THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED EXACTLY AS PER THESE
INSTRUCTIONS USING ONLY THE HARDWARE SUPPLIED.
IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE TO ANY BULL BAR COMPONENT, CONTACT
YOUR NEAREST AUTHORISED ARB STOCKIST. REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE IMPACT ABSORPTION SYSTEM MUST NOT BE ATTEMPED.

OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED BY ARB.
DO NOT REMOVE LABELS FROM THIS BULL BAR.
THIS PRODUCT OR IT’S FIXING MUST NOT BE MODIFIED IN ANY WAY.
TOOLS REQUIRED –
Standard mechanical tool box inc. 4mm Allen Key. Winch fitment will require a 1/2” drill bit & drill
PROCEDURE –
Note: If fitting winch bar and winch read winch fitment section before
proceeding.
1. Remove the bumper bar and tow hook.
2. Remove indicator lamps from bumper bar & refit lamps into bull bar using original screws.
3. Lift bull bar onto the vehicle’s chassis & bolt the outer bull bar brackets to the chassis using the original 12mm bolts – finger tighten only.

4. Fit 1 1/2” x 1/2” bolts to the inner bull bar chassis bracket with flat and spring washers and nuts. Tighten all bolts and nuts.
5. Using 10mm x 1.25 hardware supplied and original bolts refit tow hook.
6. Making sure the bull bar is fitted correctly, locate the 10mm hole in the bull bar chassis bracket and drill out chassis using this hole as a guide. Fit 10mm hardware and repeat on the other side. Tighten bolts.
Note: Fit heavy duty offset washers pt/no 481008 to outer side of chassis bracket.
WINCH FITMENT –
1. To fit winch into bull bar the winch gearbox must first be rotated to ensure control handle is in the correct location. Loosen & remove all cap headed bolts – CAUTION: DO NOT remove gearbox. Lift the gearbox just high enough to rotate handle to the new position as per drawing.
2. New mounting holes must be drilled in the roller fairlead as per the attached drawings. Mark out new holes 30mm down from the original holes and drill holes to 13mm or 1/2”.
3. Fit number plate bracket to bull bar using 6mm x 20mm bolts, washer, spring washers & nuts supplied. Fit the rubber grommet to the hole in the top pan of the bull bar.
4. Remove the roller fairlead side rollers by removing the circlip from each pin. These pins will later be replaced with bolts.
5. New winch to control box leads have been supplied which are longer than standard. Fit these new leads to the control box exactly as the original leads were attached.
6. Mount winch into the rear of bull bar. Locate top holes first & finger tighten 3/8” x 1 1/2” bolts & 3/8” x 1” washers into winch. Place roller fairlead over lower holes & fit bolts & washers. Ensure winch is correctly aligned & tighten all bolts. Using 6” bolts supplied, place a flat washer under the head of both bolts and insert bolts through roller fairlead bracket & side rollers. Fit nyloc nuts & tighten so that rollers turn freely.
7. Fit winch control box bracket to bull bar using 8mm x 20mm bolts, washers, spring washers & nuts. Mount winch control box to bracket using nuts supplied on control box.
8. Fit bull bar to vehicle following procedure overleaf
9. Wire up winch as per winch manual instructions.
10. Check operation of winch as per winch manual.
