Feature
=====================================================================
PageScope Plug-In for CA Unicenter provides the following functions.
1)Device discovery
PageScope Plug-In for CA Unicenter enables you to discover Minolta devices in the
standard discovery process of Unicenter and see the devices by their unique icons.
2)Device Status
This Plug-In changes the colors of the devices according to the device status. The Plug-In
also sends a message to a UnicenterTNG console if the devices are in any unusual status.
3)Access to internal web servers
This Plug-In adds a menu in order to access the devices' internal web servers called
PageScope Light which enable you to check or modify any settings.

How to use PageScope Plug-In for CA Unicenter
=====================================================================
1)Install PageScope Plug-In for CA Unicenter in UnicenterTNG, following the InstallShield
instructions.
(*)Please stop "Auto Discovery" if it runs.
2)Run "Auto Discovery" to discover Minolta devices.
3)In the 2-D and 3-D map, you can see the Minolta devices with their icons and their 3-D
image files.
4)Select the button of "Management Page" after this Plug-In adds the items of "Management
Page" to the popup menu. A web browser (such as Internet Explorer and NetScape
Navigator) will be opened. And this Plug-In will show you an internal web server(*).
(*)You can access Minolta devices via HTTP and you can monitor the status and/or change
settings from any web browser.
[Note] If the devices are in an error or a warning status, the colors of the icons and the
images will be changed with a massage "Critical" or "Warning". This Plug-In also sends a
message to UnicenterTNG such as "Agent : Minolta Printer Down" in such a status.
(UnicenterTNG has a management console based on a text.)
