Lights when the power is supplied. The indicator lights
when the expansion unit is connected to the SX-M700A
control unit, the POWER swith 2 of the SX-E120A is
set to ON, and the POWER switch of the control unit is
set to ON.

2 POWER switch
Normally set this switch to ON (`).
When the power switch of the SX-M700A control unit
is set to ON, the SX-E120A turns on if this switch is
set to ON and the POWER indicator 1 lights.
If the system is not used for a long period, set this
switch to OFF (a).

3 AC IN connector
Connect the unit to an AC power source using the
supplied AC power cord.
4 POWER CONTROL CHECK-REMOTE switch
REMOTE: Normally set this switch to this position.
The power of the SX-E120A is turned on or off
according to turning on or off the power of the SXM700A control unit with the POWER switch of the
unit set to ON.
CHECK: Set this switch to this position when the unit
is independently checked for maintenance and so
on by using the power of the expansion unit.
5 CONTROL UNIT connector (20-pin multiconnector)
Used to connect to the SX-M700A control unit.

6 DELEGATE’S/CHAIRMAN’S UNIT 5/6/7/8
connectors (20-pin multi-connector)
The same signal is input/output from/to the
DELEGATE’S/CHAIRMAN’S UNIT 5/6/7/8
connectors.
Up to 15 Chairman’s units SX-C700A and Delegate’s
units SX-D700A units can be connected to each of the
four connectors.
60 chairman’s units/delegate’s units can be connected
in total.

Select the microphone control mode for the delegate’s
units.
The microphone of the chairman’s unit remains live
regardless of the setting of this button.
MIC LIMIT ON: Press this buttons such that the
indicator lights. Setting this mode allows the
microphones of up to five delegate’s units to be live
at the same time.
MIC LIMIT OFF: Press this button again such that
the indicator goes out. Setting this mode allows the
microphones of all delegate’s units to be live at the
same time.
