In addition to the UR22mkII Getting
Started Precautions, please read the
following carefully before proceeding.

Please keep this manual in a safe place for
future reference.

Make sure to always observe the basic
precautions listed below to prevent the
likelihood of serious injury or even death
from electrical shock, shortcircuiting,
damage, fire or other hazards.

Handling caution

• Do not listen with the headphones while driving

caused by improper use or modifications to the
device, or data that is lost or destroyed.

Hearing loss

• Before connecting the headphones to a device or
turning the power of all devices on or off, make
sure that all volume levels are set to the
minimum. Failing to do so may result in hearing
loss, electric shock, or equipment damage.

The package of this product contains the following items. After opening the package, make
sure that it includes everything listed below.

General Setup Procedure

The following two setup procedures are required before you can use the device with a
computer.

1. Installing Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver.

2. Downloading Cubase AI to your computer.

• If necessary, download WaveLab LE to your computer.

Read through this manual to understand how to use the features of the
