2) When prompted enter your security code
From another Deskphone in the office
3) Dial 500
4) When prompted enter your Mailbox number
5) Enter your security code
From Outside the office
1) Dial 416 xxx-xxxx
2) Wait for Automated Attendant to answer
3) Press # + Mailbox number
4) When prompted enter your security code
To Forward Calls to your Mailbox
To Set Forwarding to Mailbox
1) Press DND Key (Do Not Disturb)
2) Press 3 to forward all calls
2 to forward External and Transferred Calls
1 to forward Internal Calls
0 to cancel forwarding

Reply – Send reply to sender
Redir - Forward message to another Mailbox
Call – Place Call to message sender
CID – Listen to Time and Date stamp plus
Caller ID

4) Press Setup Sofkey
5) Press Code Softkey and follow the
