Tip: You can set a shortcut to the
app you use the most. To use the
shortcut, press and hold the * key.
When you press and hold * for the first
time, select what it opens. To later set
what the key opens, select Menu >
Settings and My shortcuts.

Insert a SIM card and battery

Switch the phone off, and remove the
back cover.

If the battery is in the phone, lift it
out.

Lift the SIM holder, and put the SIM in,
contact area face down.See 3.

Line up the battery contacts, and
push the battery in.

Press the back cover down until it
locks into place.

To switch on, press and hold until
the phone vibrates.

with a single letter, a combination of
letters, or a combination of letters and
numbers. For example, , depending
on your network service provider.
