Aastra 571i Quick Guide
Buttons Description
End-Ends an active call. The key also exits an open list, eg the
Options List, without saving changes.
Accesses services and options to customize your phone.
This keys also access the Directory List and Callers List.
Places an active call on hold. The caller will hear music
whilst on hold.
To take the call off hold, press the key again.
Redials up to 100 previously dialed numbers.
Pressing the Redial key twice simultaneously redials the last dialed
number.
Adjusts the volume for the handset,
ringer, and handsfree speaker.
The Aastra 57i IP phone supports up to 4 line keys.
soft keys. Four lower keys are pre
programmed for voicemail, directory, callers and i-zone. Others
can be programmed with personal numbers or functions (eg call
forwarding)
For some functions, the soft keys will display various options.
Mutes the microphone so that your caller cannot
hear you. You will still be able to hear your caller.
Press the UP and DOWN arrow keys to scroll through
lists (eg redial numbers) or menu selections, (eg the Options List).
Left and Right Arrow keys – used to select menu options (right
arrow) or go back one step from them (left arrow).
When editing entries:
Left and right arrows - moves the cursor left and right
