1. Assemble the Glass sliding Doors:

Inserting the doors:
place a door into the top slot raising the door enough to drop the bottom of the glass door into the matching bottom slot Make sure that the handles are facing the outside of the display case
Insert the rear doors in the same manner.
2. Assembling the shelves:
The BMCSC series of display warmers are equipped with four posts that fit into slots located inside the case. Each post has a flat tab at each end. Please note that the top side is slightly longer.
Inserting the Shelves:
place the top end of the post vertically into the slot provided in the top of the unit raise the post enough to fit the corresponding slot in the bottom ensure that flat sides are facing inside the unit. insert the shelf support angles (fit into the slots in the post you just installed) They can be positioned level or
slopping forward according to preference.
position the wire shelf on top of the support angle. be sure it fits against the securing tab at the rear of the support
angle which will prevent the shelf from moving out of place
3. Choose a location that us suitable for the unit. Please allow air circulation on all sides of the unit.
4. Set the temperature to the desired value. The red light will indicate that the heating element is on. The front temperature
indicator gives a visual indication of the internal temperature.
5. Please load the shelves evenly with enough space for air to circulate around the products to ensure proper heating.
SPECIFIC OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The unit features a small humidity pan mounted internally.
2. The mounted rocker switch operates the front display lights.
CLEANING :
1. Always ensure that the unit is disconnected from the power supply
before cleaning
2. This showcase should not be cleaned directly with water or immersed in
water. Use only a damp cloth or sponge dipped in soapy water and strained.
3. Wipe the unit dry with a dry cloth and wait at least half an hour before use.
