The Micro Piezo™ print head used in the
Epson Stylus Pro printers incorporates
Variable-sized Droplet Technology to
produce different size ink droplets as
small as 3.5 picolitres (depending on the
image and type of media used). This not
only improves the evenness of the ink
relative to the surface of the print, but
also reduces ink consumption.

Epson Stylus Pro printers are therefore
capable of true 2880 dpi resolution,
resulting in razor-sharp images that
display superb detail.
