Power supply
1.Remove the battery cover on the rear of your radio by applying pressure to the catch in the direction shown by the arrow.
2.Insert 4 X AA size batteries into the compartment.
Note:
Alternatively, you can use AC adapter if available.
The AC power adaptor required for this unit should be 6 voltsDC at
400mA center pin negative.
Insert the adaptor plug into the DC socket on the right hand side of the radio. Plug the adaptor into a standard mains socket outlet.
Whenever the adaptor is used, the batteries are automatically disconnected. The AC adaptor should be disconnected from the main supply when not in use.
Earphone
Plug the earphones ( not included) into the earphones jack to listen to the radio program.
AM/FM Band Selector
Set the band selector to the desired waveband.
Tuning Knob
Turn the tuning knob slowly to select the desired radio station.
Tuning LED indicator
When the LED lights on, it indicates the best tuning has been achieved.
Volume Knob
Rotate the volume knob clockwise for optimal listening level.
Treble and bass
Rotate the bass or treble knob clockwise to your own preferences.
FM antenna terminal
Install FM antenna for better reception.
