DOWN DUCT AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM:
Ensures consistent cabinet temperatures.
EASILY REMOVABLE GASKETS: Solid door gaskets are easily removed without tools for cleaning or replacement, eliminating the expense of a service call.
FIELD REHINGEABLE DOOR: Maximum flexibility for layout changes.

passed through cooling coils, and returned to the cabinet through Hobart louvered down-duct(s) that provide uniform cooling throughout the cabinet, regardless of the loading pattern. Also used in bakery for dough retarding. Defrosting is automatic
on frozen food cabinets.
