Introduction

Congratulations on the purchase of your new
appliance. You have chosen a high-quality product.
The operating instructions are part of this product.
They contain important information about safety,
usage and disposal. Before using the product, please
familiarise yourself with all of the operating and
safety instructions. Use the product only as de­scribed and for the range of applications specified.
Please also pass these operating instructions on to
any future owner.

Intended use

This compressed air impact wrench is suitable for
easy loosening and tightening of screw connections
during assembly or repair work and for undoing
bolts when changing wheels.

The appliance features right/left rotation and a
1/2" external square tool holder.

This appliance may only be operated with a
compressed air supply. The maximum permissible
operating pressure specified on the appliance must
not be exceeded.
Do not operate this appliance with gases which
are explosive, flammable or hazardous to health.
Do not use as a lever, a crushing tool or a hammering
tool.

Any other usage or modification of the appliance
is deemed to be improper and carries a significant
risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no
responsibility for damage(s) resulting from improper
usage. This appliance is intended for domestic use
only.

WARNING!

► Read all safety warnings and all instruc-

tions. Failure to follow the warnings and

instructions may result in electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury.

NOTE

► The terms "compressed air tool" or "tool" used

in the following text refer to the compressed
air tools specified in these operating instruc­tions.

Keep all warnings and instructions for future
reference.

■ The user must evaluate the specific risks that

may arise due to different kinds of use.

■ Please ensure that you have read and understood

the safety instructions before fitting, operating,
repairing, servicing or replacing any accessories
and before working in the vicinity of the com­pressed air tool. Failure to do this can result in
serious bodily injury.

■ The compressed air tool should only be set up,

adjusted or used by adequately qualified and
trained operators.

■ The compressed air tool may not be modified.

Modifications can reduce the effectiveness of
the safety measures and increase the risks for
the operator.

■ Never use damaged compressed air tools.

Maintain compressed air tools with care. Check
regularly whether moving parts function correctly
and do not jam; check whether any parts are
broken or damaged to an extent that the com­pressed air tool will no longer operate correctly.
Check signs and labels for completeness and
readability. If damaged, have parts repaired or
replaced before using the tool. Many accidents
are caused by poorly maintained compressed
air tools.

■ This tool is not intended for use by persons (in-

cluding children) with limited physical, physiolog­ical or intellectual abilities or lack of experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised
by a person who is responsible for their safety,
or receive instructions from this person on how to
use the tool.

■ Do not allow children to play with the tool.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► Disconnect the compressed air supply before

carrying out maintenance work.

■ RISK OF EXPLOSION! Never use gasoline

or other flammable liquids to clean the com­pressed air tool! Sparks can ignite vapours
remaining in the compressed air tool and lead
to an explosion of the compressed air tool. Do
not operate the compressed air tool in explosive
atmospheres or environments with flammable
liquids, gases or dust. Do not work with any
materials that are or could become inflammable
or explosive.

■ Use the tool only in the fields of application for

which it was designed!

■ Do not force the power tool.

■ Never use hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide

or other gas in bottles as sources of energy for
this tool, as this can lead to an explosion and
consequently serious injuries.

■ Maintain and clean the tool on a regular basis

as specified (see Section "Maintenance and
cleaning").

■ Check the tool for any possible defects before

use. Ensure that the tool is in good working
condition before every use.

■ Remain alert at all times! Unexpected move-

ments of the tool can cause dangers.

■ Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and

balance at all times. This provides better
control over the compressed air tool in
unexpected situations.

■ Do not use the tool if its switch is defective.

Any tool that cannot be switched on or off is
dangerous and must be repaired.

■ Keep compressed air tools that are not being

used out of the reach of children. Do not allow
persons unfamiliar with the tool or these instruc­tions to operate the tool. Compressed air tools
are dangerous in the hands of inexperienced
users.

■ Treat the tool with care. Check whether moving

parts function correctly and do not jam; check
whether any parts are broken or damaged to
an extent that the tool will no longer operate
correctly. If damaged, have the tool repaired
before use. Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained tools.

■ Switch off the tool when not in use.

■ Use personal protective equipment. Always

wear eye protection. Wearing protective equip­ment such as a dust mask, non-slip safety shoes,
a helmet or hearing protection depending on
the type and use of the compressed air tool
reduces the risk of personal injuries.

■ Check all connections and supply lines. All

maintenance units, couplings and hoses must
correspond to the tool parameters in terms of
pressure and air flow. If the pressure is too low,
the function of the tool will be compromised
and if the pressure is too high, this can cause
property damage and personal injury.

■ Protect the hoses against kinking, constriction,

solvents and sharp edges. Keep hoses away
from heat, oil and rotating parts.

■ Ensure that the hose clamps are always tightened

firmly. Loose or damaged hose clamps can allow
air to escape in an uncontrolled manner.

■ Replace a damaged hose immediately. A de-

fective supply line can cause a compressed air
hose to thrash about and cause injuries.

■ If the power cable of this tool is damaged, it

must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
customer service department or by a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid hazards.

■ Do not use the tool if you are tired or under

the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
A moment of inattention when operating the
tool can result in serious injuries.

■ Do not inhale the exhaust air directly. Avoid

getting exhaust air in your eyes. The exhaust air
from the compressed air tool can contain water,
oil, metal particles or dirt from the compressor.
These can be hazardous to health.

WARNING!

► BE CAREFUL WHEN PUTTING DOWN THE

TOOL! Always put the tool down in such a
way that it does not lie on the trigger. Under
certain circumstances, this might cause an
accidental activation of the tool, which in turn
might lead to hazards.

■ Only suitable accessories may be used. These

can be purchased from the manufacturer.
Failure to use original accessories can result in
hazards.

■ Use only filtered and regulated compressed air.

Dust, corrosive vapours and/or moisture can
damage the motor of a compressed air tool.

■ The hose must be designed for min. 6.3 bar or

125 psi, corresponding to at least 150% of the
maximum pressure generated in the system.

■ The tool and the supply hose must be fitted with

a hose coupling that allows the pressure to be
relieved completely when the coupling hose is
disconnected.

■ DANGER! Avoid contact with live cables.

This tool is not insulated against electric shock.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► At high working pressures, kickback forces

can occur. Under certain circumstances these
can cause hazards due to continuous loads.

■ If you are inexperienced with the tool, seek

training in how to use it safely.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► RISK OF PUNCTURE WOUNDS! Do not

treat an injection wound as a simple cut.
A high-pressure jet can inject toxins into the
body and cause serious injuries. In the event
of injection into the skin, seek medical assis­tance immediately.

■ The compressed air tool must not be modified in

any way without the manufacturer's approval.

■ Use the compressed air tool only at the specified

pressure.

■ The compressed air tool must always be discon-

nected from the air supply after use and for as
long as it is not in use.

■ The compressed air tool must not be used if it is

not airtight or if it requires repair.

■ Never connect the compressed air tool using a

compressed air hose whose pressure exceeds

6.3 bar.

■ Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or

dark areas invite accidents.
This gives you better control of the tool in un­expected situations.

WARNING!

► Have your power tool serviced by qualified

trained personnel using only original spare
parts. This ensures that the safety of the tool is
maintained.

■ Keep children and other persons away from the

tool during operation. Distractions can cause
you to lose control of the tool.

■ Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves
away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewel­lery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.

■ Put the trigger and the tool away in the event of

an unexpected compressor failure.

■ Wherever possible, use a condensate separator

or drain the condensate (water) from the hoses
and tubing regularly before and during the use
of the compressed air tools.

■ CAUTION! An undersized compressed air

system will reduce the efficiency of your tool.

■ Please ensure that you have read and under-

stood the safety instructions regarding multiple
hazards before installation, operation, repair,
service and replacement of any accessories
and before working in the vicinity of the auto­matic screwdriver. Otherwise, there is a risk of
serious physical injuries.

■ The automatic screwdriver should only be fitted,

adjusted or used by qualified and trained
operators.

■ The automatic screwdriver may not be modified.

Modifications can reduce the effectiveness of
the safety measures and increase the risks for
the operator.

■ Do not lose the safety instructions – hand them

to the operator.

■ Never use a damaged power screwdriver.

■ The machines must be serviced regularly to

check whether the rated values and labels
required in the relevant part of ISO 11148 are
marked on the machine in a legible manner.
The employee/user must contact the manufac­turer to obtain replacement labels if necessary.

Hazards caused by flying parts

■ If a workpiece or one of the accessory parts or

even the machine tool itself breaks, parts can
be flung out at high speed.

■ Always wear impact-resistant safety goggles

during operation, when replacing accessory
parts or during repair or maintenance work.
The level of the required protection must be
evaluated separately for each individual task.

■ You must ensure that the workpiece has been

securely fixed in place.

■ Check regularly that the rotation speed of the

compressed air tool is not higher than the spec­ified rotation speed marked on the compressed
air tool. These rotation speed tests must be con­ducted without any accessory tools attached.

■ Ensure that sparks and fragments created during

work do not constitute a hazard.

■ Disconnect the compressed air tool from the

compressed air supply before replacing an
attachment or accessory, and before adjusting
a setting, servicing the tool or cleaning the tool.

■ Ensure that other people are not put at risk.

Hazards caused by entanglement

■ Hazards caused by entanglement may result

in suffocation, scalping and/or cuts if loose
clothing, personal jewellery, necklaces, hair or
gloves are not kept away from the machine and
its accessories.

■ Gloves can become caught in the rotating drive,

which can lead to injuries or fractures of the
fingers.

■ Rubber or metal-reinforced gloves can easily

become entangled in rotating drive fittings and
extensions.

■ Never wear loose-fitting gloves or gloves with

cut-off or worn-out fingers.

■ Never hold onto the drive, the fitting or the drive

extension.

■ Keep your hands away from the rotating drive.

■ Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away
from the compressed air tool and moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be
caught in moving parts. There is a risk of per­sonal injury.

Hazards during operation

■ When using the machine, the operator's hands

may be exposed to risks such as crushing, im­pacts, cutting, abrasion and heat. Wear suitable
gloves to protect your hands.

■ The operator and the maintenance personnel

must be physically capable of handling the size,
weight and power of the machine.

■ Hold the machine correctly: be ready to coun-

teract any normal or sudden movements –
keep both hands ready.

■ Ensure that your body is balanced and that you

have a firm footing.

■ Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

■ Prevent unintentional starting. If the air supply is

interrupted, switch off the compressed air tool
using the on/off switch.

■ In cases where aids are needed to absorb the

reaction torque, we recommend using a suspen­sion unit wherever possible. If this is not possible,
side handles for machines with a straight grip
and machines with a pistol grip are recommend­ed. We recommend always using aids to ab­sorb the torque if it is higher than 4 Nm on
machines with straight grips, higher than
10 Nm on machines with a pistol grip, and
higher than 60 Nm on offset screwdrivers.

■ Release the start/stop control in the event of

an disruption to the electricity supply.

■ Use only the lubricants recommended by the

manufacturer.

■ Fingers can be crushed in nut wrenches with an

open pan head.

■ Keep your hands away from the rotating collet

chuck and the rotating drill.

■ Do not use the tool in confined spaces and

ensure that your hands are not crushed between
the machine and the work piece, especially
when removing screws.

Hazards caused by repetitive
movements

■ Users of an automatic screwdriver may experi-

ence unpleasant sensations in their hands, arms,
shoulders, neck area or other body parts while
working with the tools.

■ Assume a comfortable position when working

with this machine, ensure that you have a firm
footing and avoid unfavourable positions or
positions in which it is difficult to keep your
balance. When working for longer periods, the
operator should change posture regularly, to
prevent discomfort and fatigue.

■ If the operator notices symptoms such as persis-

tent discomfort, throbbing, pain, tingling, burn­ing or stiffness, these warning indications should
not be ignored. The operator should consult a
qualified medical doctor.

Hazards caused by accessories

■ Disconnect the machine from the energy supply

before changing the machine tool or accessory.

■ Do not touch fittings or accessories during the

impact process because this can increase the
risk of cuts, burns or vibration injuries.

■ Use only accessories and supplies of the sizes

and types recommended by the manufacturer
of machines for screw connections; do not use
any other types or sizes of accessories or con­sumable materials.

■ Use only impact fittings that are in good working

order, as any defects in the handles and
accessories can cause these to break and be
flung out when used with impact wrenches.

Hazards in the workplace

■ Slipping, tripping up and falling are the main

causes of injuries in the workplace. Pay atten­tion to surfaces that may have become slippery
from the use of the machine and also be aware
of tripping hazards caused by air hoses or
hydraulic hoses.

■ Proceed with caution in unknown surroundings.

Concealed hazards caused by power or other
supply lines may be present.

■ This compressed air tool is not intended for use

in explosive atmospheres and is not insulated
against contact with electrical power sources.

■ Ensure that there are no electric cables, gas

pipes, etc. that could cause a hazard if dam­aged by using the machine.

Hazards caused by dust and vapours

■ The dust and vapours that are produced by

using a machine for screw connections can be
hazardous to health (e.g. cause cancer, birth
defects, asthma and/or dermatitis). It is essen­tial to carry out a risk assessment with regard to
these risks and implement appropriate regulato­ry mechanisms.

■ The risk assessment should include the dust

caused by using the machine and any existing
dust that may be raised at the same time.

■ The exhaust air should be extracted so that the

raising of dust in already dusty environments is
kept to a minimum.

■ If dusts or vapours are created, the main priority

must be to control these at the site of their release.

■ All machine components or accessories intended

for collecting, extracting or suppressing airborne
dust or vapours should be used and serviced
properly in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions.

■ Use a dust mask as per the instructions provided

by your employer or as required by health and
safety regulations.

Hazards caused by noise

■ Excessive noise levels in conjunction with insuffi-

cient hearing protection may lead to permanent
hearing damage, loss of hearing and other
problems, such as tinnitus (ringing, buzzing,
whistling or humming in your ears). It is essential
to carry out a risk assessment with regard to
these hazards and implement suitable control
mechanisms.

■ Suitable control mechanisms include measures

such as the use of insulating materials to prevent
ringing noise from occurring on the workpieces.

■ Use hearing protection in accordance with the

instructions provided by your employer and as
required by health and safety regulations.

■ The automatic screwdriver must be operated

and maintained in accordance with the recom­mendations contained in this manual in order to
reduce any unnecessary increase of the noise
levels.

■ The consumables and the machine tool should

be selected, maintained and replaced in ac­cordance with the recommendations in these
instructions in order to avoid any unnecessary
increase of the noise levels.

■ The compressed air tool must be operated and

maintained in accordance with the recommen­dations contained in these instructions in order
to reduce any unnecessary increase of the noise
levels.

Hazards caused by vibrations

■ Vibrations can damage the nerves and adversely

affect the blood circulation in the hands and
arms.

■ Keep your hands away from the fittings of the

nut wrenches.

■ Wear warm clothing when working in a cold

environment and keep your hands warm and
dry.

■ If you notice that the skin of your fingers or

hands is becoming numb, tingles, hurts or
shows white discolouration, stop working with
the machine and consult a doctor.

■ The automatic screwdriver must to be operated

and maintained in accordance with the recom­mendations contained in this manual to reduce
any unnecessary vibration increase.

■ Do not use worn-out or poorly matching fittings

and extensions, as there is a high probability that
this will lead to a significant vibration increase.

■ Consumables and the machine tool should be

selected, maintained and replaced in accord­ance with the recommendations in this guide
in order to avoid an unnecessary vibration
increase.

■ Sleeve fittings should be used if possible.

■ Use a stand, clamp or balancing unit to support

the weight of the machine wherever possible.

■ Hold the machine securely but not too firmly

while maintaining the necessary hand-reaction
force, as the vibration risk generally increases the
harder the machine is held.

■ An inadequately mounted or damaged acces-

sory tool can lead to excessive vibrations.

Additional safety instructions for
pneumatic machines

■ Compressed air can cause serious injuries:
– When the machine is not in use, the air

supply must always be shut off and the air
hose depressurised. The machine must be
disconnected from the compressed air supply
before replacing accessories or when carry­ing out repair work.

– Never aim the airflow at yourself or anyone

else.

■ Thrashing hoses can cause serious injury.

You should therefore always check whether the
hoses and their fixings are undamaged and
have not come loose.

■ Cold air must be directed away from the hands.

■ Do not use quick-lock couplings on the tool inlet

for impact and impulse drills. For hose connec­tions with a thread, always only use those made
of tempered steel (or a material with compara­ble impact resistance).

■ If universal rotary joints (claw couplings) are

used, locking pins must be inserted and Whip­check hose restraints must be used to provide
protection in the event of failure of the con­nection between the hose and the machine or
between one hose and another.

■ Ensure that the maximum permissible pressure

specified on the machine is not exceeded.

■ For torque-controlled machines with continuous

rotation, the air pressure has safety-related
effects on performance. Requirements for the
length and diameter of the hose must therefore
be defined.

■ Never carry pneumatic machines by the hose.

■ Do not overload this tool – use this tool only

within the capacity range specified in the
Technical Data.

■ Use safe lubricants. Ensure that the work area is

sufficiently ventilated. In the event of increased
discharge: Check the compressed air tool and
have it repaired if necessary.

■ Do not use this tool if you are distracted.

Be alert, watch what you are doing and use
common sense when operating a compressed
air tool. Do not use tools if you feel tired or are
under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medi­cation. A moment of inattention when operating
the tool can result in serious personal injuries.

■ Keep work area clean and well lit.

Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.

■ Keep compressed air tools out of the reach

of children.

■ Do not store the tool outdoors or in damp en-

vironments without protection.

■ Protect the compressed air tool from dust and

dirt, particularly the compressed air connection
and the operating elements.

Before use

NOTE

► The compressed air tool may only be operat-

ed using cleaned, oil-atomised compressed
air, and the maximum operating pressure of

6.3 bar must not be exceeded on the tool.
The compressor must be fitted with a pressure
reducer to regulate the working pressure.

► Wrap Teflon tape around all threaded

connections (not supplied).

Additional safety information

Lubrication

WARNING!

► Find out about any health hazards posed by the

oil you are using by reading the safety data
sheet provided by the respective manufacturer.

► Avoid eye and skin contact with lubricants.

NOTE

► Regular lubrication is particularly important to

avoid friction and corrosion damage.
We recommend using a suitable special oil
for compressed air tools (e.g. Liqui Moly
compressor oil).

♦ First screw the 1/4" threaded nipple t onto

the1/4" internal thread connectionrof the
mini compressed air oiler 8.

♦ Then fill the mini compressed air oiler 8 with

3–5 drops of special compressed air oil.
To do this, undo the Phillips screw of the oil filler
opening e attached to the mini compressed
air oiler 8. Use the supplied oil bottle 0 to
drip oil into the oil filler opening.

NOTE

► As a treatment stage downstream of the

pressure reducer, a mist oiler lubricates the
compressed air unit continuously and optimally.
A mist oiler adds fine drops of oil to the air
flowing through the tool and therefore
guarantees regular lubrication.

♦ Now screw the 1/4" threaded connection w of

the mini compressed air oiler 8into the 1/4"
internal thread connection q of the impact

wrench.

Connecting to a compressed air
source

NOTE

► Before connecting the compressed air source

– the correct working pressure (6.3 bar) must

be fully reached, and

– you must ensure that the trigger is in the

uppermost position.

► The optimum pressure is 6.3 bar. The maxi-

mum torque cannot be achieved with a pres­sure of only 5 bar or an insufficient air volume.

► Use only connecting hoses with an internal

diameter of at least 9 mm.

► The connection to the compressed air source

is made using a flexible compressed air hose
with a quick coupler.

♦ Now press the quick coupling of the compressed

air hose (not supplied) onto the compressed air
connector z. The connection locks automati­cally.

♦ Now connect the other end of the compressed

air hose to the (filter) pressure reducer on the
compressor.

CAUTION!

► Ensure that the compressed air hose is firmly

attached. A loose hose can thrash about
uncontrollably, causing serious danger. Like­wise, ensure that the two screw connections
between the coupling piece and the tool are
firmly seated.

♦ The compressed air source must be equipped

with a pressure reducer so that you can regu­late the air pressure.

► Disconnect the compressed air supply before

working on the tool.

♦ Push one of the supplied sockets 6 and/or the

extension attachment 7onto the square socket
bit holder 1.

♦ Press the trigger 5 to switch the tool on.

♦ Release the trigger 5.
♦ When you have finished working, disconnect

the tool from the compressed air source.

Setting the torque

♦ Press the torque control 4 and set the desired

torque range by turning it. Click the desired
level into place at the ◄ marker.

NOTE

► The torques which can be achieved depend

on the compressed air system installed.

WARNING!

► The rotation direction switch 2 may only be

used/adjusted when the tool is at a standstill.

♦ Press the rotation direction switch 2 in the

direction "F" (Fasten) to set the clockwise rotation
mode. You can use this mode to tighten nuts, for
example.

♦ Press the rotation direction switch 2 in the

direction "R" (Release) to set the anticlockwise
rotation mode. You can use this mode to un­fasten nuts, for example.

► To ensure correct functioning and long-term

durability of the tool, pay attention to the

■ Sufficient and continuous oil lubrication is highly

important for optimum functionality.

■ Check the speed and vibration levels after each use.

■ If the tool is exhibiting excessive vibration levels,

the cause of the vibrations must be identified
and dealt with.

■ Use only the genuine replacement parts rec-

ommended by the manufacturer, otherwise you
could put users at risk. In doubt, contact the
Service Centre.

■ Clean the tool with a soft, dry cloth only.

■ Never use sharp or abrasive cleaning agents

under any circumstances.

effected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components. Any damage
and defects present at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs
carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall

Scope of the warranty

This appliance has been manufactured in accord­ance with strict quality guidelines and inspected
meticulously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production
faults. The warranty does not extend to product
parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile
parts which could be considered as consumable
parts such as switches, batteries or parts made of
glass.

The warranty does not apply if the product has
been damaged, improperly used or improper­ly maintained. The directions in the operating
instructions for the product regarding proper use
of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses
and actions that are discouraged in the operating

This product is intended solely for private use and
not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall

Time ste se odlučili za kvalitetan proizvod. Uputstvo za
upotrebu je deo ovog proizvoda. Ono sadrži važne
napomene o bezbednosti, upotrebi i odlaganju.
Pre korišćenja proizvoda, upoznajte se sa svim
napomenama vezanim za rukovanje i bezbednost.
Koristite proizvod samo na opisani način i u nave­dene svrhe. Predajte svu dokumentaciju prilikom

Namenska upotreba

Ovaj udarni odvrtač na pneumatski pogon je
pogodan za jednostavno odvijanje i pritezanje
navojnih spojeva kod radova na montaži ili poprav­kama, kao i za odvijanje spreznjaka kod zamene
točkova.

Uređaj poseduje smer rotacije udesno/ulevo i
četvrtasti držač alata od 1/2“.

Za pogon ovog uređaja sme da se koristi samo
snabdevanje komprimovanim vazduhom. Ne sme
da se prekorači maksimalno dozvoljeni radni pri­tisak, koji je naveden na uređaju.
Za pogon ovog uređaja ne smeju da se koriste
eksplozivni i zapaljivi gasovi ili gasovi koji ugroža­vaju zdravlje.
Ne koristiti kao polugu, alat za lomljenje ili
udaranje.

umatskog uređaja nikada ne koristite benzin ili
druge zapaljive tečnosti! Isparenja koja su osta­la u pneumatskom uređaju mogu da se zapale
usled varnice i mogu da dovedu do eksplozije
pneumatskog uređaja. Ne radite uređajem u
okruženju ugroženom eksplozivnom atmosfe­rom, u kojem se nalaze zapaljive tečnosti, ga­sovi ili prašina. Ne obrađujte materijale, koji su
potencijalno lako zapaljivi ili eksplozivni ili koji
to mogu da budu.

■ Koristite uređaj samo u oblastima primene za

koje je predviđen!

■ Ne preopterećujte uređaj.

■ Nikada ne koristite vodonik, kiseonik ili ugljendi-

oksid ili drugi gas u bocama kao izvor energije
za ovaj alat, zato što to može da dovede do
eksplozije, a time i do teških povreda.

Uređaj koji više ne može da se uključi ili isključi
je opasan i mora da se popravi.

■ Pneumatske uređaje koje ne koristite, čuvajte

izvan domašaja dece. Nemojte dozvoliti da
uređaj koriste druga lica, koja nisu upoznata s
njim i koja nisu pročitala ova uputstva. Pneumat­ski uređaji su opasni kada ih koriste neiskusna
lica.

■ Pažljivo održavajte uređaj. Prekontrolišite da li

pokretni delovi uređaja besprekorno funkcionišu
i da nisu zaglavljeni, da li su delovi slomljeni ili
oštećeni tako da ometaju funkciju uređaja. Dajte
oštećene delove na popravku pre korišćenja
uređaja. Mnoge nezgode su prouzrokovane
loše održavanim uređajima.

■ Isključite uređaj kada ga više ne koristite.

■ Nosite ličnu zaštitnu opremu i uvek nosite zaštitne

naočare. Nošenje lične zaštitne opreme, kao
što su maska protiv prašine, protivklizne zaštitne
cipele, zaštitni šlem ili štitnici za sluh, zavisno
od vrste i primene pneumatskog alata, smanjuje
rizik od povreda.

■ Proverite priključke i vodove za snabdevanje.

Sve jedinice za održavanje, spojnice i creva
moraju u pogledu pritiska i količine vazduha da
budu dimenzionisani u skladu sa parametrima
uređaja. Suviše nizak pritisak ugrožava funkcio­nisanje uređaja, dok suviše visok pritisak može
da dovede do materijalne štete i povreda.

■ Zaštitite creva od savijanja, suženja, rastvarača

i oštrih ivica. Držite creva podalje od visokih
temperatura, ulja i rotirajućih delova.

■ Vodite računa da obujmice creva budu uvek

čvrsto pritegnute. Nepritegnute ili oštećene
obujmice creva mogu nekontrolisano da ispušta­ju vazduh.

■ Odmah zamenite oštećeno crevo. Oštećen vod

za snabdevanje može da dovede do lupanja
pneumatskog creva unaokolo i može da izazove
povrede.

■ Ako se ošteti priključni vod ovog uređaja, njega

mora da zameni proizvođač ili njegova korisnič­ka služba ili slično kvalifikovana osoba, da bi se
izbegle opasnosti.

■ Ne koristite uređaj kada ste umorni ili pod uti-

cajem droga, alkohola ili lekova. Jedan trenutak
nepažnje tokom upotrebe uređaja može da
dovede do ozbiljnih povreda.

■ Nemojte direktno da udišete izduvne gasove.

Izbegavajte da Vam izduvni gasovi dospeju
u oči. Izduvni gasovi pneumatskog uređaja
mogu da sadrže vodu, ulje, čestice metala ili
nečistoće iz kompresora. To može da izazove
narušavanje zdravlja.

UPOZORENJE!

► BUDITE OPREZNI PRILIKOM ODLAGANJA

UREĐAJA! Uvek položite uređaj, tako da ne
naleže na okidač. Pod određenim okolnosti­ma bi to moglo da ima za posledicu slučajno
aktiviranje uređaja, što bi opet moglo da
dovede do opasnosti.

■ Dozvoljeno je korišćenje samo odgovarajućeg

pribora. Isti možete da nabavite kod proiz­vođača. Svaki drugi pribor, osim originalnog,
može da dovede do opasnosti.

■ Koristite samo filtriran i regulisan komprimovani

vazduh. Prašina, nagrizajuća isparenja i/ili vlaga
mogu da oštete motor pneumatskog alata.

■ Crevo mora da bude dimenzionisano za priti-

sak od min. 6,3 bara ili 125 psi, ali u svakom
slučaju najmanje na 150% maksimalnog priti­ska koji se stvara u sistemu.

■ Alat i dovodno crevo moraju da budu opremljeni

spojnicom za crevo, tako da prilikom odvajanja
creva sa spojnicom sistem bude potpuno raste­rećen od pritiska.

■ OPASNOST! Izbegavajte kontakt sa provodni-

■ Bez saglasnosti proizvođača nisu dozvoljene

nikakve izmene na pneumatskom uređaju.

■ Koristite pneumatski uređaj samo sa propisanim

pritiskom.

■ Pneumatski uređaj mora uvek da bude odvojen

od dovoda vazduha nakon upotrebe i kada se
ne koristi.

■ Ne smete da koristite uređaj ako nije hermetično

zatvoren ili ako mora da se popravi.

■ Nikada ne spajajte pneumatski uređaj sa pneu-

matskim crevom čiji pritisak premašuje 6,3 bara.

■ Držite Vaše radno područje uvek čisto i dobro

osvetljeno. Nered i neosvetljena radna područja
mogu da dovedu do nezgoda. Na taj način
možete bolje da kontrolišete uređaj, naročito
u neočekivanim situacijama.

UPOZORENJE!

► Popravku Vašeg uređaja treba da obavlja

samo kvalifikovano stručno osoblje i to samo
originalnim rezervnim delovima. Na taj način
se obezbeđuje da sigurnost uređaja ostaje
nepromenjena.

■ Držite decu i druga lica podalje tokom korišćenja

uređaja. U slučaju odvraćanja pažnje možete
da izgubite kontrolu nad uređajem.

■ Nosite prikladnu odeću. Ne nosite široku odeću

ili nakit. Držite kosu, odeću i rukavice podalje
od pokretnih delova. Opuštena odeća, nakit ili
duga kosa mogu da budu zahvaćeni pokretnim
delovima.

■ Odložite okidač i uređaj u slučaju neočekiva-

■ Po mogućstvu, koristite separator kondenzata i

redovno praznite creva i cevovode od konden­zata (vode), pre i u toku korišćenja pneumat skih
uređaja.

■ PAŽNJA! Nedovoljno dimenzionisan pneumat-

aski sistem može da umanji efikasnost Vašeg
uređaja.

■ Da bi se izbegle višestruke opasnosti, bezbed-

nosne napomene moraju da se pročitaju i da
se razumeju pre ugradnje, upotrebe, popravke,
održavanja i zamene delova pribora, kao i pre
radova u blizini mašine za navojne spojeve.
U suprotnom, to može da dovede do teških
telesnih povreda.

■ Mašinu za navojne spojeve bi trebalo da pri-

ključe, podese i koriste isključivo kvalifikovani i
obučeni rukovaoci.

■ Nisu dozvoljene izmene na mašini za navojne

spojeve. Izmene mogu da umanje efikasnost
bezbednosnih mera i da povećaju rizike po
rukovaoca.

■ Bezbednosne napomene ne smeju da se izgube

- dajte ih rukovaocu.

■ Nikada ne koristite oštećenu mašinu za navojne

spojeve.

■ Mašine moraju redovno da se održavaju, da bi

se proverilo da su nazivne vrednosti i oznake,
zahtevane od postojećeg dela ISO 11148,
vidljivo označene na mašini. Zaposleni/korisnik
mora da stupi u kontakt sa proizvođačem da bi
dobio dodatne nalepnice za označavanje, ako
je potrebno.

Opasnosti od izbačenih delova

■ Prilikom loma radnog predmeta ili dela pribora,

ili čak samog mašinskog alata, delovi mogu da
budu izbačeni velikom brzinom.

■ U toku rada, prilikom zamene delova pribora,

kao i prilikom radova na popravci ili održava­nju uvek mora da se nosi zaštita za oči koja je
otporna na udar. Nivo neophodne zaštite bi
trebalo da se zasebno proceni za svaku pojedi­načnu primenu.

■ Pobrinite se da radni predmet bude bezbedno

pričvršćen.

■ Redovno mora da se kontroliše da li je broj

obrtaja pneumatskog alata veći od navedenog
broja obrtaja, koji se nalazi na tipskoj pločici
pneumatskog alata. Provere broja obrtaja
moraju da se izvode bez montiranog alata za
umetanje.

■ Uverite se da varnice nastale u toku rada i

odlomljeni delovi ne predstavljaju opasnost.

■ Odvojite pneumatski alat od napajanja kom-

primovanim vazduhom pre zamene alata za
umetanje ili delova pribora i pre nego što vršite
podešavanje, održavanje ili čišćenje.

■ Uverite se da ni ostala lica ne budu izložena

opasnostima.

Opasnosti od zahvatanja/
zaplitanja

■ Opasnosti od zahvatanja/namotavanja mogu

da dovedu do gušenja, skalpiranja i/ili povreda
sa posekotinama ako se široka odeća, lični
nakit, ogrlice, kosa ili rukavice ne drže na od­stojanju od mašine i njenih delova pribora.

■ Rukavice mogu da budu zahvaćene u rotiraju-

ćem pogonu, što može da dovede do povreda
ili preloma prstiju.

■ Kod rotirajućih držača i nastavaka pogona lako

može da dođe do zahvatanja/namotavanja
gumiranih rukavica ili rukavica ojačanih meta­lom.

■ Ne nosite rukavice koje Vam labavo stoje ili

rukavice sa odsečenim ili pohabanim prstima
na rukavicama.

■ Nikada ne držite pogon, držače ili nastavke

pogona.

■ Držite šake podalje od rotirajućeg pogona.

■ Nosite prikladnu odeću. Ne nosite široku odeću

ili nakit. Držite kosu, odeću i rukavice podalje
od pneumatskog alata i pokretnih delova. Opu­štena odeća, nakit ili duga kosa mogu da budu
zahvaćeni pokretnim delovima. Postoji opasnost
od povreda.

Opasnosti u radu

■ Prilikom rada mašine, šake rukovaoca mogu

da budu izložene opasnostima od prignječenja,
udara, posekotina, trenja ili toplote. Nosite
odgovarajuće rukavice kao zaštitu za šake.

■ Rukovalac i osoblje za održavanje moraju fizički

da budu u stanju da rukuju veličinom, težinom i
snagom mašine.

■ Držite mašinu pravilno: Budite spremni, da se

suprotstavite uobičajenim ili iznenadnim pokreti­ma - obe šake treba da Vam budu spremne.

■ Vodite računa o tome da Vaše telo bude u

ravnoteži i da imate stabilan položaj.

■ Pobrinite se za stabilan položaj i u svakom

trenutku držite ravnotežu.

■ Izbegavajte nenamerno puštanje u rad. Prilikom

prekida u napajanju vazduhom, isključite pneu­matski alat na prekidaču za uključivanje/isklju­čivanje.

■ U slučajevima, u kojima su neophodna pomoć-

na sredstva za prihvat reaktivnog obrtnog mo­menta, preporučuje se, da se koristi oprema za
kačenje uvek kada je to moguće. Ukoliko to nije
moguće, preporučuju se bočne ručke za mašine
sa ravnim ručkama i mašine sa ručkama u obli­ku drške pištolja. U svakom slučaju se preporu­čuje da se koriste pomoćna sredstva za prihvat
reaktivnog obrtnog momenta, ako je isti veći od
4 Nm kod mašina sa ravnim ručkama, odnosno
veći od 10 Nm kod mašina sa ručkama u obli­ku drške pištolja i veći od 60 Nm kod ugaonih
odvrtača.

■ Omogućite komandnom uređaju da se pokrene

ili zaustavi u slučaju prekida u snabdevanju
energijom.

■ Koristite samo maziva koja je preporučio proiz-

vođač.

■ Prsti mogu da se prignječe u odvrtačima navrtki

sa otvorenom ravnom glavom.

■ Držite šake podalje od rotirajućih steznih glava

i rotirajućih burgija.

■ Ne koristite alat u uskim prostorijama i vodite

računa da se šake ne prignječe između mašine
i radnog predmeta, naročito prilikom odvrtanja.

Opasnosti od ponovljenih pokreta

■ Kada se koristi mašina za navojne spojeve,

rukovalac može u toku obavljanja aktivnosti,
koje se odnose na njegove radne zadatke, da
bude izložen neprijatnom osećaju u šakama,
rukama, ramenima, u zoni vrata ili na drugim
delovima tela.

■ Zauzmite udoban položaj u toku rada sa ovom

mašinom, vodite računa o bezbednom položaju
tela i izbegavajte nepovoljne položaje tela i
one položaje tela kod kojih je teško da održite
ravnotežu. U toku dugotrajnog rada, rukovalac
bi trebalo da promeni položaj tela, što može da
pomogne da se izbegnu neprijatnosti i
zamaranje.

■ Ukoliko rukovalac na sebi primeti simptome,

kao što su npr. trajna slabost, tegobe, lupa­nje, bol, mravinjanje, obamrlost, pečenje ili
ukrućenost, ne bi trebalo da ignoriše te znake
upozorenja. Rukovalac bi trebalo da se obrati
kvalifikovanom medicinskom radniku za pomoć.

Opasnosti od delova pribora

■ Pre nego što pristupite zameni mašinskog alata

ili delova pribora, odvojite mašinu od napaja­nja energijom.

■ Ne dodirujte držače ili delove pribora u toku

procesa udaranja, zato što to može da uveća
opasnost od posekotina, opekotina ili povreda
usled vibracija.

■ Koristite isključivo delove pribora i potrošni

materijal prema veličini i tipu koje je preporučio
proizvođač mašine za navojne spojeve; ne
koristite druge tipove ili veličine delova pribora i
potrošnog materijala.

■ Koristite isključivo udarne držače u dobrom

radnom stanju, zato što oštećeno stanje ručnog
držača i delova pribora može da dovede do
toga da se isti pri upotrebi sa udarnim odvrtači­ma polome i razlete na sve strane.

Opasnosti na radnom mestu

■ Proklizavanje, spoticanje i pad su glavni razlozi

za povrede na radnom mestu. Vodite računa
o površinama koje usled korišćenja mašine
mogu da postanu klizave, i o povredama usled
spoticanja, koje su prouzrokovane crevima za
vazduh i hidrauličnim crevima.

■ Krećite se oprezno u nepoznatom okruženju.

Mogu da postoje skrivene opasnosti od električ­nih kablova ili ostalih vodova za snabdevanje.

■ Pneumatski alat nije predviđen za korišćenje u

eksplozivnim atmosferama i nije izolovan od
kontakta sa električnim izvorima napajanja.

■ Uverite se da ne postoje električni vodovi, gaso-

vodi itd, koji bi u slučaju oštećenja usled korišće­nja mašine mogli da dovedu do opasnosti.

Opasnosti od prašine i isparenja

■ Prašine i isparenja koja nastaju u toku primene

mašine za navojne spojeve mogu da izazovu
zdravstvene tegobe (kao npr. rak, urođene
mane, astmu i/ili dermatitis); neophodno je da
se sprovede procena rizika u pogledu tih opa­snosti i da se realizuju odgovarajući mehanizmi
regulisanja.

■ Prilikom procene rizika treba da se uzmu u

obzir prašina nastala usled upotrebe mašine i
postojeća prašina, koja se pritom eventualno
uzdiže u vrtlog.

■ Izduvni gasovi moraju tako da se odvedu, da

se vrtloženje prašine u okruženju ispunjenom
prašinom svede na najmanju moguću meru.

■ Ukoliko nastaju prašina ili isparenja, glavni

zadatak mora da bude kontrolisanje istih na
mestu njihovog oslobađanja.

■ Svi ugradni delovi ili delovi pribora mašine

koji su predviđeni za sakupljanje, usisavanje ili
potiskivanje leteće prašine ili isparenja, treba
da budu propisno primenjeni i da se na propi­san način održavaju, u skladu sa napomenama
proizvođača.

■ Koristite opremu za zaštitu disajnih organa u

skladu sa uputstvima Vašeg poslodavca ili u
skladu sa propisima zaštite na radu i zdravstve­ne zaštite.

Opasnosti od buke

■ Uticaj visokog nivoa buke može, usled nedovolj-

ne zaštite sluha, da dovede do trajnih oštećenja
sluha, gubitka sluha, i drugih problema, kao
npr. tinitusa (zvonjenje, zviždanje ili zujanje u
ušima). Neophodno je da se sprovede procena
rizika u pogledu tih opasnosti i da se realizuju
odgovarajući mehanizmi regulisanja.

■ U mehanizme regulisanja koji su prihvatljivi za

smanjenje rizika spadaju mere, kao što su kori­šćenje izolacionih materijala, da bi se sprečili
šumovi slični zvonjenju, koji nastaju na radnim
predmetima.

■ Koristite zaštitnu opremu za sluh u skladu sa

uputstvima Vašeg poslodavca i u skladu sa
propisima zaštite na radu i zdravstvene zaštite.

■ Mašina za navojne spojeve treba da se koristi

i održava u skladu sa preporukama koje su
sadržane u ovom uputstvu, da bi se izbeglo
nepotrebno povećanje nivoa buke.

■ Potrošni materijali i mašinski alat treba da se

izaberu, održavaju i zamene u skladu sa pre­porukama iz ovog uputstva, da bi se izbeglo
nepotrebno povećanje nivoa buke.

■ Pneumatski alat treba da se koristi i održava

u skladu sa preporukama, koje su sadržane u
ovom uputstvu, da bi se izbeglo nepotrebno
povećanje nivoa buke.

Opasnosti od vibracija

■ Uticaj vibracija može da prouzrokuje oštećenja

nerava i smetnje u krvotoku u šakama i rukama.

■ Držite šake podalje od držača odvrtača navrtki.

■ U toku rada u hladnom okruženju, nosite toplu

odeću, a šake treba da budu tople i suve.

■ Ukoliko ustanovite da koža na prstima ili šaka-

ma otupljuje, trne, boli ili je pobledela, prekini­te rad sa mašinom i potražite savet lekara.

■ Mašina za navojne spojeve treba da se koristi

i održava u skladu sa preporukama koje su
sadržane u ovom uputstvu, da bi se izbeglo
nepotrebno pojačanje vibracija.

■ Ne koristite pohabane ili neodgovarajuće držače

i nastavke, zato što to sa velikom verovatnoćom
vodi ka značajnom pojačanju vibracija.

■ Potrošni materijali i mašinski alat treba da se

izaberu, održavaju i zamene u skladu sa pre­porukama iz ovog uputstva, da bi se izbeglo
nepotrebno pojačanje vibracija.

■ Ako je moguće, trebalo bi koristiti fazonske

komade sa naglavkom.

■ Kad god je to moguće, koristite stalak, stegu

ili opremu za kompenzaciju da bi držali težinu
mašine.

■ Ne držite mašinu suviše čvrsto, već bezbednim

zahvatom, uz poštovanje neophodnih sila reak­cije koje deluju na šake, zato što je rizik od
vibracija po pravilu veći sa povećanjem sile
zahvata.

■ Nedovoljno montiran ili oštećen alat za umeta-

nje može da dovede do prekomernih vibracija.

Dodatne bezbednosne napomene
zapneumatske mašine

■ Komprimovani vazduh može da prouzrokuje

ozbiljne povrede:

– Kada se mašina ne koristi, pre zamene delo-

va pribora ili prilikom izvođenja radova na
popravci, dovod vazduha mora uvek da se
blokira, crevo za vazduh mora da bude bez
pritiska i mašina mora da se odvoji od dovo­da komprimovanog vazduha.

– Nikada ne usmeravajte mlaz vazduha prema

sebi ili prema drugim ljudima.

■ Creva koja udaraju unaokolo, mogu da prou-

zrokuju ozbiljne povrede. Zbog toga uvek pro­verite da li su creva i njihova pričvrsna sredstva
neoštećena i da se nisu oslobodila.

■ Hladan vazduh mora da se odvodi dalje od šaka.

■ Ne koristite brze spojnice na prihvatu alata

kod udarnih i impulsnih odvrtača. Za priključke
creva sa navojem koristite uvek samo one od
ojačanog čelika (ili materijala uporedne otpor­nosti na udar).

■ Ukoliko se koriste univerzalne obrtne spojnice

(spojnice sa kandžom), moraju da se primene
čivije za fiksiranje i koriste Whipcheck osigurači
za creva, da bi se omogućila zaštita u slučaju
otkazivanja spoja creva sa mašinom ili spoja
između creva.

■ Vodite računa da se ne prekorači maksimalni

pritisak, koji je naveden na mašini.

■ Kod mašina sa regulisanim obrtnim momentom i

neprekidnom rotacijom, pritisak vazduha, u po­gledu bezbednosti, bitno utiče na snagu. Zbog
toga moraju da se definišu zahtevi u pogledu
dužine i prečnika creva.

■ Nikada ne nosite mašine koje rade na vazduh,

za crevo.

Ostale bezbednosne napomene

■ Po potrebi, obratite pažnju na posebne propise

o zaštiti na radu ili propise za sprečavanje
nesreća, za rukovanje sa kompresorima i pneu­matskim alatima.

■ Pobrinite da se ne prekorači maksimalno dozvo-

ljen radni pritisak, koji je naveden u Tehničkim
podacima.

■ Ne preopterećujte ovaj alat - koristite ovaj alat

samo u području snage koji je naveden u Teh­ničkim podacima.

■ Koristite odgovarajuća maziva. Pobrinite se za

dovoljno provetravanje radnog mesta. Prilikom
povećanog pražnjenja: Proverite pneumatski
alat i, po potrebi, predajte ga na popravku.

■ Ne koristite ovaj alat kada niste koncentrisani.

Budite pažljivi, pazite na to šta činite i razumno
obavljajte radove pneumatskim alatom.
Ne koristite alat kada ste umorni ili pod utica­jem droga, alkohola ili lekova. Jedan trenutak
nepažnje tokom upotrebe alata može da dove­de do ozbiljnih povreda.

■ Držite Vaše radno područje uvek čisto i dobro

osvetljeno. Nered ili neosvetljena radna područ­ja mogu da dovedu do nezgoda.

■ Pobrinite se da deca ne koriste pneumatski alat.

■ Ne ostavljajte alat nezaštićen na otvorenom ili

u vlažnom okruženju.

■ Zaštitite pneumatski alat od prašine i prljavštine,

naročito priključak za komprimovani vazduh i
upravljačke elemente.

Pre puštanja u rad

NAPOMENA

► Za pogon pneumatskog uređaja sme da se

koristi isključivo prečišćen komprimovani vaz­duh sa raspršenim uljem, pri čemu na uređaju
ne sme da se prekorači radni pritisak od
6,3bara. Da bi se regulisao radni pritisak,
kompresor mora da bude opremljen redukto­rom pritiska.

► Oko navojnih priključaka omotajte teflonsku

traku (nije u obimu isporuke).

Podmazivanje

UPOZORENJE!

► U bezbednosnom listu sa podacima dotičnog

proizvođača se informišite o opasnostima po
zdravlje od ulja koje koristite.

► Izbegavajte da oči i koža dođu u kontakt sa

mazivima.

NAPOMENA

► Da bi se izbegle štete od trenja i korozije,

posebno je važno redovno podmazivanje.
Mi preporučujemo da koristite odgovarajuće
specijalno ulje za pneumatske alate (npr. ulje
za kompresore Liqui Moly).

♦ Najpre zavrnite navojnu utičnu glavu 1/4“ t

napriključak sa unutrašnjim navojem 1/4“r
mini raspršivača ulja za pneumatske alate 8.

♦ Zatim napunite mini raspršivač ulja za pneu-

matske alate 8 sa 3 – 5 kapi specijalnog ulja
za pneumatske alate. U tu svrhu odvijte krstasti
vijak na mini raspršivaču ulja za pneumatske
alate 8, koji se nalazi na otvoru za sipanje
ulja e. Pomoću flaše za ulje 0, koja se nalazi
u obimu isporuke, sipajte nekoliko kapi ulja u
otvor za sipanje ulja.

NAPOMENA

► Kao stepen prerade iza reduktora pritiska,

raspršivač ulja kontinuirano i optimalno pod­mazuje uređaj. Raspršivač ulja prenosi ulje, u
sitnim kapljicama, na cirkulišući vazduh i tako
garantuje redovno podmazivanje.

♦ Zatim zavrnite adapterski priključak sa navojem

1/4“ w mini raspršivača ulja za pneumatske
alate 8u priključak sa unutrašnjim navojem
1/4“ q udarnog odvrtača.

Priključivanje na izvor
komprimovanog vazduha

NAPOMENA

► Pre priključivanja na izvor komprimovanog

vazduha

– mora u potpunosti da se postigne ispravan

radni pritisak (6,3 bara).

– morate da se uverite da je okidač u svom

najvišem položaju.

► Optimalni pritisak iznosi oko 6,3 bara. Mak-

simalni obrtni moment ne može da se postig­ne kada je uređaj pod pritiskom od samo 5
bara ili kada je nedovoljna količina vazduha.

► Koristite samo priključna creva sa unutrašnjim

prečnikom od najmanje 9 mm.

► Priključivanje na izvor komprimovanog vaz-

duha se izvodi preko savitljivog creva za
komprimovani vazduh sa brzom spojnicom.

♦ Sada pritisnite brzu spojnicu pneumatskog

creva (nije u obimu isporuke) na pneumatski
priključni utikač z. Zabravljivanje se vrši
automatski.

♦ Spojite drugi kraj pneumatskog creva sa

(filterskim) reduktorom pritiska na kompresoru.

PAŽNJA!

► Obavezno vodite računa da crevo za kompri-

movani vazduh čvrsto naleže. Crevo koje se
otpustilo i koje nekontrolisano lupa unaokolo,
krije veliku opasnost. Takođe vodite računa
da oba navojna spoja između spojnice i
uređaja budu dobro pričvršćena.

♦ Da biste bili u mogućnosti da regulišete pritisak

vazduha, izvor komprimovanog vazduha mora
da bude opremljen reduktorom pritiska.

Održavanje i čišćenje

PAŽNJA!

► Pre održavanja, očistite uređaj od opasnih

materija koje su se (usled radnih procesa) na
njemu nataložile. Izbegavajte bilo kakav
kontakt kože sa tim materijama. Kontakt kože
sa opasnom prašinom može da dovede do
teškog oblika dermatitisa. Ukoliko se u toku

► Da bi se obezbedilo besprekorno funkcioni-

sanje i dug vek trajanja uređaja, treba da
