1 一般功能及术语
1
1.1 机械坐标系/工件坐标系
机械坐标系指测量机固有的坐标系。
而利用坐标系设置功能,根据工件建立的坐标系,称为工件坐标系。
1.2 要素
用三坐标测量机测出工件上的点,然后由这些点群,求出圆,线等几何形状。我们把这种几
何形状称为要素。有如下几种类型,
点,线(直线),面(平面),圆,椭圆,圆锥,球,圆柱,距离,角度,轮廓。
求得的要素被记忆,并利用于其他命令(包括检验,设置坐标系等)。这种记忆,称为要素保
存。
要素保存,按照要素类型和编号进行管理。并且,全部起有自己的名称。
如,要素第 5 号,名称:中央孔
要素保存是由机械坐标仪记忆的。记忆后,即使改变工件坐标系,其位置也不发生变化。

1.3 要素选择
当进行类似中点计算等使用要素保存要素的处理时,通常按下述操作选择要素。

① 长度
指定长度数据小数点以后位数。
② 单位
进行长度单位 inch (25.4mm)与 mm 的切换。启动 GEOPAK 后,请立刻进行切换。在
使用其他命令之后,将无法进行切换。
③ 角度
对角度的输出及输入,进行度分秒式或者度(10进位)的切换。
度分秒 10:30:00 度 10.500
另外,进行-180~+180 范围,或-360~+360 的切换。
④ 方向矢量
对方向矢量进行度分秒式或度(10 进位)或方向余弦的切换。
⑤ 坐标系模式
切换要素结果的输出等坐标系模式。

2.4 热膨胀系数
【功能】
可在装有温度传感器的三坐标测量机上使用。预先输入测量机热膨胀系数(单位 10-6/°K),
输出时将自动根据传感器温度换算成 20°C的大小。
在测量过程中如果温度发生变化,其伸缩部分将成为误差,因此请尽量在同一温度下进行测
量。另外,由于不对测头长度等测量装置进行校正,请在相同温度环境下进行测头登录并使
用。
2.5 更改单位(编辑员用命令)
【功能】
从 mm、inch里,选择编辑员中的长度显示、指定单位。
