Verwendung
Dieses Gerät ist zum Aufpumpen von Auto-, Motorrad-, Fahrradreifen und kleinvolumige aufblasbare Spiel-, Sport- und Strandartikel bestimmt.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht geeignet für Reifen mit sehr
großen Volumen wie z.B. Lkw-Reifen oder auch
großvolumige Aufblasartikel wie z.B. Schlauchboote oder Luftmatratzen.
Das Gerät darf nur nach dessen Bestimmung verwendet werden. Jede weitere darüber hinausgehende Verwendung ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Für daraus hervorgerufene Schäden oder Verletzungen aller Art haftet der Benutzer/Bediener und
nicht der Hersteller.

benutzt wird.
Vorsicht!
Restrisiken
Auch wenn Sie dieses Elektrowerkzeug
vorschriftsmäßig bedienen, bleiben immer
Restrisiken bestehen. Folgende Gefahren
können im Zusammenhang mit der Bauweise
und Ausführung dieses Elektrowerkzeuges
auftreten:
1. Gehörschäden, falls kein geeigneter Gehör-
schutz getragen wird.
2. Gesundheitsschäden, die aus Hand-Arm-
Schwingungen resultieren, falls das Gerätüber einen längeren Zeitraum verwendet
wird oder nicht ordnungsgemäß geführt und
gewartet wird.

Dieses Elektrowerkzeug erzeugt während des
Betriebs ein elektromagnetisches Feld. Dieses
Feld kann unter bestimmten Umständen aktive
oder passive medizinische Implantate beeinträchtigen. Um die Gefahr von ernsthaften oder
tödlichen Verletzungen zu verringern, empfehlen
wir Personen mit medizinischen Implantaten
ihren Arzt und den Hersteller vom medizinischen

5. Vor Inbetriebnahme
Das Gerät wird ohne Akkus und ohne Ladegerät
geliefert und darf nur mit den Li-Ion Akkus der
Power-X-Change Serie verwendet werden!
Überprüfen Sie das Gerät auf Transportschä-
•
den. Etwaige Schäden sofort dem Transportunternehmen melden, mit dem der Kompressor angeliefert wurde.
Auf trockene und staubfreie Ansaugluft ach-
•
ten.
Den Kompressor nicht in feuchtem oder nas-
•
sem Raum aufstellen.
Der Kompressor darf nur in geeigneten Räu-
•
men (gut belüftet, Umgebungstemperatur
+5°C bis 40°C) betrieben werden. Im Raum
dürfen sich keine Stäube, keine Säuren,
Dämpfe, explosive oder entflammbare Gase
befinden.
Der Kompressor ist geeignet für den Einsatz
•
in trockenen Räumen. In Bereichen, in denen
mit Spritzwasser gearbeitet wird, ist der Einsatz nicht zulässig.
Reinigen Sie Ihre Kleidung nicht mit der
•
Druckluft
Halten Sie sämtliche Lüftungsschlitze frei von
•
Verunreinigungen.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf geheizten
•
Untergrund.
Warnung! Beachten Sie für Gegenstände die
aufgeblasen werden sollen die Angaben und Sicherheitshinweise des Herstellers.
5.1 Laden des Li-Ion-Akku-Packs (Abb. 3,4)
1. Akku-Pack aus dem Handgriff heraus ziehen,
dabei die Rasttaste (C) nach unten drücken.
2. Vergleichen, ob die auf dem Typenschild
angegebene Netzspannung mit der vorhandenen Netzspannung übereinstimmt. Stecken
Sie den Netzstecker des Ladegeräts in die
Steckdose. Die grüne LED beginnt zu blinken.
3. Schieben Sie den Akku auf das Ladegerät.
Unter Punkt 10 (Anzeige Ladegerät) fi nden Sie
eine Tabelle mit den Bedeutungen der LED Anzeige am Ladegerät.
Sollte das Laden des Akku-Packs nicht möglich
sein, überprüfen Sie bitte
ob an der Steckdose die Netzspannung vor-
•
handen ist.
ob ein einwandfreier Kontakt an den Lade-
•
kontakten des Ladegerätes vorhanden ist.
Sollte das Laden des Akku-Packs immer noch
nicht möglich sein, bitten wir Sie,
das Ladegerät und Ladeadapter
•
und den Akku-Pack
•
an unseren Kundendienst zu senden.
Für einen fachgerechten Versand kontaktieren Sie bitte unseren Kundendienst oder die
Verkaufsstelle, bei der das Gerät erworben
wurde.
Beachten Sie beim Versand oder Entsorgung
von Akkus bzw. Akkugerät, dass diese einzeln in Kunststoff beutel verpackt werden, um
Kurzschlüsse und Brand zu vermeiden!
Im Interesse einer langen Lebensdauer des AkkuPacks sollten Sie für eine rechtzeitige Wiederaufladung des Akku-Packs sorgen. Dies ist auf jeden
Fall notwendig, wenn Sie feststellen, dass die
Leistung des Geräts nachlässt. Entladen Sie den

Akku-Pack nie vollständig. Dies führt zu einem
Defekt des Akku-Packs!
5.2 Akku-Kapazitätsanzeige (Abb. 5)
Drücken Sie auf den Schalter für AkkuKapazitätsanzeige (A). Die Akku-Kapazitätsanzeige (B) signalisiert ihnen den Ladezustand des
Akkus anhand von 3 LED`s.
Alle 3 LEDs leuchten:
Der Akku ist voll aufgeladen.
2 oder 1 LED(‘s) leuchten
Der Akku verfügt über ausreichende Restladung.
1 LED blinkt:
Der Akku ist leer, laden Sie den Akku auf.
Alle LED’s blinken:
Die Temperatur des Akkus ist überschritten. Entfernen Sie den Akku vom Gerät und lassen Sie
den Akku einen Tag bei Raumtemperatur liegen.
Tritt der Fehler wieder auf, so wurde der Akku tiefentladen und ist defekt. Entfernen Sie den Akku
vom Gerät. Ein defekter Akku darf nicht mehr verwendet bzw. geladen werden.
5.3 Akkumontage (Bild 3)
Schieben Sie den Akku in die dafür vorgesehene
Akkuaufnahme. Ist der Akku in der Position wie in
Bild 3 zu sehen, auf Einrasten der Rasttaste (C)
achten! Die Akkuentnahme erfolgt wie unter Kapitel 5.1 beschrieben.
6. Bedienung
6.1 Gerät ein-/ausschalten
a) Einschalten
Drücken Sie den Taster Abb. 7 / Pos. 9b um das
Gerät einzuschalten, die Displayanzeige erscheint.
b) Ausschalten
Drücken Sie den Taster Abb. 7 / Pos. 9b für
•
ca. 2 Sekunden, die Displayanzeige erlischt.
Bei Nichtbenutzung schaltet sich das Gerät
•
innerhalb ca. 5 Minuten automatisch aus, die
Displayanzeige erlischt.
6.2 Displayanzeige (Abb. 7)
Im oberen Bereich des Displays (9a) er-
•
scheint der für den Automatikbetrieb eingestellte Druck, beginnend mit 0,30 bar / 30 kPa
/ 5.0 PSI.
Im unteren Bereich erscheint der am Druck-
•
schlauch erreichte Druck. Sollte beim Anschluss des Druckschlauches bereits Druck
im aufzublasenden Teil vorhanden sein, so
wird dieser nach Einschalten des Gerätes
angezeigt.
6.3 Einstellungen im Automatik Betrieb
(Abb. 7)
Mit dem Taster (9b) kann die Einheit des an-
•
gezeigten Drucks gewählt werden. Es können
die Einheiten [bar], [PSI] oder [kPa] angezeigt
werden.
Mit dem Taster (9c) kann der gewünschte
•
Druck verringert werden.
Mit dem Taster (9d) kann der gewünschte
•
Druck erhöht werden.
6.4 Automatikbetrieb / manueller Betrieb
(Abb. 6)
a) Automatikbetrieb
Schalten Sie das Gerät auf Automatikbe-
•
trieb, indem Sie die Schalterstellung „AUTO“
(Pos. 7a) des Ein-/Aus/Automatik Schalters
drücken. Der Kompressor pumpt bis zu dem
zuvor am Display voreingestellten Druck auf
und schaltet ab.
b) Manueller Betrieb
Schalten Sie das Gerät auf manuellen Be-
•
trieb, indem Sie die Schalterstellung „MANUAL“ (Pos. 7b) des Ein-/Aus/Automatik Schalters drücken. Der Kompressor pumpt bis Sie
den Schalter auslassen.
6.5 Kompressor-Druckluftbetrieb
Verbinden Sie den Adapter (Abb. 1/Pos. 5a)
•
des Druckluftschlauchs mit dem aufzublasenden Gegenstand. Durch Umklappen des
Befestigungshebels (Abb. 1 / Pos. 5b) sichern
Sie den Adapter am Ventil oder Ventiladapter.
Verwenden Sie je nach Anwendungsfall zu-
•
sätzlich die Adapter (10, 11, 12) oder weitere
im Handel erhältliche Adapter.
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und nehmen Sie
•
entsprechend Ihrer Bedürfnisse die Einstellungen anhand Abschnitt 6.1 – 6.4 vor.
Warnung! Beachten Sie, dass im manuellen
•
Betrieb der Kompressor nicht selbständig
abschaltet, sondern bis zum Erreichen des

maximalen Drucks den angeschlossenen Gegenstand aufpumpt und gegebenenfalls zum
Platzen bringt.
Warnung! Beachten Sie die Angaben des
•
Reifenherstellers und Fahrzeugherstellers
zum empfohlenen Reifendruck.
Warnung! Dieses Gerät ist nicht geeicht!
•
Überprüfen Sie für einen geeichten Messwert
nach dem Befüllen den Reifendruck mit einem geeigneten Messgerät, zum Beispiel an
einer Tankstelle.
Lassen Sie den Kompressor nach einer Lauf-
•
zeit von 10 Minuten jeweils etwa 10 Minuten
abkühlen um Überhitzung zu vermeiden.
7. Reinigung, Wartung und
Ersatzteilbestellung
Gefahr!
Ziehen Sie vor allen Reinigungsarbeiten den
Akku heraus.
7.1 Reinigung
Halten Sie Schutzvorrichtungen, Luftschlitze
•
und Motorengehäuse so staub- und schmutzfrei wie möglich. Reiben Sie das Gerät mit
einem sauberen Tuch ab oder blasen Sie es
mit Druckluft bei niedrigem Druck aus.
Wir empfehlen, dass Sie das Gerät direkt
•
nach jeder Benutzung reinigen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät regelmäßig mit einem
•
feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösungsmittel; diese könnten die
Kunststoffteile des Gerätes angreifen. Achten
Sie darauf, dass kein Wasser in das Geräteinnere gelangen kann. Das Eindringen von
Wasser in ein Elektrogerät erhöht das Risiko
eines elektrischen Schlages.
8. Entsorgung und
Wiederverwertung
Das Gerät befi ndet sich in einer Verpackung um
Transportschäden zu verhindern. Diese Verpackung ist Rohstoff und ist somit wieder verwend-
bar oder kann dem Rohstoff kreislauf zurüc0,8
kgeführt werden. Das Gerät und dessen Zubehör
bestehen aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie
z.B. Metall und Kunststoff e. Defekte Geräte ge-
hören nicht in den Hausmüll. Zur fachgerechten
Entsorgung sollte das Gerät an einer geeigneten
Sammelstellen abgegeben werden. Wenn Ihnen
keine Sammelstelle bekannt ist, sollten Sie bei
der Gemeindeverwaltung nachfragen.
9. Lagerung
Lagern Sie das Gerät und dessen Zubehör an einem dunklen, trockenen und frostfreiem Ort.
Die optimale Lagertemperatur liegt zwischen 5
und 30 ˚C. Bewahren Sie das Elektrowerkzeug in
der Originalverpackung auf.
Am Gehäuse sind Halterungen (Abb. 2) für die
Ventiladapter integriert. Der Druckschlauch kann
am Gehäuse befestigt werden (Abb. 8).
7.2 Wartung
Im Geräteinneren befi nden sich keine weiteren zu
wartenden Teile.
7.3 Ersatzteil- und Zubehörbestellung:

Das Ladegerät lädt den Akku im Schnellladebetrieb.
Die entsprechenden Ladezeiten fi nden Sie direkt am Ladegerät.
Hinweis! Je nach vorhandener Akkuladung können die tatsächlichen
Ladezeiten von den angegebenen Ladezeiten etwas abweichen.
Aus An Der Akku ist aufgeladen und einsatzbereit.
Danach wird bis zur vollständigen Ladung auf eine Schonladung umgeschaltet.
Lassen Sie hierzu den Akku etwa 15 min. länger am Ladegerät.

und benötigt mehr Zeit. Dies kann folgende Ursachen haben:
- Akku wurde sehr lange Zeit nicht mehr geladen.
- Die Akkutemperatur liegt nicht im Idealbereich zwischen 10° C und
45° C.
Maßnahme:
Warten Sie bis der Ladevorgang abgeschlossen ist, der
Akku kann trotzdem weiter geladen werden.

Ladevorgang ist nicht mehr möglich. Der Akku ist defekt.
Maßnahme:
Ein defekter Akku darf nicht mehr geladen werden.

- Schäden am Gerät, die durch missbräuchliche oder unsachgemäße Anwendungen (wie z.B. Überlastung des Gerätes oder Verwendung von nicht zugelassenen Einsatzwerkzeugen oder Zubehör),
Eindringen von Fremdkörpern in das Gerät (wie z.B. Sand, Steine oder Staub, Transportschäden),
Gewaltanwendung oder Fremdeinwirkungen (wie z. B. Schäden durch Herunterfallen) entstanden

- Schäden am Gerät oder an Teilen des Geräts, die auf einen gebrauchsgemäßen, üblichen oder
sonstigen natürlichen Verschleiß zurückzuführen sind.
4. Die Garantiezeit beträgt 24 Monate und beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum des Gerätes. Garantieansprüche sind vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit innerhalb von zwei Wochen, nachdem Sie den Defekt erkannt
haben, geltend zu machen. Die Geltendmachung von Garantieansprüchen nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit ist ausgeschlossen. Die Reparatur oder der Austausch des Gerätes führt weder zu einer
Verlängerung der Garantiezeit noch wird eine neue Garantiezeit durch diese Leistung für das Gerät
oder für etwaige eingebaute Ersatzteile in Gang gesetzt. Dies gilt auch bei Einsatz eines Vor-OrtServices.

5. Before using the equipment
This product is supplied without batteries and
without a charger and is allowed to be used only
with the lithium-ion batteries of the Power-XChange series!
Check the equipment for damage which may
•
have occurred in transit. Report any damage
immediately to the transport company which
was used to deliver the compressor.
Make sure that the intake air is dry and dust-
•
free.
Do not install the compressor in a damp or
•
wet room.
The compressor may only be used in suitable
•
rooms (with good ventilation and an ambient
temperature from +5 °C to 40 °C). There must
be no dust, acids, vapors, explosive gases or
inflammable gases in the room.
The compressor is designed to be used in dry
•
rooms. It is prohibited to use the compressor
in areas where work is conducted with sprayed water.
Do not clean your clothes with compressed
•
air.
Keep all the air vents free of foreign bodies.
•
Do not place the equipment on a heated
•
surface.
Warning! When using the equipment to infl ate
objects, check the information and safety
instructions provided by the manufacturer of
these objects.
5.1 Charging the lithium-ion battery pack
(Fig. 3, 4)
1. Pull the battery pack out of the handle,
pressing the pushlock button (C)
downwards while you do so.
2. Check that your mains voltage is the
same as that marked on the rating plate.
Insert the power plug of the charger into
the socket outlet. The green LED will then
begin to fl ash.
3. Push the battery pack onto the battery
charger.
In section 10 (Charger indicator) you will fi nd a
table with an explanation of the LED indicator on
the charger.
If the battery pack fails to charge, check for the
following:

whether there is good contact at the charging

contacts of the charging unit.
If the battery pack still fails to charge, send
the charger and charging adapter

and the battery pack

to our customer service center.
To ensure that items are properly packaged
and delivered when you send them to us,
please contact our customer service or the
point of sale at which the equipment was
purchased.
When shipping or disposing of batteries and
cordless tools, always ensure that they are
packed individually in plastic bags to prevent
short circuits and fi res.
To ensure that the battery pack provides long service, you should take care to recharge it promptly.
You must recharge the battery pack when you
notice that the performance of the device drops.
Never allow the battery pack to become fully discharged. This will cause it to develop a defect.
5.2 Battery capacity indicator (Fig. 5)
Press the button for the battery capacity indicator
(A). The battery capacity indicator (B) will indicate
the charge status of the battery by means of 3
LEDs.
All 3 LEDs are lit:
The battery is fully charged.
2 or 1 LED(s) are lit:
The battery has an adequate remaining charge.
1 LED blinks:
The battery is empty, recharge the battery.
All LEDs blink:
The battery temperature is too low. Remove the
battery from the equipment, keep it at room temperature for one day. If the fault reoccurs, this means that the rechargeable battery has undergone
exhaustive discharge and is defective. Remove
the battery from the equipment. Never use or
charge a defective battery.
5.3 Fitting the battery (Fig. 3)
Push the battery into the battery mount provided.
When the battery is positioned as in Fig. 3, make
sure that the pushlock button (C) latches in place!

6. Operation
6.1 Switching the equipment on and / off
a) Switching on
Press the button Fig. 7 / Item 9b to switch on the
equipment; the display will appear.
b) Switching off
Press button Fig. 7 / Item 9b for approx. 2 se-

conds; the display will disappear.
The equipment switches off automatically
•
after approx. 5 minutes of non-activity; the
display will also disappear.
6.2 Display (Fig. 7)
In the upper region of the display (9a) the
•
pressure set for automatic mode will appear
starting with 0.30 bar / 30 kPa / 5.0 PSI.
In the lower region of the display you will see
•
the pressure reached at the pressure hose.
If there is already pressure in the object you
want to inflate when you attach the pressure
hose, this pressure will be indicated after the
equipment is switched on.
6.3 Adjustments in automatic mode (Fig. 7)
The unit of the displayed pressure can be se-
•
lected with the button (9b). The pressure can
be displayed in units of [bar], [PSI] or [kPa].
Use the button (9c) to reduce the desired
•
pressure.
Use the button (9d) to increase the desired
•
pressure.
6.4 Automatic mode / manual mode (Fig. 6)
a) Automatic mode
You can switch the equipment to automatic
•
mode by pressing the “AUTO” switch position
(Item 7a) of the On/Off/Automatic switch. The
compressor will then pump until the pressure that was preselected on the display is
reached; then it will switch off.
b) Manual mode
You can switch the equipment to manual
•
mode by pressing the “MANUAL” switch position (Item 7b) of the On/Off/Automatic switch.
The compressor will then pump until you release the switch.
6.5 Compressor compressed air mode
Connect the adapter (Fig. 1 / Item 5a) of the
•
compressed air hose to the object you want
to inflate. Flip over the fastening lever (Fig. 1 /
Item 5b) to secure the adapter on the valve or
the valve adapter.
Depending on what you are inflating, also use
•
the adapters (10, 11, 12) or other adapters
available from retail stores.
Switch on the equipment and consult section
•
6.1 – 6.4 to make the settings to suit your
needs.
Warning! Note that in manual mode the com-
•
pressor does not switch off automatically but
will continue inflating the connected object
until the maximum pressure is reached or the
object bursts.
Warning! Observe the information supplied
•
by the tire manufacturer and the vehicle manufacturer relating to the recommended tire
pressure.
Warning! This equipment is not calibrated!
•
For a calibrated measurement value, check
the actual tire pressure using a calibrated meter after you have inflated the tires yourself,
e.g. at a petrol station.
Allow the compressor to cool down for about
•
10 minutes after every 10 minutes of operation in order to prevent overheating.
7. Cleaning, maintenance and
ordering of spare parts
Danger!
Always take the battery out of the equipment
and pull out the power plug before starting any
cleaning work.
7.1 Cleaning
Keep all safety devices, air vents and the
•
motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as
possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean
cloth or blow it with compressed air at low
pressure.
We recommend that you clean the device
•
immediately each time you have finished
using it.
Clean the equipment regularly with a moist
•
cloth and some soft soap. Do not use
cleaning agents or solvents; these could attack the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep into the device. The

8. Disposal and recycling
The equipment is supplied in packaging to prevent it from being damaged in transit. The raw
materials in this packaging can be reused or
recycled. The equipment and its accessories are
made of various types of material, such as metal
and plastic. Never place defective equipment in
your household refuse. The equipment should
be taken to a suitable collection center for proper
disposal. If you do not know the whereabouts of
such a collection point, you should ask in your
local council offi ces.

9. Storage
Store the equipment and accessories in a dark
and dry place at above freezing temperature. The
ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 30
°C. Store the electric tool in its original packaging.
Holders (Fig. 2) for the valve adapters are
integrated in the housing. The pressure hose can
be attached to the housing (Fig. 8).

minutes longer.
Action:
Take the battery pack out of the charger. Disconnect the charger from the
mains supply.
The charger is in gentle charging mode.
For safety reasons the charging is performed less quickly and takes more
time. The reasons can be:
- The rechargeable battery has not been used for a very long time.
- The battery temperature is outside the ideal range.
Action:
Wait for the charging to be completed; you can still continue to charge the
battery pack.
Charging is no longer possible. The battery pack is defective.
Action:
Never charge a defective battery pack.
Take the battery pack out of the charger.
The battery pack is too hot (e.g. due to direct sunshine) or too cold
(below 0° C).

Remove the battery pack and keep it at room temperature (approx. 20° C)
for one day .

2. The warranty services cover only defects due to material or manufacturing faults on a product which

de plage gonfl ables de faible volume. Cet appareil

5. Avant la mise en service
L’appareil est livré sans accumulateur et sans
chargeur et ne doit être utilisé qu’avec les
accumulateurs Li-Ion de la série Power-XChange !
Contrôlez si l’appareil n’a pas subi de dom-

mages de transport. Signalez immédiatement
tout dommage au transporteur qui a livré le
compresseur.
Veillez à ce que l’air aspiré soit sec et sans

poussière.
N’installez pas le compresseur dans un end-
•
roit humide ou mouillé.
Le compresseur doit être utilisé uniquement
•
dans des endroits adéquats (bonne ventilation, température ambiante +5 °C à 40 °C).
La pièce doit être exempte de poussières,
d’acides, de vapeurs, de gaz explosifs ou
inflammables.
Le compresseur est adapté pour être em-
•
ployé dans des endroits secs. Il ne peut être
utilisé dans des zones où l’on travaille avec
des projections d’eau.
Ne nettoyez pas vos vêtements avec l’air

comprimé.
Maintenez toutes les fentes d’aération exem-

Ne placez pas l’appareil sur un support

Tirez le bloc accumulateur hors de la poig-

née, en poussant la touche à cran (C) vers
le bas.
Comparez si la tension du secteur indiquée

sur la plaque signalétique correspond à la
tension réseau disponible. Branchez la fi che
de contact du chargeur dans la prise de
courant. Le voyant LED vert commence à
clignoter.
Poussez l’accumulateur sur le chargeur.

Au point 10 (affi chage chargeur), vous trouverez
un tableau avec les signifi cations des affi chages
LED sur le chargeur.
S’il est impossible de charger le bloc
accumulateur, veuillez contrôler

Veillez à ce que, lors de l’envoi ou de la mise
au rebut, les accumulateurs ou les appareils
sans fi l soit emballés séparément dans des
sacs en plastique afi n d’éviter les courts-
circuits ou un incendie !
Dans l‘intérêt d‘une longue durée de fonctionnement du bloc accumulateur, vous devez prendre
soin de recharger le bloc accumulateur en temps
voulu. Ceci est dans tous les cas indispensable
lorsque vous constatez une diminution de la
puissance de l‘appareil. Ne déchargez jamais
complètement le bloc accumulateur. Ceci cause
l‘endommagement du bloc accumulateur !
5.2 Affi chage de la capacité de la batterie
(fi g. 5)
Appuyez sur le bouton indicateur de charge de la
batterie (A). L’indicateur de charge de la batterie
(B) vous indique l’état de charge de la batterie à
l’aide de trois voyants LED colorés.
Les 3 voyants LED sont allumés :
La batterie est complètement rechargée.
2 ou 1 voyant LED est (sont) allumé (s) :
La batterie dispose encore d’un résidu de charge
suffi sant.
1 voyant LED clignote :
La batterie est vide, il faut la recharger.
Tous les voyants LED clignotent :
La température de l’accumulateur est trop faible.
Retirez l’accumulateur de l’appareil et laissez-le
reposer pendant un jour à température ambiante.
Si l’erreur survient à nouveau, cela signifi e que
l’accumulateur est en décharge profonde et défectueux. Retirez l’accumulateur de l’appareil. Un
accumulateur défectueux ne doit plus être utilisé
ou chargé.
5.3 Montage de l’accumulateur (fi g. 3)
Insérez l’accumulateur dans le logement prévu
à cet eff et. Dès que l’accumulateur est dans la
position indiquée sur la fi gure 3, veillez à ce que
la touche à cran (C) s’enclenche ! L’accumulateur
est retiré comme décrit dans le chapitre 5.1.
6. Commande
6.1 Allumer / Éteindre l’appareil
a) Allumer
Appuyez sur le bouton-poussoir fi g. 7 / pos. 9b
pour allumer l’appareil, l’écran s’allume.
b) Éteindre
Appuyez sur le bouton-poussoir fig. 7 / pos.

s’éteint.
En cas de non-utilisation, l’appareil s’éteint

automatiquement en l’espace d’env. 5 minutes, l’écran s’éteint.

La pression réglée pour le mode automatique

apparaît dans la zone supérieure de l’écran
(9a), en commençant par 0,30 bar / 30 kPa /
5,0 PSI.
La pression atteinte au niveau du tuyau de

pression apparaît dans la zone inférieure. Si
lors du raccordement du tuyau de pression, il
y a déjà de la pression dans l’élément à gonfler, celle-ci s’affiche après la mise en marche
de l’appareil.
6.3 Réglages en mode automatique (fi g. 7)
Le bouton-poussoir (9b) permet de choisir
•
l’unité de la pression indiquée. La pression
peut être affichée dans les unités [bar], [PSI]
ou [kPa].
Le bouton-poussoir (9c) permet de diminuer

la pression souhaitée.
Le bouton-poussoir (9d) permet d’augmenter

la pression souhaitée.
6.4 Mode automatique / Mode manuel (fi g. 6)
a) Mode automatique
Mettez l’appareil en mode automatique, en

appuyant sur la position de l’interrupteur
« AUTO » (pos. 7a) de l’interrupteur marche/
arrêt/automatique. Le compresseur gonfle
jusqu’à la pression préréglée auparavant sur
l’écran et s’éteint.
b) Mode manuel
Mettez l’appareil en mode manuel, en appu-
•
yant sur la position de l’interrupteur « MANUAL » (pos. 7b) de l’interrupteur marche/arrêt/
automatique. Le compresseur pompe jusqu’à
ce que vous éteigniez l’interrupteur.

6.5 Mode air comprimé du compresseur
Raccordez l’adaptateur (fig. 1/pos. 5a) du
•
tuyau d’air comprimé à l’objet à gonfler. En
rabattant le levier de fixation (fig. 1 / pos. 5b),
vous bloquez l’adaptateur sur la valve ou
l’adaptateur de valve.
Utilisez également les adaptateurs (10, 11,
•
12) ou d’autres adaptateurs disponibles dans
le commerce, selon le cas.
Allumez l’appareil et procédez, à l’aide des
•
sections 6.1 - 6.4, aux réglages en fonction
de vos besoins.
Avertissement ! Veuillez noter qu’en mode
•
manuel, le compresseur ne s’arrête pas automatiquement, mais gonfle l’objet raccordé
jusqu’à ce que la pression maximale soit atteinte et le fait éclater le cas échéant.

7. Nettoyage, maintenance et
commande de pièces de
rechange
Danger !
Débranchez la batterie avant tous travaux de nettoyage et débranchez la fi che de contact.
7.1 Nettoyage
Maintenez les dispositifs de protection, les
•
fentes à air et le carter de moteur aussi propres (sans poussière) que possible. Frottez
l’appareil avec un chiffon propre ou soufflez
dessus avec de l’air comprimé à basse pression.
Nous recommandons de nettoyer l’appareil
•
directement après chaque utilisation.
Nettoyez l’appareil régulièrement à l’aide d’un
•
chiffon humide et un peu de savon. N’utilisez
aucun produit de nettoyage ni détergeant;
ils pourraient endommager les pièces en
matières plastiques de l’appareil. Veillez à
ce qu’aucune eau n’entre à l’intérieur de
l’appareil. La pénétration de l’eau dans un
appareil électrique augmente le risque de
décharge électrique.
7.2 Maintenance
Aucune pièce à l’intérieur de l’appareil n’a besoin
de maintenance.

8. Mise au rebut et recyclage
L‘appareil se trouve dans un emballage permettant d‘éviter les dommages dus au transport.
Cet emballage est une matière première et peut
donc être réutilisé ultérieurement ou être réintroduit dans le circuit des matières premières.
L‘appareil et ses accessoires sont en matériaux
divers, comme par ex. des métaux et matières
plastiques. Les appareils défectueux ne doivent
pas être jetés dans les poubelles domestiques.
Pour une mise au rebut conforme à la réglementation, l‘appareil doit être déposé dans un centre
de collecte approprié. Si vous ne connaissez pas
de centre de collecte, veuillez vous renseigner
auprès de l‘administration de votre commune.
9. Stockage
Entreposez l’appareil et ses accessoires dans
un endroit sombre, sec et à l’abri du gel tout
comme inaccessible aux enfants. La température
de stockage optimale est comprise entre 5 et 30
°C. Conservez l’outil électrique dans l’emballage
d’origine.
Des fi xations (fi g. 2) pour les adaptateurs de valve
sont intégrées sur le carter. Le tuyau de pression
peut être fi xé sur le carter (fi g. 8).
