Some abnormal noise (gear’s tooth skipping noise) might be recognized while driving the machine due to the boss
of the following fuser drive gears which was damaged by excessive loads in the exit unit or the fuser unit. Therefore,
the following changes were made in order to increase the strength of the boss.
1. GEAR Z48H: The round shape at the bottom was changed from R0.5 to R1.0.
2. GEAR Z45S: The round shape at the bottom was changed from R0.5 to R1.0.
