● Draw the Center Line of the Track
1. D raw a h orizonta l lin e whi ch is
[1-5 /16 "(3 3mm ) + D oor Hei ght +
3/8" (10 mm) ]abo ve th e floo r.Th e
leng th of t he li ne ne eds to be same
as you r tot al tr ack l ength.
2. T he ho rizontal l ine i s to la bel o ut
the tr ack ' s center l ine , and e asi ly
mark d own e ach t rac k hole's ce nte r
poin t to at tac h the t rack later .

● Assemble Door Stoppers
1.Co nne ct th e tra ck pieces wi th ju nct ion
plat es.
(Dis reg ard S tep -b-1 for sin gle p iec e
trac k).
2.Us e a hex w ren ch to l oose the scr ew of
the do or st opp ers a nd slide the m ont o the
trac k as sh own i n the p icture. Be c are ful
to not b loc k any t rac k hole and let t he
scre w(F or si ngl e door insta lla tio n, on ly
the st opp ers a t bot h track ends a re
nece ssa ry.)
3.Co nne ct th e tra cks using th e juc tio n
plat e/t rac k con nector.

● Drill Track Holes
1.Ho ld th e tra ck ho rizontal ly up t o the
line m ark ed in s tep -a until it is v isi ble
thro ugh t he ce nte r of the holes o n the
trac k.
2.Ma rk al l the c ent er points of t he
hole s on th e tra ck, then put the t rac k dow n.
3.If i t is a wo ode n wal l, use a drill w ith
6mm bi t, ot her wis e, use with 12 mm bi t for
dril lin g of th e mar ked points .

Lag Sc rew o n opp osi te end of Track .

3.Fo r rem ain ing h oles in Track , ins ert
Lag Sc rew t hro ugh h ole and thro ugh
Spac er, an d dri ve in to pilot hol e.

4.Af ter a ll La g Scr ews and Spac ers a re
in pla ce, use a l eve l on top of the Tra ck
to mak e sur e it is p rop erly level ed. Whi le
the le vel i s on to p of th e Track, fast en al l
Lag Sc rew s.
● Installing Hangers
1.Ma rk th e hol es fo r the Door Han ger s on
the si de of t he do or fa cing away fr om th e
Tra ck as s how n in the pi ctu re.
Dril l the h ole s usi ng a 10mm bit.
2.In ser t the B olt s throu gh th e doo r fro m
wall s ide ,an d sec ure the Door H ang er by
the tw o Wa she rs and an Ac orn N ut to e ach
Bolt . Han d tig hte n both Nuts be for e sec uri ng
with a w ren ch.
3.Re pea t Ste p-e -1 and Step- e-2 o n the
othe r sid e of th e doo r edge.
● Install Anti-Jump Pads
1.Lo ose ly sc rew t he anti-ju mp pa d ont o the
top of t he do or ne ar th e hanger.
2.Sp in an d tur n it fa r away from th e wal l.
