Tips on energy saving
● The display has a dimming function that
switches on automatically when the
appliance is not in use. The display is
illuminated dimly. Press any button or
the rotary knob to brighten the display
illumination again.
● If the appliance is not being used, switch
it off at the power on/off switch 1O / I on
the front.
● If possible, do not interrupt coffee or milk
froth dispensing. Stopping a process
prematurely results in higher energy
consumption and the drip tray lls up
more quickly.
● Descale the appliance regularly to avoid
a build-up of limescale. Limescale residue
results in higher energy consumption.
Frost protection
¡ To avoid damage caused by frost
during transport and storage, the
appliance must be completely
emptied rst.
See “Menu settings – Transport. lock.”
Empty drip tray
Replace drip tray
● Empty the drip tray 23 and reinsert it.
