The cable is the disconnecting device. Install this unit so that the cable can be unplugged from the USB terminal of PC immediately.

• Do not hit this unit to anything. Do not apply strong pressure to this unit. External case may break when strong impact is applied, causing to damage or malfunction.

• Do not leave the unit in a car exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time with doors and windows closed.

• This unit may receive radio interference caused by mobile telephones during use. If such interference occurs, please increase separation between this unit and the mobile telephone.

• Do not press the top panel of this unit with excessive force or place heavy objects on it. Doing so may cause malfunction.

• This unit is for normal, general use only.

Maintenance

Turn off the power of this unit and wipe with dry soft cloth. Disconnect the USB cable when the USB cable is used.

• When it get very dirty, wipe off dirt with a cloth immersed in water and wrung strongly, and then wipe with dry soft cloth.

• Solvents such as benzine, thinner, alcohol, oil, detergents, etc., may cause the external case to be altered or the coating may come off, so do not use them.

• Before using chemically treated cloth, read the instructions that came with the cloth carefully.

• The USB cable is dedicated for this unit, so do not use with other devices. Also, do not use the USB cable for other devices with this unit.

An object that is in contact with the bottom surface of this unit is vibrated to distribute sound over a wide area.

finish, and shape of the object (desk, etc.) on which this unit is placed, not much sound may be produced. Choose an object that produces sound well.

∫ Placement

Place this unit in a location as flat and stable as possible.

• Before use, remove dust and other particles on the rubber pad of the stand.

• Vibrations are transmitted to all objects on the surface where this unit is placed. Avoid placing unnecessary items on the surface and take care to prevent this unit and other items from falling.

About removal of this unit

Depending on the material of the contact surface, this unit may stick too firmly to the surface, making its removal difficult. If it is difficult to remove this unit, rotate it in the direction of the arrow (A) to lift it. Do not rotate this unit in the opposite direction. This may cause the stand of this unit to come off.

(Important) About the splashproof

Specifications for this unit are equivalent of IPX4 of IEC 60529.

About the IPX4 (liquid ingress protection level against splashing water)

This unit retains its functionality after being sprayed with water, provided that the following conditions are met:

• Room temperature tap water is sprayed.

• Water is sprayed from a distance of approx. 20 cm away from this unit.

• Water is sprayed at all angles with multiple nozzles at a rate of 1.8 litres per minute for 10 minutes.

• Supplied USB cable is not splashproof.

all conditions.

∫ Cautions for using around water

For the splashproof performance, read the information on IPX4 (above) and observe the following points. Improper use may result in a malfunction:

• Securely close the terminal cover.

• Do not open or close the terminal cover with wet hands or when water droplets are on this unit. Doing so may cause malfunction such as terminal rusting with the water droplets.

• Do not connect and use a USB cable or an audio cable (not supplied).

• Do not pour soap water or detergent, or immerse in water.

• Remove any hair, lint, sand, dust, etc., that may be attached to the rubber seal on the terminal cover before closing.

• Leaving the device with water droplets in a cold region may result to malfunction such as the covers stuck closed.

• When water enters inside this unit, stop using this unit, and contact the nearest Dealer or Service Center. Malfunction due to exposure to water by improper handling by the customer will not be covered by the warranty. Supplied accessories are not splashproof.

About the power of this unit

USB cable (supplied)

This unit has a built-in battery. Please charge the battery before using this unit for the first time.

• If the battery level is low when this unit is turned on, the Battery indicator (red) (> 6) blinks slowly.

Connect this unit with the power turned off and the PC with the power turned on using the USB cable (supplied).

• If charging is necessary, the Battery indicator (red) lights. When charging is complete, the Battery indicator goes off.

∫ Using and charging with connecting to a PC turned on

Press [Í/I] for turning on this unit. The Bluetooth® indicator (blue) blinks or lights, and it is possible to operate this unit with the supplied power from a PC.

• It takes longer to charge while this unit is turned on.

• The maximum level of the volume during connecting to a PC is set below the normal maximum level.

Note

• You may need to charge the battery before using this unit.

• Do not use any other USB cables except the supplied one. (Operation is not guaranteed.)

• When the battery indicator stays lit for a long time, there may be an error. Disconnect the USB cable first, and then charge this unit again. If the battery indicator still does not go off, a malfunction may have occurred. In this case, send this unit in for repair.

• When this unit is not used over a long period of time, charge the built-in battery at least once every six months to prevent it from deteriorating.

• Communication is not possible when this unit is connected to a PC with the USB cable.

• Charging may not start if the battery level is sufficiently high even if it is not full.

• It is recommended to charge the battery in the temperature of between 10 oC and 35 oC. The Battery indicator (red) may flash and charging may not be possible when it is out of recommended temperature range.

• The battery may not charge when the temperature surrounding the battery is high during the operation or right after the operation even when it is within the recommended temperature range. In such case, stop the usage and let it cool down.

• To ensure safety, in the case of an excessive input signal, the system may be automatically interrupted and power is turned off.

By using the Bluetooth® connection, you can listen to the sound of the Bluetooth® audio device wirelessly.

3 Select “SC-RB5” from the Bluetooth® device’s menu.

• The MAC address “” (“” stands for a character that is unique to each set.) may be displayed before “SC-RB5” is displayed.

• [ ] lights up and the device is connected to this unit.

4 Start playback on the Bluetooth® device.

1 Press [Í/I] to turn this unit on.

• The Bluetooth® indicator (blue) blinks slowly.

• This unit may be connected to the last-used Bluetooth® device. At this point, please perform Step 3.

• If [ ] lights, a different Bluetooth® device is already connected with this unit. Disconnect it.

2 Select “SC-RB5” from the Bluetooth® device’s menu.

Using Boost Mode

It will make the sound played back on this unit easier to hear by boosting the level of specific frequency band.

• When saving the power consumption, set “Boost Mode” to “off”.

• Depending on the track or the volume, the flashing pattern of the illumination bars differs.

• When using the AUX input, AUX input has priority than the Bluetooth® features.

• The setting of the Bluetooth® is not changed even if the audio cable (not supplied) is inserted into AUX IN terminal.

• When using the AUX input, the volume may seem low depending on the connected device. In that case, check if the volume limit can be changed on the device. For details, refer to the manual of the device.

• If an audio cable is inserted during audio playback with a Bluetooth® connection, noise may occur. In this case, stop the playback on the device connected via Bluetooth®.

You can simultaneously output sound from multiple SC-RB5 units connected with audio cables (not supplied). Connect the first SC-RB5 unit (AUDIO OUT terminal) to the second unit (AUX IN terminal), and then connect the second unit (AUDIO OUT terminal) to the third unit (AUX IN terminal).

• The sound effect will be controlled separately by each unit. Make the same sound settings on the additional unit if necessary.

• Up to 3 units can be connected. Operation cannot be guaranteed if 4 or more units are connected.

Auto Off function

This unit automatically turns off if there is no audio input and no operation is performed for approximately 10 minutes.

Note

• This function will not operate when the AUX input is used while connected with the USB cable.

• This function may operate even when the music is being played back if the volume of the connected device is low.

• This function may not operate depending on the connected device.

To return to the factory preset state

Perform the following when you want to delete pairing device information, etc.

1 Press [Í/I] to turn this unit on. 2 Touch and hold [ ] and [VOL +] until [VOL –] indicator turns off.

The pairing device information will be deleted by the reset, so it will be necessary to perform pairing again. Delete the pairing information for this unit from the Bluetooth the pairing operation again. (See “Bluetooth® pairing” > 8)

Troubleshooting

Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt about some of the check points, or if the solutions indicated in the following guide do not solve the problem, consult your dealer for instructions.

Sound from the device is cut off.

• This unit is a vibration speaker. Depending on the object that is in contact with this unit, the sound quality and volume vary. If sound is not output as desired, change the object on which this unit is placed.

• The device is out of the 10 m communication range. Move the device nearer to this unit. (See “About

• Remove any obstacle between this unit and the device.

• Switch off any wireless LAN device.

• Check the volume and settings of the connected device.

• Depending on the connected device, the sound may break up or noise may be generated. In such cases, lower the volume on the connected device.

• If the sound skips or is not output correctly in other ways, perform “To return to the factory preset state” (> 10), and perform “Bluetooth pairing” (> 8) again.

The device cannot be connected.

• Refer to the operating instructions of the device, and perform the pairing operation again. (See “Bluetooth operations”

To remove the battery when disposing of this unit





The following instructions are not intended for repairing purposes but for the disposal of this unit. This unit is not restorable once disassembled. When disposing of this unit, take out the battery installed in this unit and recycle it.

• Use up the battery before disassembling.

• Keep the screws out of reach of children to prevent swallowing.

• Do not disassemble the battery.

• Do not heat or expose to flame.

• Do not short circuit.

• Do not disassemble, crush.

• Do not re-use.

• Do not place in microwave ovens.

1 Remove all screws (4) in the

image below.

• Use a cross-slot screwdriver. (commercially available).

2 Remove the cover A.

• A double-sided adhesive strip is attached to the cover A. Inserting a flat-head screwdriver or similar in the groove and prising the cover loose will allow easier removal.

3 Turn over this unit and remove

the cover B, then grab the cable C and pull it out.

4 Grab the cable D and pull it out.

5 Take out the battery.

• A double-sided adhesive strip is attached to the battery.





• Es handelt sich um Leitungswasser, das Raumtemperatur aufweist.

Vorsichtsmassnahmen bei Verwendung in der Nähe von Wasser

Lesen Sie für den Spritzwasserschutz die Informationen zu IPX4 (oben) durch und beachten Sie folgende Punkte. Unsachgemäße Verwendung kann zu einer Fehlfunktion führen.

• Schließen Sie den Anschlussdeckel sicher.

• Öffnen bzw. schließen Sie den Anschlussdeckel nicht mit nassen Händen oder wenn sich Wassertropfen am Gerät befinden. Es könnte sonst zu Fehlfunktionen wie Verrosten des Anschlusses mit Wassertropfen kommen.

• Schließen Sie kein USB-Kabel oder Audiokabel (nicht mitgeliefert) an.

• Gießen sie kein Seifenwasser oder Reinigungsmittel auf das Gerät und tauchen sie es nicht in Wasser ein.

Zum Einschalten des Geräts drücken Sie [Í/I]. Die Bluetooth®-Anzeige (blau) blinkt oder leuchtet, und das Gerät kann mit dem vom PC zugeführten Strom betrieben werden.

• Die Aufladung dauert länger, wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet ist.

• Der maximale Lautstärkepegel bei Anschluss an einen PC liegt unter dem normalen maximalen Lautstärkepegel.

Hinweis

• Es könnte sein, dass Sie die Batterie vor dem Gebrauch des Geräts aufladen müssen.

Wenn dieses Gerät über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht verwendet wird, laden Sie den eingebauten Akku mindestens einmal alle sechs Monate auf, um eine Verschlechterung zu verhindern.

Es ist keine Kommunikation möglich, wenn das Gerät mit dem USB-Kabel an einen PC angeschlossen ist.

• Der Ladevorgang kann nicht beginnen, wenn der Akkustand ausreichend hoch ist, auch wenn der Akku nicht vollständig geladen ist.

• Es wird empfohlen die Batterie bei einer Temperatur zwischen 10 oC und 35 oC aufzuladen. Die Batterieanzeige (rot) kann blinken und die Aufladung kann nicht möglich sein, wenn man sich außerhalb des empfohlenen Temperaturbereiches befindet.

Fehlerbehebung

Bevor Sie den Kundendienst in Anspruch nehmen, sollten Sie die folgenden Zustände überprüfen. Sind Sie bei irgendeinem der Punkte im Zweifel oder lassen sich Ihre Probleme nicht durch die im Folgenden angegebenen Lösungen lösen, wenden Sie sich bi tte an Ihren Fachhändler.

Der Sound des Geräts ist abgeschnitten.

• Bei diesem Gerät handelt es sich um einen Vibrationslautsprecher. Qualität und Lautstärke der Audiowiedergabe variieren je nach dem Objekt, das mit diesem Gerät in Kontakt ist. Wenn der Klang nicht wie gewünscht ausgegeben wird, platzieren Sie dieses Gerät auf einem anderen Objekt.

• An Abdeckung A ist doppelseitiges Klebeband befestigt. Sie können das Entfernen vereinfachen, indem Sie einen Schlitzschraubendreher in die Lücke einführen und die Abdeckung anheben.

3 Drehen Sie dieses Gerät um und

entfernen Sie die Abdeckung B. Fassen Sie dann das Kabel C und ziehen Sie es heraus.

S'il est difficile de retirer cet appareil, faites-le tourner dans le sens de la flèche (A) pour le soulever. Ne tournez pas cet appareil dans le sens inverse. Cela pourrait détacher le pied de cet appareil.

• L’eau est pulvérisée sur tous les angles avec plusieurs buses à un débit de 1,8 litres par minute pendant 10 minutes.

∫ Précautions à prendre lors d'une

utilisation près d'un point d'eau

Concernant les performances de résistance aux éclaboussures, lisez les informations sur la note IPX4 (ci-dessus) et suivez les points suivants. Une utilisation incorrecte peut causer un dysfonctionnement.

• Fermez soigneusement le cache prise.

• N'ouvrez pas et ne fermez pas le cache prise avec les mains mouillées ou lorsque des gouttes d’eau tombent sur cet appareil. Cela pourrait causer un dysfonctionnement comme la formation de rouille sur une prise causée par les gouttes d’eau.

• Ne branchez pas et n'utilisez pas le câble USB ou un câble audio (non fourni).

• Ne renversez pas d'eau savonneuse ou de détergent, n'immergez pas.

• Retirez tout cheveu, peluche, sable, poussière, etc., qui pourraient adhérer au joint en caoutchouc du cache prise avant de fermer.

• Laisser le dispositif couvert de gouttes d’eau dans une région froide peut entraîner un dysfonctionnement tel que le blocage des caches en position fermée.

• Si de l’eau s’est infiltrée à l’intérieur de cet appareil, arrêter de l’utiliser et contacter le revendeur ou le service d’assistance le plus proche. Si l'indicateur de la batterie ne s'efface toujours pas, il s'agit peut-être d'un mauvais fonctionnement. Dans ce cas, envoyez cet appareil en réparation.

• Quand cet appareil n'est pas utilisé pendant une longue période de temps, rechargez la batterie incorporée au moins une fois tous les six mois pour éviter qu'elle ne se détériore.

• La communication est impossible si cet appareil est raccordé à un ordinateur à l'aide du câble USB.

• Le chargement pourrait ne pas démarrer si le niveau de la batterie est encore suffisamment élevé même si la batterie n'est pas totalement pleine.

• Il est recommandé de charger la batterie à une température qui se situe entre 10 oC et 35 oC. L’indicateur Batterie (rouge) peut clignoter et le chargement peut être impossible si elle est en dehors de la plage de température recommandée.

• La batterie peut ne pas se charger si la température qui entoure la batterie est élevée durant l’opération ou juste après l’opération même si elle se situe dans la plage de température recommandée. Dans ce cas, cessez toute utilisation et laissez-la refroidir.

• Pour des raisons de sécurité, dans le cas d'un signal d'entrée trop fort, le système peut se couper automatiquement ainsi que l'alimentation.

Utilisation du Mode Boost

Il est possible de rendre le son lu par cet appareil plus facile à entendre en amplifiant le niveau de la bande de fréquence spécifique.

Vous pouvez reproduire simultanément le son de plusieurs appareils SC-RB5 raccordés par des câbles audio (non fournis). Raccordez le premier appareil SC-RB5 (prise AUDIO OUT) au deuxième appareil (prise AUX IN), puis raccordez le deuxième appareil (prise AUDIO OUT) au troisième appareil (prise AUX IN).

• L'effet sonore sera contrôlé séparément par chaque appareil. Effectuer le même réglage du son sur l'appareil supplémentaire si nécessaire.

• Il est possible de raccorder jusqu’à 3 appareils. Le fonctionnement n’est pas garanti si 4 appareils ou plus sont raccordés.

Fonction d'arrêt automatique

Cet appareil s'éteint automatiquement s'il n'y a aucune entrée sonore ou si vous ne l'utilisez pas pendant environ 10 minutes.

Note

• Cette fonction ne s'activera pas si l'entrée AUX est utilisée tandis que l'appareil est raccordé à l'aide du câble USB.

• Cette fonction peut s’activer même lorsque la musique est en cours de lecture si le volume du dispositif connecté est faible.

Pour revenir aux préréglages d'usine

Effectuez ce qui suit si vous désirez supprimer l'information d’un dispositif appairé, etc.

1 Appuyez sur [Í/I] pour mettre l’appareil sous tension. 2 Touchez [ ] et [VOL +] jusqu'à ce que l'indicateur [VOL –] s'éteigne.

Les informations de pairage du dispositif seront supprimées par la réinitialisation, il sera donc nécessaire d'effectuer de nouveau le pairage. Supprimez les informations de pairage concernant cet appareil à partir du dispositif Bluetooth®, puis effectuez de nouveau le pairage. (Voir “Appairage Bluetooth®” > 8)

Guide de dépannage

Avant de contacter le service après-vente, effectuez les vérifications suivantes. Si vous avez des doutes sur certains points, ou si les solutions fournies dans le guide suivant ne permettent pas de résoudre le problème, contactez votre revendeur pour connaître la marche à suivre.

Le son provenant du dispositif est coupé.

• Cet appareil est une enceinte à vibration. En fonction de l’objet avec lequel il est en contact, la qualité et le volume du son change. Si le son n’est pas reproduit comme désiré, changez l’objet sur lequel l’appareil est posé.

• Le dispositif se trouve au-delà des 10 m. de portée de communication. Rapprochez le dispositif de cet appareil. (Reportez-vous à la section “À propos des Bluetooth

• Retirez tous les obstacles se trouvant entre cet appareil et le dispositif.

• Désactivez tous les dispositifs du réseau local (LAN) sans fil.

• Vérifiez le volume et les paramètres du dispositif raccordé.

• En fonction du dispositif raccordé, le son peut être entrecoupé ou des parasites peuvent être générés. Si cela arrive, baissez le volume du dispositif raccordé.

Le volume est faible si cet appareil est connecté à un téléviseur via Bluetooth

• Réglez le volume du téléviseur. Le volume de sortie du casque peut être lié à celui de la sortie Bluetooth

en fonction du téléviseur. Dans ce cas, réglez le volume de la sortie du casque sur le téléviseur.

• Le niveau maximum du volume durant la connexion à un ordinateur est réglé en dessous du niveau maximum normal.

• Le niveau maximum du volume se règle en dessous du niveau maximum normal lorsque le niveau de la batterie est bas.

• Le volume peut se baisser automatiquement si la température de cet appareil dépasse un certain niveau.

Pour retirer la batterie lors de la mise au rebut de cet appareil





Les instructions suivantes ne sont pas destinées à des fins de réparation mais pour la mise au rebut de cet appareil. Cet appareil n'est pas récupérable une fois désassemblé. Lors de la mise au rebut de cet appareil, retirez la batterie installée dans ce dernier et recyclez-la.

• Épuisez la batterie avant le désassemblage.

• Gardez les vis hors de portée des jeunes enfants pour éviter qu’ils les avalent.

• Ne désassemblez pas la batterie.

• Ne chauffez pas et n’exposez pas les piles à une flamme.

• Ne provoquez pas de court-circuit.

• Ne désassemblez pas, n'écrasez pas.

• Ne la réutilisez pas.

• Ne la placez pas dans un four à micro-ondes.

Precauzioni per un utilizzo vicino all’acqua

Riguardo all’impermeabilità, leggere le informazioni su IPX4 (sopra) e osservare i seguenti punti. Un utilizzo improprio può causare malfunzionamenti.

• Chiudere saldamente il coperchio del terminale.

• Non aprire o chiudere il coperchio del terminale con le mani bagnate o quando ci sono delle gocce d'acqua sull’unità. Così facendo si possono causare malfunzionamenti come l’arrugginimento del terminale a causa delle gocce d’acqua.

• Non collegare e non utilizzare un cavo USB o un cavo audio (non in dotazione).

• Non versare acqua insaponata o detergenti, né immergere in acqua.

• Rimuovere qualsiasi capello, pelo, granello di sabbia o polvere, ecc. che si può attaccare alla guarnizione di gomma sul coperchio del terminale prima di chiuderlo.

• Se si lascia il dispositivo in un posto freddo con delle gocce d’acqua si possono provocare dei malfunzionamenti, ad esempio la copertura può restare incastrata.

• Quando dell’acqua entra dentro questa unità, interromperne l’utilizzo e contattare il rivenditore o il centro assistenza più vicino. Un malfunzionamento dovuto all’esposizione all’acqua per una scorretta gestione da parte del cliente non sarà coperto da garanzia. Gli accessori in dotazione non sono resistenti all’acqua.

L’audio dal dispositivo è instabile.

• Questa unità è un diffusore a vibrazioni. A seconda dell'oggetto a contatto con questa unità, la qualità audio ed il volume può variare. Se l'audio non viene emesso come desiderato, posizionare l'unità su un altro oggetto.

De kabel vormt het mechanisme om het toestel af te sluiten. Installeer dit toestel zo dat de kabel onmiddellijk uit de USB-aansluiting van de PC getrokken kan worden.

Plaats dit toestel op een zo plat en stabiel mogelijke plek.

• Verwijder vóór het gebruik stof en andere vuildeeltjes van de rubber laag van de standaard.

• Er worden trillingen overgebracht naar alle voorwerpen die op het oppervlak staan waarop dit toestel geplaatst wordt. Vermijd het om onnodige voorwerpen op het oppervlak te plaatsen en voorkom dat het toestel en andere voorwerpen kunnen vallen.

Verwijderen van dit toestel

Afhankelijk van het materiaal van het contactoppervlak. kan dit toestel stevig aan het oppervlak blijven hechten en kan verwijderen moeilijk zijn. Als het moeilijk is dit toestel te verwijderen, draai het dan in de richting van de pijl (A) om het op te tillen. Draai dit toestel niet in tegengestelde richting. Dit kan tot gevolg hebben dat de voetplaat van dit toestel los komt.

∫ Voorzorgsmaatregelen bij het

Lees voor de spetterbestendige werking de informatie over IPX4 (boven) en neem de volgende punten in acht. Een oneigenlijk gebruik kan een slechte werking tot gevolg hebben.

• Sluit zorgvuldig de afdekking van de aansluiting.

• Open of sluit de afdekking van de aansluiting niet met natte handen of als waterdruppels op het toestel zitten. Hierdoor kan een slechte werking ontstaan, zoals het roesten van de aansluiting, als gevolg van de aanwezigheid van de druppels.

• Sluit geen USB-kabel of audiokabel (niet bijgeleverd) aan en gebruik deze kabels niet.

Giet geen zeepsop of reinigingsmiddel op het toestel en dompel het niet in water.

• Verwijder haren, pluisjes, zand, stof, enz., dat op de rubber pakking op de afdekking van de aansluiting kan zitten, voordat u de afdekking sluit.

Dit toestel heeft een interne batterij. Laad de batterij op voordat dit toestel voor het eerst gebruikt wordt.

• Als het batterijniveau laag is wanneer dit toestel ingeschakeld is, zal het (rode) controlelampje van de batterij (> 6) langzaam knipperen.

• Het kan zijn dat u de batterij moet opladen alvorens dit toestel te gebruiken.

• Gebruik geen andere dan de bijgeleverde USB-kabel (de werking wordt anders niet gegarandeerd).

• Als het controlelampje van de batterij lange tijd brandt kan er een fout zijn. Sluit eerst de USB-kabel af en laadt dit toestel vervolgens opnieuw. Als het controlelampje van de batterij niet uitgaat, kan er mogelijk sprake zijn van een slechte werking. Stuur dit toestel in dat geval op voor reparatie.

• Wanneer dit toestel lange tijd niet gebruikt wordt, laad de interne batterij dan minstens één keer in de zes maanden op om te voorkomen dat deze verslechtert.

• Er is geen communicatie mogelijk als dit toestel met een USB-kabel op een PC aangesloten is.

• Het opladen zal misschien niet van start gaan als het batterijniveau voldoende hoog is, ook al is de batterij niet geheel opgeladen.

• Er wordt aanbevolen de batterij op te laden bij een temperatuur tussen 10 oC en 35 oC. Het controlelampje van de batterij (rood) kan knipperen en het kan zijn dat het opladen niet mogelijk is als de temperatuur niet binnen dit aanbevolen bereikt ligt.

• Het kan zijn dat de batterij niet opgeladen wordt als de temperatuur rondom de batterij hoog is tijdens de werking, of onmiddellijk na de werking, zelfs als deze binnen het aanbevolen bereik ligt. Onderbreek in dat geval het gebruik van het toestel en laat het afkoelen.

• Ter verzekering van de veiligheid kan het systeem in geval van een te groot ingangssignaal automatisch onderbroken worden, met uitschakeling van de stroom.

Voordat u assistentie aanvraagt, voert u de volgende controles uit. Als u over bepaalde controles twijfels heeft, of als de hierna aangeduide oplossingen het probleem niet verhelpen, raadpleeg dan uw verkoper voor instructies.

Het geluid afkomstig van het apparaat wordt onderbroken.

• Dit toestel is een vibratieluidspreker. Afhankelijk van het object dat in aanraking met dit toestel staat, variëren de geluidskwaliteit en het volume. Als het geluid niet naar wens uitgezonden wordt, verander dan het object waarop dit toestel geplaatst is.

• Het apparaat bevindt zich buiten het communicatiebereik van 10 m. Plaats het apparaat dichterbij dit toestel. (Zie “Over Bluetooth





De volgende instructies zijn niet bedoeld voor reparatiedoeleinden maar voor het afdanken van dit toestel. Dit toestel kan niet opnieuw in elkaar gezet worden als het eenmaal gedemonteerd is. Wanneer u dit toestel afdankt, verwijder dan de batterij die in dit toestel geïnstalleerd is en recycle deze.

• Zorg ervoor dat de batterij geheel leeg is voordat u de demontage uitvoert.

• Bewaar de schroeven buiten het bereik van kinderen om inslikken ervan te voorkomen.

• Demonteer de batterij niet.

• Verwarm de batterijen niet en stel deze niet bloot aan vuur.

• Geen kortsluiting veroorzaken.

• Niet demonteren, verbrijzelen.

• Niet hergebruiken.

• Niet in een magnetronoven plaatsen.

1 Verwijder alle schroeven (4)

• Gebruik een kruiskopschroevendraaier. (in de winkel verkrijgbaar).

2 Verwijder afdekking A.

• Er is een tweezijdige kleefstrip op deksel A aangebracht. Steek een schroevendraaier met platte kop of iets dergelijks in de groef en licht het deksel op om deze gemakkelijker te verwijderen.

3 Draai dit toestel om en verwijder

B, neem vervolgens kabel

Precauciones para el uso cerca del agua

Para conocer el rendimiento a prueba de chorros de agua, lea la información en IPX4 (arriba) y tenga en cuenta los siguientes puntos. El uso incorrecto puede ocasionar un funcionamiento defectuoso.

• Cierre bien la cubierta del terminal.

• No cierre ni abra la cubierta del terminal con las manos mojadas ni cuando este aparato tiene gotas de agua. El hacerlo podría ocasionar un funcionamiento defectuoso; por ejemplo, el terminal podría oxidarse por las gotas de agua.

• No conecte ni use un cable USB ni un cable de audio (no suministrado).

• No vierta agua ni detergente, ni lo sumerja en agua.

• Quite el pelo, la pelusa, la arena, el polvo, etc., que pueda haberse pegado al cierre de goma de la cubierta del terminal antes de cerrarlo.

• Si deja el terminal con gotas de agua en un lugar frío puede causar el funcionamiento defectuoso; por ejemplo, las cubiertas podrían pegarse una con otra.

• No use ningún cable USB que no sea el suministrado. (No se garantiza el funcionamiento).

• Si el indicador de la batería permanece iluminado durante un tiempo prolongado, puede que se haya producido un error. Desconecte el cable USB primero y a continuación cargue el aparato de nuevo. Puede emitir sonido desde varias unidades SC-RB5 conectadas mediante cables de audio (no suministrados) de forma simultánea. Conecte la primera unidad SC-RB5 (terminal AUDIO OUT) a la segunda unidad (terminal AUX IN) y después conecte la segunda unidad (terminal AUDIO OUT) a la tercera unidad (terminal AUX IN).

Solución de problemas

Las siguientes instrucciones no están previstas para la reparación de este aparato. Una vez que este aparato haya sido desarmado, la devolución queda sin efecto. Al desechar este aparato, retire la batería instalada en este aparato para su reciclaje.

• Agote la batería antes del desarmado.

• Mantenga los tornillos lejos del alcance de los niños para evitar que sean tragados.

• No desarme la batería.

• No caliente ni exponga las pilas a las llamas.

• No la cortocircuite.

• No la desarme ni la aplaste.

• No la reutilice.

• No la coloca en hornos microondas.

• Utilice un destornillador de ranuras en cruz. (disponible en comercios).

2 Retire la cubierta A.

• La cubier ta A tiene adherida una cinta adhesiva de doble cara. Si introduce un destornillador plano o una herramienta similar en la muesca y hace palanca, la cubierta se aflojará facilitándose su extracción.

3 Dé la vuelta al aparato y retire la

cubierta B. A continuación tire del cable C para sacarlo.

4 Tire del cable D para sacarlo.

5 Saque la batería.

• La batería tiene adherida una cinta adhesiva de doble cara.
