CCD gets wrong path for an electron after several time s power on/off (photo taken operation).

About 1.5%
OLT test result: 2pcs out of 200pcs during 100 shots photo taking
(1pc; 3shots got line, 1pc; 16 shots got line = not always happens even NG body)
