TheMACKStandardVehicleWarrantyappliestotheairbrakesystem,assetforthinthe Warranty,butonlyiftheairbrakesystemhasnotbeensubjectedtounauthorizedadditions, deletionsormodications.Ifanysuchunauthorizedadditions,deletionsormodications areperformed,MACKTrucks,disclaimsanyandallliabilityforanylossordamagearising outofamalfunctionoftheairbrakesystem.
Theairbrakesystemwasdesignedandbuilttoconformtoallapplicablefederalmotor vehiclesafetystandardsineffectatthetimeofmanufacture.
