Customer Pain Points, Objections, and Explanations
My company uses Skype® for Business at the desk. I need an aordable fully integrated Skype solution for the meeting space.
SmartDock enables a complete Skype for Business solution for the meeting space that works with your existing display or projector. SmartDock is fully endorsed and promoted by Microsoft®.
I can get this functionality myself by doing the research and buying the components separately.
The Small Room System replaces multiple discrete components with a single integrated solution, taking the guesswork and clutter out of the conference room at a lower price.
PC-based meeting space solutions are lacking connectivity for dual display and multiple USB devices.
SmartDock supports dual 1080p displays*, Gigabit network, 3x USB 3.1 and headset. Additional 2x USB 2.0 and 2x Logitech® GROUP DIN connectors with optional Extender Box, sold separately.
* When supported by Microsoft
PC-based solutions are not secured physically (theft, conguration and connections).
SmartDock secures the Skype Room System with tamper-resistant screws and a Kensington® security slot, helping to ensure unauthorized removal of the tablet. The connections (network, display, USB, power) are further secured to prevent users from unplugging devices, thereby reducing I.T. support calls.
Poor video and audio experience—we crowd around a laptop, can’t hear or be head clearly and everyone in the room can’t be seen.
The wide-view HD 1080p camera and built-in speakerphone deliver razor-sharp video and crystal-clear 12 ft. audio range so everyone is clearly seen and heard.
Our conference room video system is too hard to use so most meetings happen at our desks huddled around a laptop—which also disrupts other people’s work.
With one-touch join, the Skype Room System makes it easy for everyone in the oce to start a professional video meeting with minimal training. So the system is used more frequently—instead of collecting dust—and teams increase collaboration and productivity.
