Withdraw the passenger grab strap (5), push it from
the inside of the compartment removing the grab strap
loop (4).

Unscrew and remove the screw (6) and take the bush-
ing and the nut.

Working inside the c om partment, unscrew and remove
the nut (7), taking care not to lose it.

Raise and remove the passenger seat (8).
If the passenger seat is not installed, proceed as follows:

Loosen and remove the two nuts (9).

Withdraw the two screws (10) and take the two small
plugs (11) and (12).

Position the pad pressing spring (3).
Keeping the pad pres sing s pring (3 ) comp resse d in the
central part, insert the pin (2) so that it passes ov er the
spring.
Position the plastic cover (1).
Check the brake fluid level, see p. 2-30 (BRAKES).
CONTROL DISCO FRENO

Controle el desgaste del disco midiendo con un micró-
metro, en varios puntos, el espesor mínimo.
Si el espesor mínimo fuera inferior al valor mínimo,
aunque en un solo punto, sustituya el disco, véase
pág. 9-123 (DESMONTAJE DISCOS DE FRENO).
Valor mínimo del espesor del disco: 4 mm

Utilizando un comparad or, controle que la oscilació n
máxima del disco no supere la tolerancia, en caso

Check the wear on the d isc by measu rin g the min imum
thickness in several places by means of a micrometer.
If, even in one point of the disc only, the minimum thick-
ness is below the minimum value, change the disc,
p. 9-123 (REMOVING THE BRAKE DISCS).

Using a comparator, make sure that the maximum run
out of the disc does not exceed the limit value, other-
