screw connections can be
hazardous to health (e.g. cause cancer, birth
defects, asthma and/or dermatitis). It is essen­tial to carry out a risk assessment with regard to
these risks and implement appropriate regulato­ry mechanisms.

■ The risk assessment should include the dust

caused by using the machine and any existing
dust that may be raised at the same time.

■ The exhaust air should be extracted so that the

raising of dust in already dusty environments is
kept to a minimum.

■ If dusts or vapours are created, the main priority

must be to control these at the site of their release.

■ All machine components or accessories intended

for collecting, extracting or suppressing airborne
dust or vapours should be used and serviced
properly in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.

■ Use a dust mask as per the instructions provided

by your employer or as required by health and
safety regulations.

Hazards caused by noise

■ Excessive noise levels in conjunction with insuffi-

cient hearing protection may lead to permanent
hearing damage, loss of hearing and other
problems, such as tinnitus (ringing, buzzing,
whistling or humming in your ears). It is essential
to carry out a risk assessment with regard to
these hazards and implement suitable control
mechanisms.

■ Suitable control mechanisms include measures

such as the use of insulating materials to prevent
ringing noise from occurring on the workpieces.

■ Use hearing protection in accordance with the

instructions provided by your employer and as
required by health and safety regulations.

■ The automatic screwdriver must be operated

and maintained in accordance with the recom­mendations contained in this manual in order to
reduce any unnecessary increase of the noise
levels.

■ The consumables and the machine tool should

be selected, maintained and replaced in ac­cordance with the recommendations in these
instructions in order to avoid any unnecessary
increase of the noise levels.

■ The compressed air tool must be operated and

maintained in accordance with the recommen­dations contained in these instructions in order
to reduce any unnecessary increase of the noise
levels.

Hazards caused by vibrations

■ Vibrations can damage the nerves and adversely

affect the blood circulation in the hands and
arms.

■ Keep your hands away from the fittings of the

nut wrenches.

■ Wear warm clothing when working in a cold

environment and keep your hands warm and
dry.

■ If you notice that the skin of your fingers or

hands is becoming numb, tingles, hurts or
shows white discolouration, stop working with
the machine and consult a doctor.

■ The automatic screwdriver must to be operated

and maintained in accordance with the recom­mendations contained in this manual to reduce
any unnecessary vibration increase.

■ Do not use worn-out or poorly matching fittings

and extensions, as there is a high probability that
this will lead to a significant vibration increase.

■ Consumables and the machine tool should be

selected, maintained and replaced in accord­ance with the recommendations in this guide
in order to avoid an unnecessary vibration
increase.

■ Sleeve fittings should be used if possible.

■ Use a stand, clamp or balancing unit to support

the weight of the machine wherever possible.

■ Hold the machine securely but not too firmly

while maintaining the necessary hand-reaction
force, as the vibration risk generally increases the
harder the machine is held.

■ An inadequately mounted or damaged acces-

sory tool can lead to excessive vibrations.

Additional safety instructions for
pneumatic machines

■ Compressed air can cause serious injuries:

–When the machine is not in use, the air

supply must always be shut off and the air
hose depressurised. The machine must be
disconnected from the compressed air supply
before replacing accessories or when carry­ing out repair work.

–Never aim the airflow at yourself or anyone

else.

■ Thrashing hoses can cause serious injury.

You should therefore always check whether the
hoses and their fixings are undamaged and
have not come loose.

■ Cold air must be directed away from the hands.

■ Do not use quick-lock couplings on the tool inlet

for impact and impulse drills. For hose connec­tions with a thread, always only use those made
of tempered steel (or a material with compara­ble impact resistance).

■ If universal rotary joints (claw couplings) are

used, locking pins must be inserted and Whip­check hose restraints must be used to provide
protection in the event of failure of the con­nection between the hose and the machine or
between one hose and another.

■ Ensure that the maximum permissible pressure

specified on the machine is not exceeded.

■ For torque-controlled machines with continuous

rotation, the air pressure has safety-related
effects on performance. Requirements for the
length and diameter of the hose must therefore
be defined.

■ Never carry pneumatic machines by the hose.

Additional safety information

■ If applicable, observe special work safety or

accident prevention regulations for the handling
of compressors and compressed air tools.

■ Ensure that the maximum permissible working

pressure specified in the technical data is not
exceeded.

■ Do not overload this tool – use this tool only

within the capacity range specified in the
Technical Data.

■ Use safe lubricants. Ensure that the work area is

sufficiently ventilated. In the event of increased
discharge: Check the compressed air tool and
have it repaired if necessary.

■ Do not use this tool if you are distracted.

Be alert, watch what you are doing and use
common sense when operating a compressed
air tool. Do not use tools if you feel tired or are
under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medi­cation. A moment of inattention when operating
the tool can result in serious personal injuries.

■ Keep work area clean and well lit.

■ Keep compressed air tools out of the reach

of children.

Before use

NOTE

► The compressed air tool may only be operat-

ed using cleaned, oil-atomised compressed
air, and the maximum operating pressure of

6.3 bar must not be exceeded on the tool.
The compressor must be fitted with a pressure
reducer to regulate the working pressure.

► Wrap Teflon tape around all threaded

connections (not supplied).

Lubrication

WARNING!

► Find out about any health hazards posed by the

oil you are using by reading the safety data
sheet provided by the respective manufacturer.

► Avoid eye and skin contact with lubricants.

NOTE

► Regular lubrication is particularly important to

avoid friction and corrosion damage.
We recommend using a suitable special oil
for compressed air tools (e.g. Liqui Moly
compressor oil).

♦ First screw the 1/4" threaded nipple t onto

the 1/4" internal thread connection r of the
mini compressed air oiler 8.

♦ Then fill half of the mini compressed air oiler 8

with special compressed air oil. To do this, undo
the Phillips screw of the oil filler opening e
attached to the mini compressed air oiler 8.
Use the supplied oil bottle 0 to drip oil into the
oil filler opening.

NOTE

► As a treatment stage downstream of the

pressure reducer, a mist oiler lubricates the
compressed air unit continuously and optimally.
A mist oiler adds fine drops of oil to the air
flowing through the tool and therefore
guarantees regular lubrication.

♦ Now screw the 1/4" threaded connection w of

the mini compressed air oiler 8 into the 1/4"
internal thread connection q of the impact
wrench.

Connecting to a compressed air
source

NOTE

► Before connecting the compressed air source

–the correct working pressure (6.3 bar) must

be fully reached, and

–you must ensure that the trigger is in the

uppermost position.

► The optimum pressure is 6.3 bar. The maxi-

mum torque cannot be achieved with a pres­sure of only 5 bar or an insufficient air volume.

► Use only connecting hoses with an internal

diameter of at least 9 mm.

► The connection to the compressed air source

is made using a flexible compressed air hose
with a quick coupler.

♦ Now press the quick coupling of the compressed

air hose (not supplied) onto the compressed air
connector z. The connection locks automati­cally.

♦ Now connect the other end of the compressed

air hose to the (filter) pressure reducer on the
compressor.

CAUTION!

► Ensure that the compressed air hose is firmly

attached. A loose hose can thrash about
uncontrollably, causing serious danger. Like­wise, ensure that the two screw connections
between the coupling piece and the tool are
firmly seated.

♦ The compressed air source must be equipped

with a pressure reducer so that you can regu­late the air pressure.

♦ Push one of the supplied sockets 6 and/or the

extension attachment 7 onto the square socket
bit holder 1.

♦ When you have finished working, disconnect

the tool from the compressed air source.

♦ Press the torque control 4 and set the desired

torque range by turning it. Click the desired
level into place at the ◄ marker.

► The rotation direction switch 2 may only be

used/adjusted when the tool is at a standstill.

direction "F" (Fasten) to set the clockwise rotation
mode. You can use this mode to tighten nuts, for
example.

♦ Press the rotation direction switch 2 in the

direction "R" (Release) to set the anticlockwise
rotation mode. You can use this mode to un­fasten nuts, for example.

Maintenance and cleaning

► Before carrying out maintenance, clean off

any hazardous substances that may (due to
working processes) have accumulated on
the tool. Avoid all skin contact with these
substances. If the skin comes into contact
with hazardous dusts, this can lead to severe
dermatitis. If dust is produced or swirled up
during maintenance, it can be inhaled.

NOTE

► To ensure correct functioning and long-term

durability of the tool, pay attention to the
following points:

■ Sufficient and continuous oil lubrication is highly

important for optimum functionality.

■ Check the speed and vibration levels after each

use.

■ If the tool is exhibiting excessive vibration levels,

the cause of the vibrations must be identified
and dealt with.

■ Use only the genuine replacement parts

recommended by the manufacturer, otherwise
you could put users at risk. In doubt, contact the

you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your

warranty described below.

Warranty conditions

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase.
Please keep your receipt in a safe place. This will
be required as proof of purchase.

If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within
three years of the date of purchase of the product,
we will either repair or replace the product for you
or refund the purchase price (at our discretion).
This warranty service requires that you present the
defective appliance and the proof of purchase (re­ceipt) within the three-year warranty period, along
with a brief written description of the fault and of
when it occurred.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your prod­uct will either be repaired or replaced by us. The
repair or replacement of a product does not signify
the beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for

Uvod

Čestitamo na kupnji vašeg novog uređaja. Time
ste se odlučili za vrlo kvalitetan proizvod. Upute
za uporabu dio su opreme ovog proizvoda. One
sadrže važne napomene za sigurnost, rukovanje i
zbrinjavanje. Prije uporabe proizvoda upoznajte se
sa svim napomenama za rukovanje i svim sigurno­snim napomenama. Proizvod koristite isključivo na
opisani način i u navedenim područjima uporabe.
U slučaju predaje proizvoda trećim osobama
predajte i svu dokumentaciju.

Namjenska uporaba

Ovaj pneumatski udarni odvijač prikladan je za
jednostavno otpuštanje i zavrtanje vijčanih spojeva
tijekom montaže ili popravaka te za otpuštanje
vijaka prilikom promjene kotača.

Uređaj ima desni/lijevi hod i 1/2“ vanjski četvero­kutni prihvatnik za alat.

Ovaj uređaj smije se pogoniti samo komprimiranim
zrakom. Maksimalni radni tlak naveden na uređaju
ne smije se prekoračiti.
Ovaj uređaj ne smije biti pogonjen eksplozivnim
ili zapaljivim plinovima ili plinovima štetnim za
zdravlje.
Ne koristite uređaj kao polugu ili alat za lomljenje
ili udaranje.

Sačuvajte sve sigurnosne napomene i upute

■ Korisnik mora ocijeniti specifične rizike, do kojih

može doći bilo kakvim korištenjem uređaja.

■ Sigurnosne napomene treba pročitati i razumjeti

prije podešavanja, rada, popravaka, održavanja
i zamjene dijelova, kao i prije izvođenja radova
u blizini uređaja s pogonom na komprimirani
zrak. Ako to nije slučaj, može doći do teških
tjelesnih ozljeda.

■ Uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak smiju

namještati, podešavati i koristiti isključivo osobe
koje su na odgovarajući način kvalificirane ili
školovane.

■ Na alatu s pogonom na komprimirani zrak ne

smiju se obavljati izmjene. Izmjene mogu smanjiti
djelotvornost sigurnosnih mjera i povećati rizike
za osobe koje rukuju uređajem.

■ Nikada ne koristite oštećene uređaje s pogonom

na komprimirani zrak. Pažljivo održavajte uređa­je s pogonom na komprimirani zrak. Redovno
kontrolirajte, rade li svi pokretni dijelovi uređaja
besprijekorno i da slučajno nisu zaglavljeni.
Provjerite da dijelovi uređaja eventualno nisu
odlomljeni ili da dijelovi nisu do te mjere oštećeni
da ometaju rad alata s pogonom na komprimi­rani zrak. Provjerite cjelovitost i čitkost pločica i
napisa. Prije uporabe uređaja oštećene dijelove
dajte popraviti ili zamijeniti. Mnoge nesreće
uzrokovane su loše održavanim uređajima s
pogonom na komprimirani zrak.

■ Ovaj uređaj nije namijenjen da ga koriste osobe

(uključujući djecu) s ograničenim fizičkim, osjetil­nim ili duševnim sposobnostima ili s pomanjka­njem iskustva i/ili znanja, osim ako su pod nad­zorom osobe zadužene za njihovu sigurnost ili

Pare zaostale u uređaju s pogonom na kompri­mirani zrak mogu se zapaliti uslijed iskrenja i
dovesti do eksplozije uređaja s pogonom na
komprimirani zrak. Uređajem ne radite u eksplo­zivnom okruženju u kojem se nalaze zapaljive
tekućine, plinovi ili prašina. Ne obrađujte lako
zapaljive ili eksplozivne materijale, ili materijale
koji bi to mogli biti.

■ Uređaj koristite isključivo u područjima primjene

za koje je koncipiran!

■ Ne preopterećujte uređaj.

■ Nikada ne koristite vodik, kisik ili ugljični dioksid

ili druge plinove u bocama kao izvor energije
za ovaj alat, jer to može uzrokovati eksploziju i
teške ozljede.

■ Redovito održavajte i čistite uređaj na propisani

način (vidi poglavlje „Čišćenje i održavanje“).

■ Prije korištenja uređaja obavezno provjerite da

nije oštećen. Prije svakog korištenja osigurajte
da je uređaj u besprijekornom stanju.

■ Uvijek budite pažljivi! Neočekivani pokreti

uređaja mogu uzrokovati opasnosti.

■ Izbjegavajte neprirodan položaj tijela. Pobrinite

se da čvrsto stojite i održavajte ravnotežu u
svakom trenutku. Na taj ćete način moći bolje
kontrolirati uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani
zrak u neočekivanim situacijama.

■ Ne koristite uređaje s oštećenim prekidačima.

Uređaj koji ne možete uključiti i isključiti opasan
je i treba ga popraviti.

■ Uređaj koji ne koristite čuvajte izvan dohvata

djece. Osobama koje nisu upoznate s načinom
rada uređaja ili nisu pročitale upute nemojte
dozvoliti da koriste uređaj. Uređaji s pogonom
na komprimirani zrak opasni su ako njima rukuju
osobe bez iskustva.

■ Uređaj pažljivo održavajte. Provjerite rade li

svi pokretni dijelovi uređaja besprijekorno i da
slučajno nisu zaglavljeni. Provjerite da dijelovi
uređaja eventualno nisu odlomljeni ili da dijelovi
nisu do te mjere oštećeni, da ometaju rad ure­đaja. Prije uporabe uređaja oštećene dijelove
dajte popraviti. Mnoge nesreće uzrokovane su
loše održavanim uređajima.

■ Isključite uređaj kada ga više ne koristite.

■ Nosite osobnu zaštitnu opremu i uvijek nosite

zaštitne naočale. Nošenje osobne zaštitne opre­me kao što je maska protiv prašine, nošenje sigur­nosnih cipela s potplatima koji ne klize, zaštitnih
rukavica, zaštitne kacige ili zaštite za sluh – ovi­sno o vrsti i namjeni uređaja s pogonom na kom­primirani zrak – umanjuje rizik od ozljeda.

■ Provjerite sve priključke i opskrbne vodove. Sve

jedinice za održavanje, sve spojke i sva crijeva
moraju odgovarati označenim vrijednostima
tlaka i količine zraka navedenima na uređaju.
Premali tlak ometa rad uređaja, previsok tlak
može dovesti do oštećenja i ozljeda.

■ Zaštitite crijeva od presavijanja, nagnječenja,

otapala i oštrih bridova. Crijeva držite podalje
od izvora topline, ulja i rotirajućih dijelova.

■ Pazite da su crijevne obujmice uvijek čvrsto

zategnute. Crijevne obumice koje nisu čvrsto
zategnute ili koje su oštećene mogu uzrokovati
nekontrolirano ispuštanje zraka.

■ Oštećeno crijevo odmah zamijenite. Oštećeni

opskrbni vod može uzrokovati nekontrolirano
kretanje i udaranje crijeva za komprimirani
zrak i uzrokovati ozljede.

■ Ako dođe do oštećenja priključnog voda ovoga

uređaja, isti mora zamijeniti proizvođač, servis
za kupce ili slična kvalificirana osoba, kako bi
se izbjegle opasnosti.

■ Uređaj ne koristite ako ste umorni ili pod utjeca-

jem droga, alkohola ili lijekova. Samo jedan
trenutak nepažnje tijekom uporabe uređaja
može uzrokovati ozbiljne ozljede.

■ Ne udišite ispušni zrak. Izbjegavajte ulazak

ispušog zraka u oči. Zrak koji izlazi iz uređaja s
pogonom na komprimirani zrak može sadržavati
vodu, ulje, metala čestice ili nečistoće iz kom­presora. To može štetno djelovati na zdravlje.

UPOZORENJE!

► BUDITE PAŽLJIVI PRILIKOM ODLAGANJA

UREĐAJA! Uređaj odložite uvijek tako, da ne
legne na polugu za aktivaciju. Pod određenim

■ Smije se koristiti isključivo prikladna oprema. Ista

se može nabaviti kod proizvođača. Drugačija
oprema osim originalne opreme može uzrokovati
opasnosti.

■ Koristite samo filtriran i reguliran komprimirani

zrak. Prašina, agresivne pare i/ili vlaga mogu
oštetiti motor alata s pogonom na komprimirani
zrak.

■ Crijevo mora biti koncipirano za tlak od najmanje

6,3 bara ili 125 psi, u svakom slučaju najmanje
za 150% maksimalnog tlaka generiranog u
sustavu.

■ Alat i opskrbno crijevo moraju biti opremljeni

spojkom za crijevo, tako da tlak prilikom
odvajanja crijeva spojke potpuno nestane.

■ OPASNOST! Izbjegavajte kontakt s vodom

pod naponom. Ovaj uređaj nije izoliran protiv
strujnog udara.

na komprimirani zrak ne smije se mijenjati ni na
koji način.

■ Uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak koristite

samo s propisanim tlakom.

■ Uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak morate

nakon korištenja i za vrijeme nekorištenja uvijek
odvojiti od dovoda zraka.

■ Ako uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak

nije zrakonepropustan ili ako ga treba popraviti,
ne smije se koristiti.

■ Uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak nikada

ne spajajte na crijevo za komprimirani zrak,
čiji tlak prekoračuje 6,3 bara.

■ Radno područje držite čistim i dobro osvijetlje-

nim. Neuredno i neosvijetljeno radno mjesto
može uzrokovati nezgode. Na taj ćete način
moći bolje kontrolirati uređaj posebno u neoče­kivanim situacijama.

UPOZORENJE!

► Uređaj smije popravljati isključivo kvalificira-

no stručno osoblje uz korištenje originalnih
rezervnih dijelova. Na taj se način osigurava
održanje sigurnosti uređaja.

■ Djecu i druge osobe držite podalje tijekom

korištenja uređaja. U slučaju nepažnje možete
izgubiti kontrolu nad uređajem.

■ Nosite prikladnu odjeću. Ne nosite široku odjeću

ili nakit. Kosu, odjeću i rukavice držite podalje
od pokretnih dijelova. Pokretni dijelovi mogu
zahvatiti ležernu, široku odjeću, nakit ili kosu.

■ Aktivacijsku polugu i uređaj odložite u slučaju

neočekivanog prestanka rada kompresora.

■ Po mogućnosti koristite separator kondenzata

ili redovito praznite kondenzat (vodu) iz crijeva
i cjevovoda prije i tijekom korištenja uređaja
s pogonom na komprimirani zrak.

■ POZOR! Nedovoljno dimenzionirani sustav

komprimiranog zraka može umanjiti učinkovitost
Vašeg uređaja.

■ Za višestruke opasnosti morate pročitati i razu-

mjeti sigurnosne napomene prije podešavanja,
rada, popravaka, održavanja i zamjene dijelo­va, kao i prije izvođenja radova u blizini stroja
za vijčane spojeve. U protivnom može doći do
teških tjelesnih ozljeda.

■ Stroj za vijčane spojeve smiju namještati, pode-

šavati i koristiti isključivo osobe koje su na odgo­varajući način kvalificirane ili školovane.

■ Zabranjeno je obavljanje izmjena na stroju za

vijčane spojeve. Izmjene mogu smanjiti djelo­tvornost sigurnosnih mjera i povećati rizike za
osobe koje rukuju uređajem.

■ Sigurnosne napomene se ne smiju izgubiti –

dajte ih osobi koja rukuje uređajem.

■ Nikada ne koristite oštećeni stroj za vijčane

spojeve.

■ Strojevi se moraju redovito održavati kako biste

provjerili jesu li zadane vrijednosti i oznake koje
zahtjeva odgovarajući dio norme ISO 11148
čitljivo označeni na stroju. Zaposlenik/korisnik
mora kontaktirati proizvođača, kako bi u slučaju
potrebe dobio zamjenske naljepnice za ozna­čavanje.

Opasnosti uslijed izbačenih dijelova

■ U slučaju loma izratka ili dijelova opreme ili čak

samoga alata, može doći do izbacivanja dijelova
velikom brzinom.

■ Prilikom rada, zamjene dijelova opreme ili radova

održavanja uvijek morate nositi štitnik za oči
otporan na udarce. Stupanj potrebne zaštite
treba ocijeniti pojedinačno za svaku pojedinu
primjenu.

■ Osigurajte sigurno učvršćenje izratka.

■ Redovito morate provjeravati da broj okretaja

uređaja s pogonom na komprimirani zrak nije
veći od broja okretaja navedenog na alatu.
Ove provjere broja okretaja treba obaviti bez
umetnutog alata.

Opasnosti uslijed zahvaćanja/
namatanja

■ Opasnosti uslijed zahvaćanja/namatanja mogu

dovesti do gušenja, skalpiranja i/ili posjekotina,
ako široku odjeću, osobni nakit, lančiće, kosu ili
rukavice ne držite podalje od stroja i dijelova
opreme.

■ Rukavice se mogu zahvatiti u rotirajućem pogonu,

što može dovesti do ozljede i lomljenja prstiju.

■ Kod rotirajućih pogona ili produžetaka vrlo lako

može doći do zahvaćanja/namatanja gumira­nih ili metalom ojačanih rukavica.

■ Ne nosite labave rukavice ili rukavice s odreza-

nim ili istrošenim dijelovima za prste.

■ Nikada ne držite pogon, okvir ili produžetak

pogona.

■ Ruke držite podalje od rotirajućeg pogona.

■ Nosite prikladnu odjeću. Ne nosite široku odje-

ću ili nakit. Kosu, odjeću i rukavice držite poda­lje od alata za komprimirani zrak i od pokretnih
dijelova. Pokretni dijelovi mogu zahvatiti ležer­nu, široku odjeću, nakit ili kosu. Postoji opasnost
od ozljeda.

Opasnosti prilikom rada

■ Prilikom rada stroja ruke osobe koja poslužuje

stroj mogu biti izložene opasnostima uslijed
gnječenja, udaraca, porezotina, abrazije i topli­ne. Nosite prikladne rukavice za zaštitu ruku.

■ Osoba koja rukuje uređajem i osoblje koje

održava uređaj moraju fizički biti u stanju
rukovati veličinom, težinom i snagom stroja.

■ Stroj držite ispravno: Budite spremni amortizirati

uobičajene ili nagle pokrete – obje ruke držite
u pripravnosti.

■ Obratite pozornost na održavanje ravnoteže

tijela i na siguran oslonac.

■ Pobrinite se da čvrsto stojite i održavajte ravno-

težu u svakom trenutku.

■ Izbjegavajte nehotično uključivanje uređaja.

U slučaju prekida snabdijevanja zrakom isključite
uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak pomoću
prekidača za uključivanje/isključivanje.

■ U slučajevima, u kojima su potrebna pomoćna

sredstva za prihvat reakcijskog okretnog mo­menta, preporučuje se po mogućnosti koristiti
uređaj za vješanje. Ako to nije moguće, prepo­ručuju se bočne ručke za strojeve s ravnim ruko­hvatom i strojevi s ručkom u obliku pištolja.
U svakom se slučaju preporučuje korištenje
pomoćnih sredstava za prihvat reakcijskog
okretnog momenta, ako je veći od 4 Nm kod
strojeva s ravnom ručkom, veći od 10 Nm kod
strojeva s ručkom u obliku pištolja i veći od
60 Nm kod kutnih odvijača.

■ Otpustite kontrolu za pokretanje ili isključivanje

u slučaju prekida napajanja.

■ Koristite isključivo maziva koja preporučuje

proizvođač.

■ Prsti se mogu nagnječiti u odvijačima s otvore-

nom upuštenom glavom.

■ Obje ruke držite dalje od rotirajuće zatezne

čeljusti i od rotirajućeg svrdla.

■ Alat ne koristite u uskim prostorijama i pazite

da ne prignječite ruke između stroja i izratka,
posebno prilikom odvijanja.

Opasnosti zbog ponavljanja pokreta

■ Prilikom korištenja stroja za vijčane spojeve kori-

snik može prilikom izvođenja pokreta tijekom
rada osjetiti nelagodu u šakama, rukama, rame­nima, području vrata ili drugim dijelovima tijela.

■ Za rad s ovim strojem zauzmite komotan polo-

žaj, obratite pozornost na to da čvrsto stojite i
izbjegavajte nepovoljne položaje ili položaje u
kojima je teško održati ravnotežu. Korisnik tije­kom dugotrajniih radova treba mijenjati položaj
tijela, što može pomoći u izbjegavanju nelago­de i zamora.

■ Ako osoba koja rukuje uređajem primijeti poja-

vu simptoma kao što su dugotrajni loš osjećaj,
tegobe, lupanje, bolovi, žarenje ili ukočenost,
takvi upozoravajući simptomi ne smiju se ignori­rati. Korisnik treba zatražiti savjet kvalificiranog
liječnika.

Opasnosti zbog dijelova opreme

■ Stroj odvojite od napajanja energijom prije

zamjene alata stroja ili dijela opreme.

■ Ne dirajte okvire ili dijelove opreme tijekom

udara jer to može povećati opasnost uslijed
porezotina, opeklina ili ozljeda uvjetovanih
vibracijama.

■ Koristite isključivo dijelove pribora i potrošni

materijal veličine i tipa koji preporučuje proizvo­đač stroja za vijčane spojeve; ne koristite druge
tipove niti veličine dijelova opreme i potrošnog
materijala.

■ Koristite samo držače u dobrom radnom stanju,

jer se manjkavi ručni držači i dijelovi opreme
tijekom uporabe s udarnim odvijačima mogu
slomiti i izbaciti velikom brzinom.

Opasnosti na radnom mjestu

■ Proklizavanje, spoticanje i padovi glavni su

uzroci ozljeda na radnom mjestu. Obratite
pozornost na površine koje su uslijed uporabe
stroja možda postale klizave, i na opasnosti od
spoticanja preko crijeva za zrak ili hidrauličkog
crijeva.

■ U nepoznatim okruženjima postupajte pažljivo.

Mogu postojati skrivene opasnosti u obliku
strujnih kabela i drugih opskrbnih vodova.

■ Ovaj uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak

nije namijenjen za uporabu u okruženjima u
kojima postoji opasnost od eksplozije. Uređaj
nije izoliran za slučaj kontakta s izvorima elek­trične struje.

■ Osigurajte da nema električnih vodova, plinskih

cjevovoda itd., koji bi u slučaju oštećenja mogli
dovesti do opasnosti uslijed rada stroja.

Opasnosti uslijed prašine
i ispara vanja

■ Prašina i isparavanja koja nastaju radom stroja

za vijčane spojeve, mogu uzrokovati zdravstve­ne tegove (kao npr. rak, tjelesne mane prilikom
rođenja, astma i/ili dermatitis); obavezno oba­viti procjenu rizika za ove opasnosti i
provesti odgovarajuće regulativne mjere.

■ U procjenu rizika treba uključiti i prašinu koja

nastaje uslijed rada stroja, kao i prašinu koja
se tom prilikom eventualno podiže.

■ Odvod zraka treba biti obavljen tako da podi-

zanje prašine u okruženjima s prisustvom prašine
bude svedeno na najmanju moguću mjeru.

■ Ako dolazi do nastanka prašine ili isparavanja,

glavni zadatak mora biti njihova kontrola na
mjestu njihovog oslobađanja.

■ Svi ugradbeni dijelovi stroja i svi dijelovi opreme

predviđeni za prihvat, usisavanje ili sprečavanje
nastanka prašine ili isparavanja trebaju se ured­no koristiti i održavati u skladu s uputama proi­zvođača.

■ Koristite opremu za zaštitu dišnih putova u skla-

du s napucima Vašeg poslodavca ili sukladno
propisima za zaštitu na radu i zaštitu zdravlja.

Opasnosti uslijed buke

■ Djelovanje visoke razine buke u slučaju nedo-

statne zaštite sluha može dovesti do trajnog
oštećenja sluha, gubitka slušne moći i drugih
problema kao što su tinitus (zvonjenje, šumovi,
pištanje ili zujanje u uhu). Obvezno treba obavi­ti procjenu rizika u vezi s ovim opasnostima i
realizirati prikladne regulacijske mjere.

■ U regulacijske mjere prikladne za smanjenje

rizika spadaju mjere kao npr. uporaba izolacij­skih materijala, kako bi se izbjeglo zvonjenje,
do kojeg može doći na predmetu obrade.

■ Koristite opremu za zaštitu sluha u skladu s na-

pucima Vašeg poslodavca i sukladno propisima
za zaštitu na radu i zaštitu zdravlja.

■ Stroj za vijčane spojeve mora se koristiti i održa-

vati sukladno preporukama sadržanim u ovim
uputama, kako bi se spriječilo nepotrebno pove­ćanje razine buke.

■ Svi potrošni materijali i alati stroja moraju se

izabrati, održavati i zamijeniti u skladu s prepo­rukama u ovim uputama, kako bi se izbjeglo
nepotrebno povećanje razine buke.

■ Uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak mora

se koristiti i održavati sukladno preporukama
sadržanim u ovim uputama, kako bi se spriječilo
nepotrebno povećanje razine buke.

Opasnosti uslijed vibracija

■ Djelovanje vibracija može uzrokovati oštećenja

živaca i smetnje cirkulacije krvi u šakama i
rukama.

■ Ruke držite podalje od okvira odvijača matica.

■ Kod radova u hladnom okruženju nosite toplu

odjeću i ruke držite tako da budu tople i suhe.

■ Ako ustanovite da koža na Vašim prstima ili

rukama gubi osjećaj, da se pojavljuju trnci,
bolovi ili bijela boja, prekinite rad strojem i
obratite se liječniku.

■ Stroj za vijčane spojeve mora se koristiti i održa-

vati sukladno preporukama sadržanim u ovim
uputama, kako bi se spriječilo nepotrebno poja­čanje vibracija.

■ Ne koristite istrošene okvire i produžetke ili

elemente koji dobro ne pristaju, jer to vrlo vjero­jatno može dovesti do znatnog povećanja vi­bracija.

■ Svi potrošni materijali i alati stroja moraju se

izabrati, održavati i zamijeniti u skladu s prepo­rukama u ovim uputama, kako bi se izbjeglo
nepotrebno povećanje vibracija.

■ Po mogućnosti treba koristiti amortizirajuće

elemente za spajanje.

■ Za pridržavanje težine stroja kad god je to

moguće koristite stalak, stegu ili uređaj za ujed­načavanje.

■ Stroj ne držite prečvrsto, ali sigurnim stiskom

uz poštivanje potrebne sile reakcije ruke, jer se
rizik vibracija u pravilu povećava porastom
snage držanja.

■ Nedostatno montiran ili oštećeni alat može

uzrokovati prekomjerne vibracije.

Dodatne sigurnosne napomene
zapneumatske strojeve

■ Komprimirani zrak može uzrokovati ozbiljne

ozljede:

– Ako se stroj ne koristi, prije zamjene dijelova

opreme ili tijekom obavljanja popravaka
obavezno treba zatvoriti dovod zraka, ispustiti
tlak iz crijeva za zrak i stroj odvojiti od dovoda
komprimiranog zraka.

– Mlaz zraka nikada ne usmjeravajte na sebe

ili druge osobe.

■ Crijeva koja nekontrolirano udaraju mogu uzro-

kovati ozbiljne ozljede. Stoga uvijek provjerite
da se crijeva i sredstva za njihovo učvršćavanje
nisu odvojila i da nisu oštećena.

■ Hladan zrak treba odvoditi od ruku.

■ Kod udarnih ili impulsnih odvijača ne koristite

brze spojke na prihvatu za alat. Za priključke
za crijeva s navojem koristite samo elemente od
kaljenog čelika (ili drugog materijala usporedive
otpornosti na udarce).

■ Ako koristite univerzalne okretne spojke (kan-

džaste spojke), morate umetnuti klinove za
blokadu i koristite Whipcheck-osigurače za
crijeva za zaštitu u slučaju zakazivanja spoja
crijeva sa strojem i međusobnih spojeva crijeva.

■ Pazite da se ne premaši najveći dopušteni tlak

naveden na stroju.

■ Kod strojeva s reguliranim okretnim momentom

i kontinuiranom rotacijom tlak zraka ima sigurno­sno-relevantan utjecaj na snagu. Stoga moraju
biti određeni zahtjevi u pogledu dužine i pro­mjera crijeva.

■ Strojeve pogonjene komprimiranim zrakom

nikada ne nosite držeći ih za crijevo.

Dodatne sigurnosne napomene

■ Eventualno obratite pozornost na posebne

propise za zaštitu na radu ili sprječavanje
nezgode, upute za rukovanje kompresorima i
uređajima s pogonom na komprimirani zrak.

■ Pazite da se ne premaši maksimalni dopušteni

radni tlak naveden u tehničkim podacima.

■ Ne preopterećujte ovaj alat – koristite ga samo

u rasponu snage navedenom u tehničkim poda­cima.

■ Koristite bezopasna sredstva za podmazivanje.

Pobrinite se za dostatno prozračivanje radnog
mjesta. Kod povećanog izbacivanja:
Prekontrolirajte alat na komprimirani zrak i even­tualno ga dajte popraviti.

■ Ovaj alat ne koristite ako niste koncentrirani.

Budite pažljivi i pazite na ono što radite, i ala­tom na komprimirani zrak rukujte razumno.
Alat ne koristite ako ste umorni ili pod utjecajem
droga, alkohola ili lijekova. Samo jedan trenu­tak nepažnje prilikom uporabe ovog alata
može uzrokovati ozbiljne ozljede.

■ Radno područje držite čistim i dobro osvijetlje-

nim. Neuredno ili neosvijetljeno radno mjesto
može uzrokovati nezgode.

■ Uređaje s pogonom na komprimirani zrak

osigurajte od djece.

■ Alat ne držite nezaštićen na otvorenom ili u

vlažnom okruženju.

■ Zaštitite alat na komprimirani zrak, posebno

priključak za komprimirani zrak i upravljačke
elemente od prašine i nečistoće.

Prije uključivanja uređaja

NAPOMENA

► Uređaj s pogonom na komprimirani zrak

smije se koristiti isključivo s pročišćenim kom­primiranim i uljnom maglicom podmazanim
zrakom, a tlak ne smije prekoračiti maksimalni
radni tlak od 6,3 bara. U svrhu reguliranja
radnog tlaka kompresor mora biti opremljen
reduktorom tlaka.

► Sve navojne priključke omotajte teflonskom

trakom (nije u opsegu isporuke).

Podmazivanje

UPOZORENJE!

► O zdravstvenim opasnostima koje može uzro-

kovati korišteno ulje možete saznati u sigurno­snom listu odgovarajućeg proizvođača.

► Izbjegavajte kontakt očiju i kože s mazivima.

NAPOMENA

► U svrhu izbjegavanja oštećenja koja nastaju

trenjem i korozijom posebno je važno redovi­to podmazivanje. Preporučujemo uporabu
prikladnog specijalnog ulja za komprimirani
zrak (npr. Liqui Moly ulje za kompresore).

♦ Najprije zavrnite vanjski navoj 1/4“t utičnog

spoja u unutarnji navoj 1/4“ r mini mazalice
za komprimirani zrak 8.

♦ Zatim mini mazalicu za komprimirani zrak 8

do pola napunite specijalnim uljem za kompri­mirani zrak. U tu svrhu otpustite križni vijak
otvora za punjenje uljem e na mini mazalici za
komprimirani zrak 8. Pomoću priložene bočice
s uljem 0 nakapajte ulje u otvor za punjenje
ulja.

NAPOMENA

► Kao stupanj pripreme nakon reduktora tlaka

uređaj za podmazivanje uljem u obliku maglice
kontinuirano i optimalno podmazuje pneu­matski uređaj. Uređaj za podmazivanje uljem
u obliku uljne maglice u sitnim kapljicama
unosi ulje u mlaz zraka, čime je zajamčeno
redovno podmazivanje.

Priključak na izvor komprimiranog

NAPOMENA

► Prije priključivanja izvora komprimiranog

zraka

– treba potpuno uspostaviti ispravan radni

tlak (6,3 bara).

– treba osigurati da se odvod nalazi u

najvišem položaju.

► Optimalni tlak iznosi 6,3 bara. Pri tlaku od

5 bara ili ako je količina zraka nedostatna, ne
može se postići maksimalni okretni moment.

► Uvijek koristite crijeva za komprimirani zrak

unutarnjeg promjera najmanje 9 mm.

► Priključak na izvor komprimiranog zraka

obavlja se pomoću fleksibilnog crijeva za
komprimirani zrak s brzom spojkom.

♦ Pritisnite brzu spojku crijeva za komprimirani

zrak (nije u opsegu isporuke) na priključak
za komprimirani zrak z. Spoj se automatski
zaključava.

♦ Spojiti drugi kraj crijeva za komprimirani zrak

s (filtrom) i reduktorom tlaka na kompresor.

POZOR!

► Obavezno osigurajte čvrsto nasjedanje crije-

va za komprimirani zrak. Otpušteno crijevo
koje nekontrolirano udara krije znatnu opa­snost. Također obratite pozornost na čvrstoću
oba vijčana spoja između spojke i uređaja.

♦ Kako biste mogli regulirati komprimirani zrak,

izvor komprimiranog zraka mora biti opremljen
reduktorom tlaka.
