I. Introduction:
The BakeMax® Single Drawer Warmer is a new electro thermal product which designed and
developed with advanced technology. It adopts an international popular style, body made by good
quality stainless steel which is both luxurious and good-looking. Provided with thermostat function, easy
control and features comprehensive functions and high quality.
II. Technical Specification::
III- Operating Instruction:
Before use, please check whether the voltage of power supply is in conformity with that in data plate,
and whether user' s power switch and fuse are in conformity with the request of machine's power.
The body must be earthed properly. It is forbidden to put falmmable and explosive materials nearby
the machine. And keep it in the environment with superior ventilation.
Operating Steps:
1. Put the machine a firm surface. turn the power switch off, and adjust the thermostat in the
position "0".
2. Put the sausage or the bread on the aperture board which is in the GN container.
3. Connect the power and the turn on the power switch. The Power light should now be on.
Adjust the thermostat to the proper degree and the heater will start working. When the temperature
reaches the desired degree setting, the machine will stop working, and the heating light will be off.
When the temperature falls, the thermostat will connect the
power, the heater will restart working.
4. when you want to stop the machine working you can turn off the power
switch.

V. Maintenance & Service
1. Before cleaning the machine, please cut off the power, the outside and inside
should be cleaned, you can use a dry handkerchief to clean.
2. You should check the electrical parts frequently.
3. If an electrical part is broken, you should use spare parts from BakeMax®.
4. It is forbidden to flush the machine by water directly.
VI. Notice:
1. The user must follow the instruction of product.
2. When you take out the food, please don't touch the container to avoid being
scald/burned.
3. Please put the machine away from high temperatures and flammable or explosive
materials.
4. When the machine is not in use, please cut off the power supply to avoid accident.
5. All repair work must be done by a professional. Power supply must be cut off
before and repair work is done. Please let the distributer or our service department
to repair the machine, don't do this by yourself, it may be dangerous.
