Adding and Removing Devices
Adding a Device to a List
You can have up to five devic es in each li st. To
add a device to a ny of the lists, ente r one of the
following i n any of the availa ble fields :
for video e ndpoints : enter any alia s, URI or •
ENUM with wh ich the device is register ed
for 3G mobile p hones: to route video to your •
mobile pho ne, you must have a 3G g ateway
- enter the gateway’s prefi x followed by the
mobile pho ne number. To route voice onl y,
enter the mob ile phone nu mber alon g with any
prefixes req uired by your di al plan for ex ternal
calls
for telepho nes: enter t he extensio n number ( for •
internal c alls) or tel ephone nu mber, along with
any neces sary pre fixes.
You can also use anot her perso n’s FindMe name
in any of these fi elds, for exam ple if you want yo ur
calls to be diverted to a coll eague.
Removing a Device from a List
To remove a device from a l ist, delete it fr om the
relevant fie ld and click
Save Change s.
Primar y Devices
Enter all the de vice(s) that you
want to be called when your
FindMe na me is first dia led.
If more than on e device is
listed here, th ey will all ri ng at
the same tim e.
Busy Devic es
For an individual, enter all the devi ce( s) to which you
want the call to b e diverted immediately if any of the
devices i n the Primary list are busy.
For a
group of peo ple, enter the dev ice( s) to which
you want the ca ll to be diver ted immedia tely if all of
the device s in the Primary li st are busy. (If so me of
the device s in the Prima ry list are b usy, the rest will
continue to ri ng for the spe cified time b efore the call
will be dive rted to the dev ices listed h ere.)
If more than on e device is li sted here, they will all ring
at the same tim e.
If no device s are listed he re, the calle r will get a “busy”
response i f any or all of the
Primary devi ces are busy.
No Answer Devices
Enter all the de vice(s) to whic h you want the cal l to be
diverte d if none of the devices in the Pr imary list are
answered w ithin the spe cified time.
If more than on e device is li sted here, they will all ring
at the same tim e.
If no device s are listed he re, the calle r will recei ve a
“no answer” response if n one of the
Primary devi ces
are answere d.
If Ring the Pr imary Devices is set to
until caller h angs up, you will not b e able to
list any devi ces here.
