Known issues
This section lists known issues for the BlackBerry® Client for IBM® Lotus® QuickrTM version 1.0.

When a user creates a library or place with invalid inputs on the IBM Lotus Quickr desktop client, the library appears in the BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Quickr with empty name and description fields.
Impact: Users might become confused as to why libraries with empty name and description fields appear in library list on BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Quickr.
Workaround: Users should not perform actions on libraries that have empty name and description fields.
In some cases, PDF files containing an image or scanned text file do not display correctly when a user previews the file in the BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Quickr.
Impact: Users might become frustrated that some PDF files do not display correctly on the device.
Workaround: Users can download PDF files that do not display correctly when previewed.
Depending on the user’s desktop settings, the user’s user name and password might exceed the character limits for user name and password in the BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Quickr.
Impact: Users might become frustrated that their user name and password is too long to log into the BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Quickr.
Workaround: Users can create user names that are under 80 characters and passwords that are under 40 characters to ensure their user name and password do not exceed the character limits in the BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Quickr.
In some cases, when a user deletes a library from the IBM Lotus Quickr desktop version, the deleted library still appears on the Recent Libraries screen in the BlackBerry Client for IBM Lotus Quickr.
Impact: Users might become frustrated that deleted libraries still appear on the Recent Libraries screen.
Workaround: None. Users are unable to add folders with the “&” character in the folder name or
description. Impact: Users might become frustrated that they are unable to add folders with the “&”
character in the folder name or description. Workaround: Users can add folders with the “&” character in the folder name or
description from the IMB Lotus Quickr desktop client on their computer.
