Easy to get started
S-102/302 consists simply of the main unit, two speakers and a slim subwoofer. Hook up S-102/302 to your TV. Simply follow the Quick Setup Sheet
found in the box for easy connection.

All you need are three speakers to capture the full-scale dynamic sounds
of movies and concerts. In general, surround sound reproduction at movie
theater is done through multiple speakers, and in the home though 5.1
channel speaker system. With S-102/302 all that is needed are two
speakers and the slim subwoofer to enjoy the surround sounds of movie
theaters easily. Even when you use your headphones the S-102/302 will
create an intimate surround sound experience, without disturbing others.

Denon DVD players. It will give you sharper, cleaner images, even the
largest of screens.

• Listen to your portable player
The S-102/302 lets you connect your iPod®, or other portable devices to the
‘portable in’ terminal. The S-302’s USB terminal in front allows you to connect a
USB player directly. To charge your iPod® while in use and to enjoy full
control of your iPod®, use one of the optional docking stations from Denon.

Playing DVDs and CDs are both one key operations-they don’t require compli
cated procedures. The most frequently used buttons are all placed and identi
fied on useful and noticeable locations of the main unit and a remote controller.

The included remote controller allows you to operate not only the S-102/302,
TVs, cable TV tuners, and satellite broadcasting tuners.

Easy-to-follow GUI shown on your TV monitor will navigate you to the

The Denon original AL24 Processing technology found on our A/V receivers
and DVD/CD players is built into the S-102/302, which allows more natural
sound reproduction of digitalized music signals.
• Denon original high quality drive mechanism
With equipment like DVD player, which operate by spinning discs at high
speeds, vibration occurs in the process can badly affect the quality of
sounds and images. S-102/302’s DVD drive mechanism together with its
careful chassis construction actualize stable disc rotation and concise signal
reading, thereby adding further to the finest in sound and image production.

The S-102/302 speakers were targeted to have internationally accepted
sound reproduction excellent for both music and movie. The volume level of
