for Thermostat 4344608
The control you have received may be different from the original. The new control has a “pigtail” sensing bulb, designed for easier installation when a replacement control is required.
The bracket you received with the control will mount to the evaporator the same as the original.
The bulb for the “pigtail” control has a larger circumference, so it will require you to enlarge the hole inside the plastic liner of the refrigerator. Take care when enlarging the hole so the evaporator is not damaged.
Evaporator
Temperature control with pigtail and bracket are mounted on the back of the evaporator out of view of the consumer.
