4. a.) Insert 2 screws into lower 2 holes above Lower Hose Rack and turn until tightened. b.) Place hex nuts into back of Tool Caddy and tighten bolts from the front. Do not over tighten.
5. Attach tools to the end of the hose or front of the upper handle. Wrap the power cord and hose.
