1) If using a chopping board (included) and/or bowl
(not included), place on the platform before
switching the scale on.
2) Press ‘ON-ZERO-OFF’ button to turn the
scale on.
3) Wait until the display shows zero.
USING THE SCALE

The Aquatronic liquid measure feature is suitable for all water based liquids, including wine, milk,
stock, cream etc.
Note: Oils have a lower specific gravity, which will result in a volume reading of approx +10%.
If measuring oils by volume on this scale, please adjust for this accordingly.
USING THE AQUATRONIC FEATURE TO MEASURE LIQUID INGREDIENTS
To weigh several different ingredients, press
‘ON-ZERO-OFF’ to reset the display between each
ingredient.

O CONVERT WEIGHT UNITS
To convert between grams (g), pounds and ounces (lb.oz),
milliliters (ml) and fluid ounces (fl.oz) press ‘UNIT’
button at any time during weighing.
TO OPERATE THE TIMER
1) Switch the scale on then press the ‘START-STOP-RESET’ button to obtain a 00:00 display.
The timer symbol will now be displayed.
2) Press the ‘SET’ button to increase the countdown time (from 1 to 99 minutes) – either use a
single press to advance one minute at a time – or press and hold to advance continuously until button
is released.
3) Press the ‘START-STOP-RESET’ button to start the countdown.
4) The timer display will show both minutes and seconds when counting down.
5) When the countdown reaches 00:00, the alarm will sound and 00:00 will flash on and off for 1 minute.
6) The ‘START-STOP-RESET’ button can be pressed to silence the alarm.
7) During countdown the ‘START-STOP-RESET’ button can be pressed to pause and restart the countdown
as required.
8) When the countdown is paused press and hold the ‘START-STOP-RESET’ button to reset the timer to 00:00.
Note:At any time during timer countdown, the ‘ON-ZERO-OFF’ button can be pressed to return to a scale display. The
timer symbol will remain on the display and the countdown will continue to run in the background.When the countdown
reaches zero the alarm will sound.

To maximize battery life:
Press and hold the ‘ON-ZERO-OFF’ button for
2 seconds to switch the scale and timer off at any time.

Automatic switch off occurs if the display shows 0 for 1

inute or shows the same weight reading for 3 minutes.
Note: If the timer is running the scale will automatically
switch back to display the timer.
CLEANING AND CARE
Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use chemical/abrasive
cleaning agents.
All plastic parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats, spices, vinegar and strongly
flavored/colored foods.
The chopping boards are removable and top rack dishwasher safe.

Weigh overload.
Battery low. Replace battery.

Taylor® warrants this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ten (10) years for the original
purchaser from date of original purchase. It does not cover damages or wear resulting from accident, misuse, abuse,
commercial use, or unauthorized adjustment and/or repair. If service is required, do not return to retailer. Should this
product require service (or replacement at our option), please pack the item carefully and return it prepaid, along with
store receipt showing the date of purchase and a note explaining reason for return to:
