VIBRATIONS TRANSMITTER model TR-27
Function
The integrated transmitter TR-27 measures the absolute vibrations of any rotating machine support
and is able to interface directly in 2 wires technique (current loop 4 to 20 mA) to an acquisition
system (PLC or DCS).
The transmitter reduces at the most the incidence of installation and wiring that normally limits the
possibilities of application of the traditional vibrations monitoring systems.
General description
The transmitter, secured directly on machinery, generates an electric signal (4 to 20 mA) which is
proportional to vibration speed or acceleration.
The transmitter is made of a stainless steel body with machine connection thread; the connection to
the users is effected by integral 2 wires shielded cable.
NOTE: The transmitter is available in different configuration versions and is operative once correctly
completed its electrical connection, as indicated by drawing 89927-P; it doesn't need of setup or
maintenance interventions.
