Note:
1. You must make adjustment again when a lens, CCD,
each circuit board, others part are replaced. "Color adjustment" is to go after "the CCD block adjustment" and
"the focus adjustment".

2. Installing calibration software
1. Insert the calibration software installation di skette into
your diskette drive.
2. Open Explorer.
3. "Setup.exe" of the floppy disk is started.
(The place of the installation : C:\DI\C-2ZOOM")
4.When an opening "C-2ZOOM_Adj.exe" is carried out, an
adjustment program is carried out automaticall y.

[5] Connecting the camera to the computer / Driver installation
1. An AC adapter is inserted in t he camera, and a USB cable i s inserted in t he camera.
Note) A personal computer sometimes stops when a power supply is plugged in and out with a USB cable inserted in the
camera.
2. A driver is installed if it is r ecognized as a n ew hardware.

Preparation:
POWER switch: ON
Adjusting method:
1. When setting the camer a in place, set it to an angl e so
that nothing appears in any part of the color viewer except the white section. (Do not enter any light.)
2. Double-click on the C-2Z OOM _A dj. exe.
3. Click the “MShutter”.
4. MShutter adjustment value will appear on the screen.
1-2. CCD Defect Adjustment
Preparation:
POWER switch: ON
Adjusting method:
1. When setting the camer a in place, set it to an angl e so
that nothing appears in any part of the color viewer except the white section. (Do not enter any light.)
2. Double-click on the C-2Z OOM _A dj. exe.
3. Click the “CCD Defect”.
4. Circumference temperature of the camera is inputted.
5. CCD Defect adjustment value will appear on the screen.

Adjustment condition:
Siemens star chart (A3)
Fluorescent light illumination with no flicker (incandescent
light cannot be used.)
Illumination above the subject should be 400 lux ± 10%.
Adjustment method:
1. Set the siemens star chart 60 cm ± 3 cm so that it b ecomes center of the screen.
2. Double-click on the C-2Z OOM _A dj. exe.
3. Click the “Focus”.
4. Focus adjustment value will appear on the screen.

Adjusting method:
1. Double-click on the C-2Z OOM _A dj. exe.
2. Click the “NTSC/PAL JPN/ENG Write “.
3. An adjustment result is indicated on the screen.
4. "NTSC/PAL" and "the indication of Japanese/
English" is inputted.

Adjustment method:
1. Set the color adjustment chart to the color viewer.
(Do not enter any light.)
2. A reflection prevention cover is set on the camera.
3. Set the color adjustment chart so that it bec omes cen ter
of the screen.
4. Double-click on the C-2Z OOM _A dj. exe.
5. Click the “CMatrix “.
6.Adjustment values will appear on the screen.
5. Adjustment Data Save
The adjustment value which was written in Flash Rom
is kept in the PC.
Folder: C:\DI\C-2ZOOM\Data Save
File Name: “serial No.”.csv
When it is written in Flash Rom, it is written with "Adjustment Data COPY".
6. Adjustment Data Copy
The adjustment value that it was kept in the PC is written
in Flash Rom.
Folder: C:\DI\C-2ZOOM\Data Save
File Name: “serial No.”.csv
Data are opened.
When only MC Board is exchanged,Focus adjust ment,
CCD defect adjustment, color adjustment can be omitted
by this. The rest of
do it separately. (Because it depends on MC Board,
adjustment becomes indispensabl e after the M C Board
exchange.)
