Door trim
Tools
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
Release lever T10039 or Wedge T10039/1
Driver door trim, removing and installin
Note:
When removing door trim, use Wedge T10039/1 to
prevent damage to surface of trim piece.
Removing
- Switch ignition off

- Using Wedge T10039/1 , pry trim
out of handle recess in door trim.
- Remove bolts
- Remove two screws
- Using Wedge T10039/1 near securing
points, pry door trim out of mountings.
- Remove door trim from door by pulling
it upward.
- Press tabs in Bowden cable retainer
together

- Remove Bowden cable retainer
from inside door release mechanism

- Disconnect Bowden cable
inside door release mechanism

- Depending on vehicle equipment,
disconnect electrical components from
wiring harnesses.
- Detach wiring harnesses from door
trim.

Installing
- Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
Note:
Before installing, check securing clips for damage
and replace if necessary.
Front passenger door trim, removing and installin
Note:
When removing door trim, use Wedge T10039/1 to
