EASY INSTALLATION
Shut off power at fuse box or circuit breaker before installation.
1.Remove wall plate and existing single pole switch, if applicable.
2.Strip building wire to 3/8”.
3.Connect wires using the provided twist-on connectors (Use with copper wire only). BLACK lead to circuit’s (HOT) line conductor; RED lead to circuit’s Load conductor; GREEN conductor to ground. See Figure 1
4.Tuck the wires into the box leaving enough room for the timer, then mount the timer securely into the box using screws provided. Carefully screw the provided wall plate into place or you may use any Décora style wall plate with this timer.
5.Restore power at fuse box or circuit breaker.
*Once power is restored it will take about 1 minute to fully charge. The timer will not function until it is fully charged. When charged, the 5 minute light will flash.
*The load may be powered on when power is restored from the circuit breaker. Power will automatically turn off once unit is charged (1 minute)
OPERATION
For timed switching, simply press the 5 min., 15 min., 30 min., 1 hour, 2 hour or 4 hour pad on the face of the timer. The blue LED will blink to let you know the last time used. You may either select a new time or press the big button, and it will turn on for the last time used. Timer will blink every 20 seconds to show the last time used. If you hold the big button down for 5 seconds it will turn on and stay on until hit again.
To turn lights on with no end time push and hold big button for 3 seconds. Lights will stay on until big button is pressed to turn off lights.

INSTALACIÓN SENCILLA
Interrumpa el suministro de energía desde el panel de fusibles o el de cortacircuitos antes de proceder a la instalación.
1.De ser necesario retire la placa para pared y el interruptor unipolar existente.
2.Quite 3/8”del aislante del cable para construcción.
3.Conecte los cables por medio de los conectores enroscables provistos (utilizar solo con alambre de cobre). El NEGRO se conecta al conductor (CON CORRIENTE) del circuito; el ROJO al conductor de carga del circuito y el VERDE a tierra. Ver Figura 1.
4.Introduzca los cables en la caja, dejando espacio para el temporizador. Luego utilice los tornillos provistos para instalar y fijar el temporizador en la caja. Atornille cuidadosamente la placa para pared provista, u otra placa Décora, una vez colocado el temporizador.
5.Restablezca el suministro de energía en el panel de fusibles o en el de cortacircuitos.
*Una vez que haya restablecido el suministro de energía, el temporizador tardará 1 minuto en cargarse por completo. El temporizador no funcionará hasta que no esté cargado por completo. Cuando esté cargado, la luz de 5 minutos comenzará a parpadear.
*Se podrá conectar la carga una vez restablecido el suministro de energía del disyuntor termomagnético. El suministro eléctrico se desconectará una vez que esté cargada la unidad (1 minuto).
FUNCIONAMIENTO
En el caso de cambios temporizados, simplemente presione la tecla de 5 min., 15 min., 30 min., 1 hora, 2 horas ó 4 horas ubicada en el frente del temporizador. El INDICADOR azul parpadeará para indicarle cuál fue el último horario utilizado. Puede seleccionar un nuevo horario o presionar el botón grande y se encenderá con el último horario utilizado. El temporizador parpadeará cada 20 segundos para indicar cuándo se utilizó por última vez. Si mantiene presionado el botón grande por 5 segundos se encenderá y permanecerá así hasta que se presione nuevamente.
Mantenga presionado el botón grande por 3 segundos para encender las luces sin finalización de tiempo. Las luces permanecerán encendidas hasta que presione el botón grande para apagarlas.
